NHC-catalysed azalactone ring-opening and piperidine ring-closing cascade with α,β-unsaturated aldehydes (enals) in a one-pot operation is reported. The present reaction cascade offers a convenient method for a highly diastereoselective synthesis of multifunctionalised piperidines in excellent yields under mild conditions.  相似文献

It is noted that the 1 <-- 0 transition for nuOH shows a blue shift as the relative concentration of n-butanol in a CCl4-n-butanol is reduced. The magnitude of the shift decreases for the 2 <-- 0 transition and there is almost no shift for the 3 <-- 0 transition. These observations are consistent with the observed red shift [Y. Mizugai, F. Takimoto, M. Katayama, Chem. Phys. Lett. 76 (1980) 615] on dilution for the 5 <-- 0 transition in n-butanol. The observations have been interpreted on the basis of formation of O-H....Cl hydrogen bond.  相似文献

Laser induced excitation spectrum of the Nd3+ ions doped in oxyfluoroborate glass have been recorded. Stark components of different electronic states have been reported. Judd-Ofelt analysis has also been accomplished on the basis of ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared (UV-vis-NIR) absorption spectrum. Various radiative parameters such as electric dipole line strength, transition probability, life time of the various energy levels, branching ratio etc., have been estimated.  相似文献

Phase diagram of durene–resorcinol system, determined by the thaw-melt method, shows the formation of a monotectic (0.109 mole fraction of durene) and an eutectic (0.964 mole fraction of durene) with a large liquid miscibility gap in the region from 0.109 to 0.964 mole fraction of durene. The eutectic, monotectic and consolute temperatures are 78.4, 107.8 and 165.0°C, respectively. The growth behaviour studied by measuring the linear velocity of crystallization (v) in a capillary at different undercoolings (ΔT) suggests that the data obey the Hillig–Turnbull equation,v=uT)n, where u and n are constants depending on the nature of materials involved. From the values of enthalpy of fusion of the pure components, the eutectic and the monotectic determined by the DSC method using Mettler DSC-4000 system, entropy of fusion, enthalpy of mixing, Jackson’sroughness parameter, size of the critical nucleus interfacial energy and excess thermodynamic functions were calculated. The microstructures of the eutectic, and the monotectic, determined by the Leitz Laborlux D optical microscope show their characteristic features. A new chelating resin was synthesised by the modification of styrene-divinylbenzene (2%) copolymer and incorporation of dithiocarbamate groups. The polydithiocarbamate resin was characterised by elemental analysis, thermal studies and IR studies. The analytical characteristics of the sorbent were established and optimum sorption conditions for Cu, Ni, Pb, Fe, As and Mn determined. The total sorption capacity of the resin was 37 mg g−1 for Ni(II), 35 mg g−1 for Cu(II), 29 mg g−1 for Fe(III) and 23 mg g−1 for Pb(II). The optimum pH for the removal of metal ions was 3-5 for Ni(II), 5 for Cu(II), 4 for Fe(III) and 4-5 for Pb(II). High sorption capacity was observed when compared with other conventional chelating polymers. The sorption kinetics was fairly rapid, as apparent from the loading half time t1/2 values, indicating a better accessibility of the chelating sites.  相似文献

1-(3-Oxocyclobutyl) carboxylic acid (4a) was converted into N-Boc-protected 1-(3-oxocyclobutyl) urea (5a), a key intermediate for the preparation of agonists of metabotropic glutamate receptor 5, in one-step when treated with diphenyl phosphoryl azide and triethylamine in tert-butanol. The mechanism of the reaction involves a nucleophilic addition of the in situ generated tert-butyl carbamate to the isocyanate intermediate. This reaction is applicable to other 1-(3-oxocycloalkyl) carboxylic acids but not to linear γ-keto carboxylic acids.  相似文献
