Structural and magnetic properties of Mg x Zn1−x Fe2O4 powders have been studied with respect to the application for thermal cancer therapy (magnetic hyperthermia). Mg x Zn1−x Fe2O4 (x=0.1–0.5) powders with particle sizes between 5 and 8 nm were produced by citrate method. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the samples correspond to a spinel phase. The lattice constant and the volume of the elementary cell increase when x changes from 0.1 to 0.5. The FTIR-spectra ascertain the spinel phase formation. The Mossbauer studies reveal the presence of extremely small particles, which undergo superparamagnetic relaxation at room temperature. The core-shell model has been applied to explain quadruple doublets. The quadruple splitting at “shells” is bigger than those at “cores” whereas the isomer shifts remain close. Magnetic studies confirm the presence of extremely small particles that behave as superparamagnetic ones.   相似文献

The air-sensitive bis(micro-iodo)dicopper(I) complex 1 supported by [N-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzyl)-N,N-di-(2-pyridylmethyl)]amine (L) has been prepared by treating copper(I) iodide with L in anhydrous THF. Compound 1 crystallizes as a dimer in space group C2/c. Each copper(I) center has distorted tetrahedral N2I2 coordination geometry with Cu-N(pyridyl) distances 2.061(3) and 2.063(3) A, Cu-I distances 2.6162(5) and 2.7817(5) and a Cu...Cu distance of 2.9086(8) A. Complex 1 is rapidly oxidized by dioxygen in CH2Cl2 with a 1 : 1 stoichiometry giving the bis(micro-iodo)peroxodicopper(II) complex [Cu(L)(micro-I)]2O2 (2). The reaction of 1 with dioxygen has been characterized by UV-vis, mass spectrometry, EPR and Cu K-edge X-ray absorption spectroscopy at low temperature (193 K) and above. The mass spectrometry and low temperature EPR measurements suggested an equilibrium between the bis(micro-iodo)peroxodicopper(II) complex 2 and its dimer, namely, the tetranuclear (peroxodicopper(II))2 complex [Cu(L)(micro-I)]4O4 (2'). Complex 2 undergoes an effective oxo-transfer reaction converting PPh3 into O=PPh3 under anaerobic conditions. At sufficiently high concentration of PPh3, the oxygen atom transfer from 2 to PPh3 was followed by the formation of [Cu(PPh3)3I]. The dioxygen reactivity of 1 was compared with that known for other halo(amine)copper(I) dimers.  相似文献

The problem of estimating the stress-strain state of underground openings of solid minerals, which form long parallel underground galleries, is considered. Several papers studied the local causes of accidents that occur in underground galleries during mineral extraction due to variations in the stress-strain state of the medium. The influence of formation of new galleries, which violate the balance of vertical stresses in the walls between the galleries, is also studied. At the same time, the problem on the influence of horizontal displacements of lithospheric plates on the stress-strain state of parallel galleries is little studied. These displacements affect the horizontal components of the contact stress vector arising between the upper and lower layers and the walls between the galleries. In this paper, the theory of estimating the stress-strain state in underground openings with arbitrarily many parallel galleries of various dimensions is developed under the assumption that the tangential components of the stress vector exist in the contact regions between the layers and the walls. Central nervous system tumors related to gliomas are of neuroectodermal origin and cover about 30% of all primary brain tumors. Glioma is not susceptible to any therapy and surgical attack remains one of the main approaches to its treatment. Preoperative tumor imaging methods, such as positron emission tomography (PET), are currently used to distinguish malignant tissue to increase the accuracy of glioma removal. However, PET is lacking a specific visualization of cells possessing certain molecular markers. Here, we report an application of aptamers to enhancing specificity in imaging tumor cells bearing the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Glioblastoma is characterized by increased EGFR expression, as well as mutations of this receptor associated with active division, migration, and adhesion of tumor cells. Since 2021, EGFR has been included into the WHO classification of gliomas as a molecular genetic marker. To obtain conjugates of aptamers GR20 and GOL1-specific to EGFR, a 4-[18F]fluorobenzylazide radiotracer was used as a synthon. For the production of the synthon, a method of automatic synthesis on an Eckert & Ziegler research module was adapted and modified using spirocyclic iodonium ylide as a precursor. Conjugation of 4-[18F]fluorobenzylazide and alkyne-modified aptamers was carried out using Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with/without the TBTA ligand. As a result, it was possible to obtain 18F-labelled conjugates with 97% radiochemical purity for [18F]FB-GR20 and 98% for [18F]FB-GOL1. The obtained conjugates can be used for further studies in PET analysis on model animals with grafted glioblastoma.  相似文献
