A simple, sensitive and selective solid phase microextraction with hollow fiber-supported multi-walled carbon nanotube functionalization reinforced sol–gel combined HPLC method was proposed for the determination of naproxen in tap, well and river water samples. In this method, functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared and held in pores of hollow fiber with sol–gel technology by immersion of polypropylene hollow fiber segment into the sol of the functionalized MWCNTs/silica composite and ultrasonically treated at room temperature. Effect of main parameters such as volume of donor phase, pH, extraction time, desorption time, type of desorption solvent, sample ionic strength and stirring rate were studied. Under optimum conditions, linearity was observed in the range of 0.03–500 ng/mL, with correlation coefficients of 0.997. The relative standard deviation for three replicate determinations of 50 ng/mL of naproxen was 4.3%. Limit of detection and pre-concentration factor were 0.008 ng/mL and 198, respectively. In order to check the applicability of the proposed method, it was used to determine trace levels of naproxen in different water samples.  相似文献

Treatment of oxo and imido-rhenium(V) complexes Re(X)Cl3(PR3)2 (X = O, NAr, and R = Ph or Cy) (1-2) with Et3SiH affords Re(X)Cl2(H)(PR3)2 in high yields. Cycloaddition of silane across the ReX multiple bonds is not observed. Two rhenium(V) hydrides (X = O and R = Ph, 4a; X = NMes and R = Ph, 5a) have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The kinetics of the reaction of Re(O)Cl3(PPh3)2 (1a) with Et3SiH is characterized by phosphine inhibition and saturation in [Et3SiH]. Hence, formation of Re(O)Cl2(H)(PPh3)2 (4a) proceeds via a sigma-adduct followed by heterolytic cleavage of the Si-H bond and transfer of silylium (Et3Si+) to chloride. Oxo and imido complexes of rhenium(V) (1-2) as well as their nitrido analogues, Re(N)Cl2(PR3)2 (3), catalyze the hydrosilylation of PhCHO under ambient conditions, with the reactivity order imido > oxo > nitrido. The isolable oxorhenium(V) hydride 4a reacts with PhCHO to afford the alkoxide Re(O)Cl2(OCH2Ph)(PPh3)2 (6a) with kinetic dependencies that are consistent with aldehyde coordination followed by aldehyde insertion into the Re-H bond. The latter (6a) regenerates the rhenium hydride upon reaction with Et3SiH. These stoichiometric reactions furnish a possible catalytic cycle. However, quantitative kinetic analysis of the individual stoichiometric steps and their comparison to steady-state kinetics of the catalytic reaction reveal that the observed intermediates do not account for the predominant catalytic pathway. Furthermore, for Re(O)Cl2(H)(PCy3)2 and Re(NMes)Cl2(H)(PPh3)2 aldehyde insertion into the Re-H bond is not observed. Therefore, based on the kinetic dependencies under catalytic conditions, a consensus catalytic pathway is put forth in which silane is activated via sigma-adduct formation cis to the ReX bond followed by heterolytic cleavage at the electrophilic rhenium center. The findings presented here demonstrate the so-called Halpern axiom, the observation of "likely" intermediates in a catalytic cycle, generally, signals a nonproductive pathway.  相似文献

Over the past decade, there have been remarkable advances in understanding the signaling pathways involved in cancer development. It is well-established that cancer is caused by the dysregulation of cellular pathways involved in proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, cell metabolism, migration, cell polarity, and differentiation. Besides, growing evidence indicates that extracellular matrix signaling, cell surface proteoglycans, and angiogenesis can contribute to cancer development. Given the genetic instability and vast intra-tumoral heterogeneity revealed by the single-cell sequencing of tumoral cells, the current approaches cannot eliminate the mutating cancer cells. Besides, the polyclonal expansion of tumor-infiltrated lymphocytes in response to tumoral neoantigens cannot elicit anti-tumoral immune responses due to the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Nevertheless, the data from the single-cell sequencing of immune cells can provide valuable insights regarding the expression of inhibitory immune checkpoints/related signaling factors in immune cells, which can be used to select immune checkpoint inhibitors and adjust their dosage. Indeed, the integration of the data obtained from the single-cell sequencing of immune cells with immune checkpoint inhibitors can increase the response rate of immune checkpoint inhibitors, decrease the immune-related adverse events, and facilitate tumoral cell elimination. This study aims to review key pathways involved in tumor development and shed light on single-cell sequencing. It also intends to address the shortcomings of immune checkpoint inhibitors, i.e., their varied response rates among cancer patients and increased risk of autoimmunity development, via applying the data from the single-cell sequencing of immune cells.  相似文献

This work reports on the first attempt to prepare bioderived polymer films by blending polylactic acid (PLA) and poly(dodecylene furanoate) (PDoF). This blend, containing 10 wt% PDoF, was filled with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in variable weight fractions (from 0.25 to 2 phr), and the resulting nanocomposites were characterized to assess their microstructural, thermal, mechanical, optical, electrical, and gas barrier properties. The PLA/PDoF blend resulted as immiscible, and the addition of rGO, which preferentially segregated in the PDoF phase, resulted in smaller (from 2.6 to 1.6 µm) and more irregularly shaped PDoF domains and in a higher PLA/PDoF interfacial interaction, which suggests the role of rGO as a blend compatibilizer. rGO also increased PLA crystallinity, and this phenomenon was more pronounced when PDoF was also present, thus evidencing a synergism between PDoF and rGO in accelerating the crystallization kinetics of PLA. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) showed that the glass transition of PDoF, observed at approx. 5 °C, shifted to a higher temperature upon rGO addition. The addition of 10 wt% PDoF in PLA increased the strain at break from 5.3% to 13.0% (+145%), and the addition of 0.25 phr of rGO increased the tensile strength from 35.6 MPa to 40.2 MPa (+13%), without significantly modifying the strain at break. Moreover, rGO decreased the electrical resistivity of the films, and the relatively high percolation threshold (between 1 and 2 phr) was probably linked to the low aspect ratio of rGO nanosheets and their preferential distribution inside PDoF domains. PDoF and rGO also modified the optical transparency of PLA, resulting in a continuous decrease in transmittance in the visible/NIR range. Finally, rGO strongly modified the gas barrier properties, with a remarkable decrease in diffusivity and permeability to gases such as O2, N2, and CO2. Overall, the presented results highlighted the positive and sometimes synergistic role of PDoF and rGO in tuning the thermomechanical and functional properties of PLA, with simultaneous enhancement of ductility, crystallization kinetics, and gas barrier performance, and these novel polymer nanocomposites could thus be promising for packaging applications.  相似文献

In this study, the removal of arsenic was evaluated using micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration process. Response surface methodology and Box-Behnken matrix methods were also applied to design the experiments and determine the optimum conditions. Therefore, the main operational parameters including pH (4–10), initial concentration of arsenic (20–80?µg/L), and concentration of Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) (1–3?mM) were investigated. The results of analysis of variance revealed a good agreement between experimental data and the built model with the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.99. Accordingly, the removal efficiency obtained was about 94.8% at the optimal condition (pH?=?6.73, the initial concentration of arsenic?=?29.44?µg/L, and CTAB concentration of 2.83?mM).  相似文献

Excitation functions and theoretical yields via charge particle induced reactions were evaluated using EMPIRE-3.2.2 and ALICE/ASH codes and the obtained results have been discussed and compared with the available reported experimental data. It has been verified that natCu(p,n)65Zn reaction is the optimum 65Zn production route. The 65Zn was produced using natCu(p,xn) 65Zn reaction in the energy range of 16.8 → 12.2 MeV with the thick target yield of 0.15 ± 0.005 MBq/μA h. The 65Zn radionuclide was purified by anion exchange chromatography.

This paper introduces two-dimensional loading time-dependent vehicle routing problem and proposes a bi-objective mathematical model. This problem assesses the process of distributing the rectangular-shaped demanded items over an urban environment; it does not, however, allow items to be loaded on top of each other. In addition to the above assumptions, the presented model also satisfies the first-in-first-out property in the time-dependent vehicle routing problem. Given the NP-hard nature of the problem, a method called elitist non-dominated sorting local search is developed to obtain its solutions. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, the solutions of this algorithm for small-scale problem instances are compared with the results of an exact method. For the medium-scale problem instances, results of NSGA-II and SPEA2 are used as the basis of comparison. The computational results demonstrate the good performance of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the character graph Δ(G) of a finite solvable group G. We prove that sum of the chromatic number of Δ(G) and the matching number of complement graph of Δ(G) is equal to the order of Δ(G). In this paper a comparative evaluation study on popular non-homogeneous Poisson models for count data is performed. For the study the standard homogeneous Poisson model (HOM) and three non-homogeneous variants, namely a Poisson changepoint model (CPS), a Poisson free mixture model (MIX), and a Poisson hidden Markov model (HMM) are implemented in both conceptual frameworks: a frequentist and a Bayesian framework. This yields eight models in total, and the goal of the presented study is to shed some light onto their relative merits and shortcomings. The first major objective is to cross-compare the performances of the four models (HOM, CPS, MIX and HMM) independently for both modelling frameworks (Bayesian and frequentist). Subsequently, a pairwise comparison between the four Bayesian and the four frequentist models is performed to elucidate to which extent the results of the two paradigms (‘Bayesian vs. frequentist’) differ. The evaluation study is performed on various synthetic Poisson data sets as well as on real-world taxi pick-up counts, extracted from the recently published New York City Taxi database.  相似文献
