The regioselective anti-carboindation of ynamides by using InBr3 and silylated nucleophiles was developed to synthesize (Z)-β-(carbonylamino)alkenylindiums. The X-ray crystallographic analysis of an alkenylindium suggested that the reaction proceeded in an anti-addition fashion. In contrast to reported syn-carbometalations of ynamides by using organometallics, a cooperation of InBr3 and silylated nucleophiles to ynamides achieved an anti-addition, which was supported by DFT calculations. The scope of substrates included various ynamides and silylated nucleophiles, such as silyl ketene acetals and silyl ketene imines. The transformation of synthesized alkenylindiums by iodination, radical coupling, and Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling successfully afforded trisubstituted enamines with high regio- and stereoselectivities.  相似文献

Under the hypothesis that photo-irradiated proanthocyanidin could accelerate wound healing through reactive oxygen species (ROS) formation, we examined the effect of proanthocyanidin on 3T3-L1 mouse fibroblasts with or without photo-irradiation. As a result, irrespective of presence or absence of photo-irradiation, only 1 min exposure of the cells to proanthocyanidin resulted in accelerated proliferation of the cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Similarly to proanthocyanidin, 1 min pretreatment with catechin, caffeic acid, and chlorogenic acid accelerated the proliferative response, but gallic acid, epicatechin gallate, epigallocatechin, and epigallocatechin gallate failed. If incorporated active ingredient such as proanthocyanidin for such a short time as 1 min accelerates the proliferation response, a bioassay was conducted by utilizing antioxidant potential of proanthocyanidin. That is, intracellular oxidation of 2′,7′-dichlorodihydrofluorescin induced by H2O2 was significantly inhibited when the cells were pretreated with proanthocyanidin for 1 min, suggesting that incorporated proanthocyanidin into the cells exerted antioxidant effect. This was also supported by a liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis in which incorporation of proanthocyanidin components such as catechin monomers and dimers into the cells within 1 min was confirmed. These results suggest that active polyphenolic compounds such as proanthocyanidin, catechin, caffeic acid, and chlorogenic acid incorporated into the cells in such a short time as 1 min could accelerate the proliferative response of the cells.  相似文献

Preparations of small-ring and short-chain condensed phosphates were made by dry and wet processes, respectively. The crystallization of tetra- hexa-, and octaphosphates from the phosphate solution was not easy, and metal salts of these oligophosphates were amorphous and unstable at normal temperature. Polymers containing 1,4-dihydronicotinamide (P-NAH) alloxan (P-A), and viologen (P-V2+) moieties were synthesized and characterized. P-NAH reduced various organic substances such as lipoic acid, alloxan, and viologens and also immobilized quinone mediated by alloxan. P-A was reduced to the polymer-bearing alloxan radical and the dialuric acid structure without crosslinks by one- and two-electron reduction, respectively, and P-A also mediated the redox reaction occurring between aqueous and organic (water-immiscible) layers. P-V2+ was converted to the stable viologen radical reversibly by one-electron reduction. Electric potentials and currents on photo-reduction of P-V2+ and catalytic behavior of P-V2+ in the reduction of carbonyl compounds were examined.  相似文献

Abstract

Novel poly(vinylsulfide)s were prepared by addition polymerization using 2,5-bis(2-thia-3-butenyl)-1,4-dithiane (TBD) with a radical initiator for an optical polymer having a high refractive index (nD) and Abbe number (v). Homopolymerization of TBD (72.9% conversion) and copolymerization with acrylonitrile or acrylates having nonpolar groups (50.4–81.3% conversion according to the comonomers used) in a limited composition range yielded hard and transparent polymers suitable for application in optics. The methacrylates used yielded no polymeric product as a result of the copolymerization. The obtained polymers had Tg, nD and v ranging between 41.0–124.0°C, 1.678–1.546 and 34.1–43.8, respectively, except that poly(TBD) did not exhibit Tg below 200°C, and it had the highest nD Most of the polymers have higher nD and v than those of other conventional optical polymers and moreover, their values are comparable to those of flint glasses. The copolymerizability of TBD and the group contribution to nD and v are discussed based on the Q-e scheme and on the Lorentz-Lorenz equation, respectively. This work shows that TBD serves as a useful material for the preparation of polymers having high nD and v along with a Tg of more than 100°C, and that the polymers thus obtained are promising optical materials.

In this study, a fast and quantitative determination method for branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), namely leucine, isoleucine, and valine, was developed using a pillar array column. A pillar array column with low-dispersion turns was fabricated on a 20?×?20-mm2 microchip using multistep ultraviolet photolithography and deep reactive ion etching. The BCAAs were fluorescently labeled with 4-fluoro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD-F), followed by reversed-phase separation on the pillar array column. The NBD derivatives of the three BCAAs and an internal standard (6-aminocaproic acid) were separated in 100 s. The calibration curves for the NBD-BCAAs had good linearity in the range of 0.4–20 μM, using an internal standard. The intra- and interday precisions were found to be in the ranges of 1.42–3.80 and 2.74–6.97 %, respectively. The accuracies for the NBD-BCAA were from 90.2 to 99.1 %. The method was used for the analysis of sports drink and human plasma samples. The concentrations of BCAAs determined by the developed method showed good agreements with those determined using a conventional high-performance liquid chromatography system. As BCAAs are important biomarkers of some diseases, these results showed that the developed method could be a potential diagnostic tool in clinical research.  相似文献
