利用高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)对千层塔提取物废液中含量较高的2个同系物进行初步纯化分离, 再利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对收集到的样品进行同系物分离, 得到8mg化合物A, 7mg化合物B, 纯度均在95%以上. 经核磁共振仪(NMR)鉴定2个组分的化学结构, 结果证明, 千层塔提取物废液所含的主要成分即2个同系物分别为3,4-二羟基肉桂酸和3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸. 结论也同时证实高速逆流色谱与高效液相色谱联用能够有效分离样品所含同系物, 且工业提取千层塔有效成分后的废液中仍含有价值物质. 相似文献

高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱法鉴定水稻稻曲病菌毒素 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
建立了高效液相色谱-线性离子阱高分辨质谱(HPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS)鉴定稻曲球中5种稻曲病菌毒素的方法。样品匀浆后以水为提取剂超声提取10 min,混合阳离子交换柱PCX净化,采用Xselect HSS T3色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm, 3.5 μm)分离,以水(含0.1%(v/v)甲酸)和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱。在m/z 200~1000范围内进行一级质谱全扫描,结合准分子离子峰的精确质量数和同位素相对丰度进行质谱分析。结果表明,鉴定到5种稻曲病菌毒素,质量准确度小于1×10-6(1 ppm),同位素相对丰度偏差绝对值≤3.3%,二级质谱碎片离子与理论裂解一致,回收率为90%~105%。该方法简便,灵敏度高,定性准确,为稻曲病菌产毒能力等相关研究提供了技术手段。 相似文献

通过氯磺酸磺化有序介孔酚醛树脂(FDU-16)制备了新型有序介孔固体酸催化剂FDU-16-SO3H. X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附以及透射电镜(TEM)等表征结果表明, 经过磺化后的固体酸催化剂依然保持了高度有序性, 大量的磺酸根基团存在于材料的骨架之中. 在酯化反应和酰基化反应中, 这种新型有序介孔固体酸催化剂表现出比工业树脂和磺酸化介孔二氧化硅等材料更高的催化活性, 这主要归因于它具有较大的比表面积、较强的酸性以及骨架的疏水性. 相似文献

To ensure high-average-power and long-lifetime second harmonic generation, a dual-V-shaped configuration was designed. In this thermally near-unstable resonator, large fundamental mode size in Nd:YAG rod and small one in LBO crystal could be generated, which improved both the beam quality and the power density. A green output power of 121 W with pulse width of 68 ns and repetition rate of 10 kHz was obtained. To the best of our knowledge, the dual-V-shaped configuration is the first time used for green laser with average output power of more than 100 W. 相似文献

In a previous STM investigation by Yang and co-workers a variety of 2D ordered atomic-scale features of glycine molecules adsorbed on graphite were observed and several models have been proposed to interpret these features. In the present work, atomic charge superposition(ACS) calculations of STM images of their models were carried out. The calculated images match the experimental ones fairly well, indicating the general validity of the ACS method to the glycine/graphite system and the correctness of their interpretations. The reason of the validity, the origin of the atomic resolution, and the proper tip-sample distance are also discussed. 相似文献

La2O3 (2 wt%)-doped (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 (abbreviated as BNBT6) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicated that La2O3 has diffused into the lattice of BNBT6 ceramics and formed a solid solution with a pure perovskite structure. Addition of La2O3 decreased the piezoelectric properties and electrical conductivity. It was used to study the electrical conductivity of the La2O3-doped BNBT6 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics combined with electrical modulus and impedance plots at the temperature range over 788–873 K. The values of activation energy derived from the electrical impedance and modulus were found to be 0.51 and 0.50 eV, respectively. The discrepancy between activation energy of relaxation frequency and the activation energy (0.25 eV) of dc electrical conductivity might have been due to a short-range migration or hopping of single ionized oxygen vacancy and a long-range migration or hopping of charge carriers over the whole disordered system, respectively. 相似文献

Sodium potassium niobate K0.5Na0.5NbO3(KNN) ceramic was synthesized by a solid-state technique. The X-ray diffraction of the sample at room temperature showed a
monoclinic phase. The real part (ε′) and imaginary part (ε″) of dielectric permittivity of the sample were measured in a frequency range from 40 Hz to 1 MHz and in a temperature range
from 350 to 850 K. The ε′ deviated from Curie–Weiss law above 702 K, due to additional dielectric contributions resulting from universal dielectric
response and thermally activated space charges at high temperatures. This anomaly arose from a Debye dielectric dispersion
that slowed down following an Arrhenius law. We have established a link between the dielectric relaxation and the conductivity. 相似文献
