The double-layered LaSr2Mn2O7 manganite was synthesized by the sol–gel process. Two samples with the average grain size from ~150 nm to ~1 μm were prepared by controlling the sintering temperature. Both samples had a tetragonal structure, with a small fraction of impurity phase in the S-1250 sample. In order to investigate the probable influence of grain size on the conduction mechanism, resistivity of the samples was measured as a function of temperature, and the data obtained was analyzed by different conduction mechanisms. It was found that with increase in the grain size, resistivity decreased at all temperature ranges. The results show that the adiabatic small polaron hopping (SPH) model is probably responsible for conduction at high temperature range, and that the 3D variable range hopping (VRH) model shows a better correlation with the experimental data for low temperature range. These analyses indicate the influence of grain size on the parameters obtained from fitting the data by both models.  相似文献

Nanocomposite biopolymer materials containing colorimetric pH-responsive indicators were prepared from gelatin and chitosan nanofibers. Plant-based extracts from barberry and saffron, which both contained anthocyanins, were used as pH indicators. Incorporation of the anthocyanins into the biopolymer films increased their mechanical, water-barrier, and light-screening properties. Infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated that a uniform biopolymer matrix was formed, with the anthocyanins distributed evenly throughout them. The anthocyanins in the composite films changed color in response to alterations in pH or ammonia gas levels, which was used to monitor changes in the freshness of packaged fish during storage. The anthocyanins also exhibited antioxidant and antimicrobial activity, which meant that they could also be used to slow down the degradation of the fish. Thus, natural anthocyanins could be used as both freshness indicators and preservatives in biopolymer-based nanocomposite packaging materials. These novel materials may therefore be useful alternatives to synthetic plastics for some food packaging applications, thereby improving the environmental friendliness and sustainability of the food supply.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of anticancer drug 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) at graphene oxides (GOs)/carbon nanotubes (CNTs) nanohybrid-modified screen-printed carbon and glassy carbon electrodes was studied by voltammetric techniques. The modified electrodes showed better performance toward the electro-oxidation and determination of 5-FU compared to CNTs-modified or GOs-modified electrodes. The oxidation peak current obtained at about + 1.156 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) from square wave voltammetry was linearly dependent on the 5-FU concentration in the ranges of 0.05–5 and 5–1200 µM in phosphate buffer solution of pH 7.0. The developed method was applied successfully to the electrochemical sensing of 5-FU in human plasma samples at micro-molar concentration levels with satisfactory results. It is hopeful that the developed method in the future can be used for the simple and fast determination of 5-FU in clinical test and pharmacokinetics.  相似文献

The paper considers an inventory model with backorders in a fuzzy situation by employing two types of fuzzy numbers, which are trapezoidal and triangular. A full-fuzzy model is developed where the input parameters and the decision variables are fuzzified. The optimal policy for the developed model is determined using the Kuhn-Tucker conditions after the defuzzification of the cost function with the graded mean integration (GMI) method. Numerical examples and a sensitivity analysis study are provided to highlight the differences between crisp and the fuzzy cases.  相似文献

The thermal degradation kinetics of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) cured with tryptophan (Trp) in the presence of silica nanoparticles (SiNP) was investigated by thermogravimetry analysis. The activation energies of the solid-state decomposition process were evaluated using the advanced isoconversional method. The dependence of conversion (degradation) on the temperature and activation energy was determined allowing the calculation of master plots. The experimental master plots agreed with the first-order (F1) kinetic function for both neat epoxy and nanocomposite in the conversion range of 0.45–0.85. Using the kinetic model and the calculated kinetic parameters, the times at half conversion (α = 0.5) were computed for different degradation temperatures. The kinetic analysis showed that the degradation rate of the epoxy nanocomposite was lower than that of the neat epoxy for conversions between 0.45 and 0.85. Therefore, we concluded that adding SiNP to DGEBA/Trp can improve the thermal stability in the conversion range of 0.45–0.85.  相似文献

This paper assumes the organization as a distributed decision network. It proposes an approach based on application and extension of information theory concepts, in order to analyze informational complexity in a decision network, due to interdependence between decision centers.Based on this approach, new quantitative concepts and definitions are proposed in order to measure the information in a decision center, based on Shannon entropy and its complement in possibility theory, U uncertainty. This approach also measures the quantity of interdependence between decision centers and informational complexity of decision networks.The paper presents an agent-based model of organization as a graph composed of decision centers. The application of the proposed approach is in analyzing and assessing a measure to the organization structure efficiency, based on informational communication view. The structure improvement, analysis of information flow in organization and grouping algorithms are investigated in this paper. The results obtained from this model in different systems as distributed decision networks, clarifies the importance of structure and information distribution sources effect’s on network efficiency.  相似文献

In recent years, Huanglongbing (HLB) also known as citrus greening has greatly affected citrus orchards in Florida. This disease has caused significant economic and production losses costing about $750/acre for HLB management. Early and accurate detection of HLB is a critical management step to control the spread of this disease. This work focuses on the application of mid-infrared spectroscopy for the detection of HLB in citrus leaves. Leaf samples of healthy, nutrient-deficient, and HLB-infected trees were processed in two ways (process-1 and process-2) and analyzed using a rugged, portable mid-infrared spectrometer. Spectral absorbance data from the range of 5.15-10.72 μm (1942-933 cm−1) were preprocessed (baseline correction, negative offset correction, and removal of water absorbance band) and used for data analysis. The first and second derivatives were calculated using the Savitzky-Golay method. The preprocessed raw dataset, first derivatives dataset, and second derivatives dataset were first analyzed by principal component analysis. Then, the selected principal component scores were classified using two classification algorithms, quadratic discriminant analysis (QDA) and k-nearest neighbor (kNN). When the spectral data from leaf samples processed using process-1 were used for data analysis, the kNN-based algorithm yielded higher classification accuracies (especially nutrient-deficient leaf class) than that of the other spectral data (process-2). The performance of the kNN-based algorithm (higher than 95%) was better than the QDA-based algorithm. Moreover, among different types of datasets, preprocessed raw dataset resulted in higher classification accuracies than first and second derivatives datasets. The spectral peak in the region of 9.0-10.5 μm (952-1112 cm−1) was found to be distinctly different between the healthy and HLB-infected leaf samples. This carbohydrate peak could be attributed to the starch accumulation in the HLB-infected citrus leaves. Thus, this study demonstrates the applicability of mid-infrared spectroscopy for HLB detection in citrus.  相似文献
