A simple, rapid and robust analytical method for determining diphenylarsinic acid in human and environmental samples was developed based on a combination of hydrophilic polymer‐based gel‐permeation high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS). Hair and nail samples were digested with alkali, and liberated diphenylarsinic acid (derivative) was extracted with diethyl ether, redissolved in water and injected for HPLC–ICP‐MS analysis. Human urine, groundwater and water extracts from soils were injected for HPLC–ICP‐MS directly after filtration. Using the method, diphenylarsinic acid in a solution was quantified in 7 min duration for an analysis with a detection limit of sub‐nanograms per milliliter. Structural properties of polycrystalline single-phased BiMnO3 samples prepared at 6 GPa and 1383 K have been studied by selected area electron diffraction (SAED), convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED), and the Rietveld method using neutron diffraction data measured at 300 and 550 K. The SAED and CBED data showed that BiMnO3 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group C2/c at 300 K. The crystallographic data are a = 9.5415(2) A, b = 5.61263(8) A, c = 9.8632(2) A, beta = 110.6584(12) degrees at 300 K and a = 9.5866(3) A, b = 5.59903(15) A, c = 9.7427(3) A, beta = 108.601(2) degrees at 550 K, Z = 8, space group C2/c. The analysis of Mn-O bond lengths suggested that the orbital order present in BiMnO3 at 300 K melts above TOO = 474 K. The phase transition at 474 K is of the first order and accompanied by a jump of magnetization and small changes of the effective magnetic moment and Weiss temperature, mueff = 4.69 microB and theta = 138.0 K at 300-450 K and mueff = 4.79 microB and theta = 132.6 K at 480-600 K. 相似文献

Abstract It is known that HpD is retained longer by malignant tissue than normal tissue and is therefore a useful material for photodynamic therapy (PDT). Currently, vigorous research is being conducted throughout the world to discover a new material which can have greater cancer cell affinity than hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD) and will be used effectively for PDT. Investigation has been conducted to determine the spectral characteristics and cancer cell affinity of NPe6, a recently developed material.
Structurally, a double bond on the D-ring of the porphyrin ring of mono-L-aspartyl chlorin e6 (NPe6) has been reduced, thereby changing its spectral properties from that of HpD. This difference accounts for the stronger absorption bands in wavelengths longer than those of HpD. Furthermore, NPe6 in tumor showed stronger absorption at 660 nm than HpD. Absorption by hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood occurs at wavelengths in the range 500-600 nm, thereby lowering light transmittance. A compound which has a strong absorption band at wavelengths longer than 600 nm and consequently is not affected by Hb will naturally be activated by light at a greater depth in tissue than compounds which do not share this characteristic. The localization of NPe6 in sarcoma and various internal organs was examined with an endoscopic spectrophotometer using an excimer dye laser. After 72 h i.v. NPe6 injection, the results indicate that NPe6 has 10 times greater uptake in malignant tissue cells than in normal organs. Based on the above observations, it was concluded that NPe6 could be effective for PDT if toxicity is low and that this compound has a high malignant tissue affinity. 相似文献

We report results of far infrared magneto-absorption experiments in FeBr2 doped with 1% MnBr2. Using radiations from several carcinotrons covering the frequency range 77–600 GHz, we observe both the spectra corresponding to the localized Mn2+ impurity modes and the uniform magnon modes of the host crystal. The excitation energy gap of the A.F. magnons at zero field is Eo = 500 ± 2 GHz. 相似文献
