One-pot synthesis of tetrahydrobenzofuran-3-carboxylates

2-Nitromethyl-2-trichloromethyl-1,3-benzodioxoles and 2-nitromethyl-2-trichloromethyl-1,3-benzoxazolines: Synthesis and structure

A reaction of 1-bromo-3,3,3-trichloro-1-nitropropene with pyrocatechol, o-aminophenol, and their substituted derivatives led to 2-nitromethyl-2-trichloromethyl-1,3-benzodioxoles and 2-nitromethyl-2-trichloromethyl-1,3-benzoxazolines. The structure of the compounds synthesized was established by IR, ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy with HMQC and HMBC ¹H—¹³C experiments, and X-ray diffraction analysis.     

On a theorem of yulmukhametov

Synthesis and structure of alkyl 2,3-dibromo-3-nitroacrylates

A synthetic approach to novel derivatives of dihalonitroethenes, methyl and ethyl 2,3-dibromo-3-nitroacrylates, was developed and their structures were investigated. X-ray single crystal analysis demonstrated that ethyl 2,3-dibromo-3-nitroacrylate had Z-configuration. The steric strain in this molecule is released mainly due to withdrawal of the ester group from the C=C double bond plane.     

The nature of singularity in multidimensional anisotropic Gauss–Bonnet cosmology with a perfect fluid

We investigate dynamics of (4 + 1) and (5 + 1) dimensional flat anisotropic Universe filled with a perfect fluid in the Gauss–Bonnet gravity. An analytical solutions valid for particular values of the equation of state parameter w = 1/3 have been found. For other values of w structure of cosmological singularity have been studied numerically. We found that for w > 1/3 the singularity is isotropic. Several important differences between (4 + 1) and (5 + 1) dimensional cases are discussed.     

Cross sections of multiparticle photonuclear reactions with <Superscript>203, 205</Superscript>Tl isotopes

An experiment on the irradiation of the natural mixture of ^203,205Tl isotopes by the bremsstrahlung beam of pulsed racetrack microtron RTM-70 (Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics, Moscow State University) at an electron energy of 67.7 MeV was performed. The yields and integral cross sections of multiparticle photonuclear reactions with ^203,205Tl isotopes were measured.     

Periodic Oscillations and Waves in Nonlinear Weakly Coupled Dispersive Systems

Bifurcations of periodic solutions in autonomous nonlinear systems of weakly coupled equations are studied. A comparative analysis is carried out between the mechanisms of Lyapunov–Schmidt reduction of bifurcation equations for solutions close to harmonic oscillations and cnoidal waves. Sufficient conditions for the branching of orbits of solutions are formulated in terms of the Pontryagin functional depending on perturbing terms.
