Condensation of phenothiazine with phenyl isocyanide dichloride has given 10(N-phenylchloroformimidoyl)phenothiazine, exchange reactions of which with salts of diakylthio- and dithiophosphoric acids result in rearrangement of the initially formed 10-[N-phenyldialkoxy(thio)phosphorylthioformimidoyl]phenothiazines to 10-{N-phenyl-N-[dialkoxy(thio)phosphoryl]thiocarbamoyl}phenothiazines, while reaction with diisopropyl dithiophosphoric acid affords diisopropyl chlorothiophosphate, phenyl isothiocyanate, and phenothiazine. 10-(N-Phenylethoxyformimidoyl)phenothiazine alkylates dithiophosphoric acid to give 10-(N-phenylcarbamoyl)phenothiazine, while N2-phenyl-N1,N1-diethyl-(10-phenothiazinyl)formamidine reacts with diisopropyl dithiophosphoric acid, affording the salt N2-phenyl-N1,N1-diethyl-(10-phenothiazinyl)formamidinium O,O-diisopropyl dithiophosphate.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 11, pp. 2596–2601, November, 1989. 相似文献

The modification of the - and -NH2 groups of sturins A and B — protamines fromAcipenser güldenstadti — with succinic anhydride has been studied. Succinylation was carried out at 20°C, pH from 7.5 to 10.5, using a 50 to 180-fold excess of succinic anhydride. The modification products were separated by reversed-phase HPLC on a Zorbax ODS column. A linear relationship has been established between the retention times of the succinyl derivatives and the number of succinyl groups introduced. The influence of the pH and of the excess of succinic anhydride on the modification of the sturins has been studied by the method of experimental planning and mathematical modeling. The optimum conditions have been found for the succinylation of the proteins: a 150- to 180-fold excess of succinic anhydride and pH values of 9.8–10.2 for sturin A and of 8.4–9.4 for sturin B.Moscow Technological Institute of the Meat and Dairy Industry. Compressibility coefficients k were measured for binary ethylene glycol (EG)-dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) mixtures over the whole composition range at pressures
of 0.1–100 MPa and temperature 308.15 K. Excess molar volumes of mixtures, partial molar volumes of EG and DMSO, and changes
in the excess molar Gibbs energy were calculated. The concentration dependences of compressibility factors k passed a minimum at pressures of ∼10 MPa. The k coefficient increased as the pressure grew, and the dependence became linear. The composition dependences of the specific
volumes of mixtures passed minima at x ∼ 0.5 as the pressure increased (x is the mole fraction of dimethyl sulfoxide). The excess molar volumes were negative (EG-DMSO mixtures formed with compression).
Changes in the excess molar Gibbs energy characterized the stabilizing action of pressure on the EG-DMSO system. 相似文献

Theoretical analysis of the spatial, noise, and energy characteristics of an amplifier has been performed in the mode of spectral and time selection using subnanosecond stimulated Raman Scattering gain of weak echo signals in crystalline active media that are known for high (up to 10–1 cm/MW) gain coefficients. The possibility to reach high gain values has been demonstrated for weak signals from objects at acceptable angular sizes of the field of vision of an amplifier. To provide a signal-to-noise ratio that exceeds unity over the entire field of vision, the number of photons at the input to an amplifier that is required has to exceed the number of its resolution elements. Accurate determination of the possibilities of recording of weak echo signals and quality of images of targets that are obtained using amplifiers under stimulated Raman Scattering requires additional special experiments. 相似文献

A theory of the reradiation of ultrashort electromagnetic pulses by arbitrary polyatomic systems of isolated complex atoms has been developed. The technique used allows the spatial inhomogeneity of the field of an ultrashort pulse and photon momenta in reradiation processes to be accurately taken into account. The angular distributions of the reradiation spectra have been obtained for an arbitrary number of atoms in the system. The processes of interference between the photon emission amplitudes are shown to give rise to characteristic “diffraction” maxima. We consider one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional rectangular lattices as examples as well as planar and cylindrical structures as models of planar nanosystems and nanotubes. 相似文献

Under the conditions of the Plato technique, the problem of convection in a droplet immersed in a nonuniformly heated liquid is solved analytically. The influence of gravitational convection on the thermocapillary flow is studied.
