Precise measurement of magnetic moment of short-lived β-emitting nuclei12B ( I π=1+, T 1/2=20.18 ms)

The spin polarized β-emitting nuclei¹²B (I ^π=1⁺,T _1/2=20.18 ms) were produced by the nuclear reaction¹¹B(d, p)¹²B and by the selection technique of the incident deuteron energy and the¹²B recoil angle following the nuclear reaction. The nuclear magnetic moment of the short-lived nuclei¹²B was measured by β-NMR with the β-NMR and β-NQR setup established for the first time in China. The nuclear magnetic moment of¹²B was determined to be μ=0.99993±0.00048 nm org=0.99993±0.00048 after the precise correction of the Knight shift.     

Boundary value problems for first order impulsive delay differential equations with a parameter

In this paper, by means of the method of upper and lower solutions and monotone iterative technique, the existence of maximal and minimal solutions of the boundary value problems for first order impulsive delay differential equations is established.     

Study on deactivation and regeneration of Pd/Al2O3 catalyst in hydrogen peroxide production by the anthraquinone process

Deactivated palladium catalysts in the hydrogenation of anthraquinione were regenerated with ethanol, nitric acid, hydrogen peroxide, boiling water and steam, respectively. The deactivated and regenerated catalysts were characterized by XPS, ICP, TG, FTIR, TPD, XRD, etc., and studied in the hydrogenation of anthraquinone. The results showed that the main cause of catalyst deactivation is the coverage of the active component by deposits. The treatments by hydrogen peroxide and boiling water can effectively regenerate the deactivated catalysts. 用改进嵌入原子法计算Cu晶体的表面能

用改进嵌入原子法(MEAM)计算了Cu晶体12个晶面的表面能.结果表明，密排面(111)的表面能最小.其他晶面的表面能随其晶面与(111)晶面夹角的增加而增加，据此可以粗略地估计各晶面表面能的相对大小.给出的几何结构因子的确定方法及结果可以直接用于计算其他面心立方晶体的表面能及其他特性.在Cu,Ag等面心立方薄膜中出现(111)择优取向或织构的机理是表面能的最小化. 关键词： 改进嵌入原子法 铜 表面能 计算     

某些类氖离子和类镍离子等离子体状态对应关系的研究

利用一维拉格朗日流体动力学程序Med103详细研究了产生类镍Ag,Cd,In,Sn, Sb离子和类氖Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn离子的等离子体状态.通过对电子温度、离子丰度、离子数密度等状态参量的分析比较，得到了这两类等离子体状态之间的对应关系.即类镍银的等离子体状态与类氖铁 的相近，类镍镉的与类氖钴的相近，依次类推.利用这一对应关系可以方便地由类氖机理x射线激光的等离子体状态来对相应元素的类镍x射线激光的等离子体状态进行判断. 关键词： 类氖 类镍 等离子体状态 x射线激光     

吡罗红为底物的辣根过氧化物酶催化荧光反应测定葡萄糖

吡罗红在辣根过氧化物酶催化下可被过氧化氢氧化而使其荧光猝灭。在pH 7.2中性介质中,稳态催化速率由酶和底物浓度决定,催化体系服从Michaelis-Menten方程,用Lineweaver-Burk作图法求得米氏常数、最大反应速度、催化常数分别为2.4×10~(-5)mol·L-1,2.5×10~(-6)mol·L-1s-1,75.8 s-1。在最佳反应条件下,荧光F0/F的猝灭程度与过氧化氢浓度在0-3.6×10~(-7)mol·L-1范围内成线性关系,检测限为6.3×10~(-9)mol·L-1;当与葡萄糖氧化酶联用时,可定量检测葡萄糖,线性关系为0-8.0×10~(-7)mol·L-1,检测限为3.4×10~(-8)mol·L-1。方法用于分析人血清中葡萄糖含量,分析结果与苯酚-4-氨基安替比林法基本一致。     

Study of the pulsed laser vapor doping of Si(1 0 0) with KrF excimer laser and BCl3 gas

The properties of pulsed laser vapor doping on p-Si(1 0 0) with a KrF (248 nm) excimer pulsed laser (248 nm) and BCl₃ gas are reported in this paper. The doped samples are characterized by the resistance measured using a four-probe method, since the sheet resistance changes with the carrier concentration of the sample. The doping effects with the variation of laser energy density, pulse number, and the pressure of BCl₃ were investigated in terms of the sheet resistance. In this way, the optimized parameters were obtained and used for the positive heavy doping on p-Si(1 0 0) and p-Si(1 1 1). Then, using a square mesh under the above conditions, an image doping was completed. Finally, the metal–semiconductor Ohmic contacts were realized by plating Ag and Cu films on the doped surface.     

Lower-dimensional linear complementarity problem approaches to the solution of a bi-obstacle problem

A globally convergent Broyden-like method for solving a bi-obstacle problem is proposed based on its equivalent lower-dimensional linear complementarity problem. A suitable line search technique is introduced here. The global and superlinear convergence of the method is verified under appropriate assumptions.
