5-(2-Phthalimidyl-3-methyl butanoylamino)isophthalic acid (5), as a novel diacid monomer containing phthalimide and flexible chiral groups, was prepared by the reaction of 2-phthalimidyl-3-methyl butyric acid chloride (4) with 5-aminoisophthalic acid (5AIPA) in dry N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). A series of novel polyesters (PE)s containing phthalimide group was prepared by the reaction of diacid monomer 5 with several aromatic diols via direct polyesterification with the tosyl chloride/pyridine/dimethylformamide (DMF) system as a condensing agent. The resulting new polymers were obtained in good yields with inherent viscosities ranging between 0.37 and 0.61 dL g−1 and were characterized with FT-IR, 1H NMR, elemental and thermogravimetric analysis techniques. These polymers are readily soluble in amide type solvents such as DMAc, DMF, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, hexamethyl triaminophosphine, dimethyl sulfoxide and protic solvents such as sulfuric acid. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the 10% weight loss temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere was more than 345 °C, which indicates that the resulting PEs have a good thermal stability as well as excellent solubility.  相似文献

Magnetic solid-phase extraction based on Fe3O4/graphene oxide nanocomposites was investigated for the separation, preconcentration and determination of imatinib and doxorubicin in aqueous solutions. Synthesis of Fe3O4/graphene oxide was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analyzer and vibrating sample magnetometer. After optimizing the conditions, optimal experimental conditions including sample pH, the amount of the magnetic nanoparticles, the effect of salt concentration and other chemotherapy medications, eluent type and extraction time were studied and established. The method showed good linearity for the determination of doxorubicin and imatinib in the concentration range of 0.01–100 μg mL?1 in aqueous solutions with limit of detection 1.8 ng mL?1 for doxorubicin and 1.9 ng mL?1 for imatinib. The relative recoveries of doxorubicin and imatinib levels were 96.7 and 88.4%, respectively. The results indicate that the present procedure is a suitable method for extraction of imatinib and doxorubicin from environmental water samples.  相似文献

Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation involves the reaction of an alkene with osmium tetroxide in the presence of a chiral quinine ligand to form an optically active vicinal diol. This reaction was primarily developed by Sharpless based on the already known racemic Upjohn dihydroxylation. The chiral diols obtained by Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation are important intermediates in organic synthesis. In this study, high oxygen barrier nanocomposite films were prepared by melt blending of low-density polyethylene/ethylene vinyl alcohol/nanoclay/polyethylene-grafted-maleic anhydride (LDPE/EVOH/nanoclay/LDPE-g-MA). Effect of each component presence was determined by using Box-Behnken experiment design methodology. For all the responses obtained, R 2 was between 0.956 and 0.981 indicating a very good fitting of the experimental data with the response surface method (RSM) in the models. Oxygen transfer rate (OTR) results shown that the addition of EVOH, compatibilizer, and nanoclay in formulations significantly decreases oxygen permeability. The experimental results showed that addition of 30 wt % EVOH, 4 wt % nanoclay, and 5 wt % LDPE-g-MA to the LDPE matrix gave the best oxygen barrier properties. The crystallization behaviors of the samples and thermal analysis have been characterized by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The addition of nanoclay to the blends has resulted in increased crystallinity of LDPE phase. The state of nanoclay dispersion in the samples was examined by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests. The reduction of EVOH and nanoclay content, as well as the increase of LDPE-g-MA, has resulted in the better dispersion of nanoclay in the polymer matrix. The morphology of specimens was observed by using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).  相似文献
