对国产六面顶压机平台下使用多晶种法合成宝石级金刚石单晶进行了系统的研究. 通过合理调整温度梯度法的合成腔体组装, 采用多晶种法, 探索多晶种法金刚石合成的压力和温度区间, 在单个合成腔体内放置3–5颗金刚石晶种, 成功合成出多颗(3–5)优质Ib型宝石级金刚石单晶. 多颗晶种的引入, 单次实验合成的多个金刚石晶体晶形及品质一致; 同时, 晶体的整体生长速度也有明显的增大. 多晶种法金刚石单晶合成的研究, 可以有效地利用腔体空间、提高单次金刚石单晶合成的效率, 解决压机大型化下高温高压资源利用率低的问题; 同时, 为宝石级金刚石单晶商业化生产提供重要的依据.

The number of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) studies regarding the human spine has considerably increased and it is challenging because of the spine’s small size and artifacts associated with the most commonly used clinical imaging method. A novel segmentation method based on the reduced field-of-view (rFOV) DTI dataset is presented in cervical spinal canal cerebrospinal fluid, spinal cord grey matter and white matter classification in both healthy volunteers and patients with neuromyelitis optica (NMO) and multiple sclerosis (MS). Due to each channel based on high resolution rFOV DTI images providing complementary information on spinal tissue segmentation, we want to choose a different contribution map from multiple channel images. Via principal component analysis (PCA) and a hybrid diffusion filter with a continuous switch applied on fourteen channel features, eigen maps can be obtained and used for tissue segmentation based on the Bayesian discrimination method. Relative to segmentation by a pair of expert readers, all of the automated segmentation results in the experiment fall in the good segmentation area and performed well, giving an average segmentation accuracy of about 0.852 for cervical spinal cord grey matter in terms of volume overlap. Furthermore, this has important applications in defining more accurate human spinal cord tissue maps when fusing structural data with diffusion data. rFOV DTI and the proposed automatic segmentation outperform traditional manual segmentation methods in classifying MR cervical spinal images and might be potentially helpful for detecting cervical spine diseases in NMO and MS. 相似文献

To realize spectral diffuse reflectance scale in 0/d geometric condition at National Institute of Metrology in China (NIM), a facility based on a non-standard auxiliary integrating sphere method with special structure has been built up and a correction method for the influence on the thickness of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating at the port of auxiliary integrating sphere is mainly discussed. The uncertainty of spectral diffuse reflectance in NIM is approximately 0.25% (k = 2) in 380–800 nm. This facility has been used to establish China diffuse reflectance scales in the VIS–NIR part of the spectrum. This system and correction method presented in this paper can be easily implemented on most commercial spectrophotometers with a lower cost. 相似文献

In this paper we propose a new smoothing Newton algorithm for the solution of the nonlinear complementarity problem by constructing a new smoothing approximation function. We have been studying the practical CO2-laser-induced13C separation by a two-stage IRMPD process. The IRMPD of natural CHClF2 in the presence of Br2 mainly produced CBr2F2, which was found to be highly enriched with13C. The yield and13C-atom fraction of CBr2F2 were examined as functions of pulse number, laser line, laser fluence, total pressure, and Br2 pressure using a CO2 TEA laser with an output less than 1 J pulse–1 in order to optimize experimental conditions for13C separation. For example, we obtained CBr2F2 at a13C concentration of 55% in the irradiation of the mixture of 100-Torr CHClF2 and 10-Torr Br2 with the laser radiation at a wavenumber of 1045.02 cm–1 and at a fluence of 3.4 J cm–2. The mechanism for the IRMPD is discussed on the basis of observed results. Using 8-J pulses, we were able to obtain 1.9×10–4 g of13C-enriched CBr2F2 (13C-atom fraction, 47%) per pulse under selected conditions. It is possible to produce 90% or higher13C by the second-stage IRMPD of the CBr2F2 in the presence of oxygen. 相似文献

The vibration characteristics of an aluminum surface subjected to ultrasonic waves were investigated with a combination of numerical simulation and experimental testing. The wetting behavior of solder droplets on the vibrating aluminum surface was also examined. The results show that the vibration pattern of the aluminum surface is inhomogeneous. The amplitude of the aluminum surface exceeds the excitation amplitude in some zones, while the amplitude decreases nearly to zero in other zones. The distribution of the zero-amplitude zones is much less dependent on the strength of the vibration than on the location of the vibration source. The surface of the liquid solder vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency that is higher than the vibration source, and the amplitude of the liquid solder is almost twice that of the aluminum surface. The vibration of the surface of the base metal (liquid solder) correlates with the oxide film removal effect. Significant removal of the oxide film can be achieved within 2 s when the amplitude of the aluminum surface is higher than 5.4 μm or when the amplitude of the liquid solder surface is higher than 10.2 μm. 相似文献
