Conditional Quantile Estimation with Truncated, Censored and Dependent Data

This paper deals with the conditional quantile estimation based on left-truncated and right-censored data.Assuming that the observations with multivariate covariates form a stationary α-mixing sequence,the authors derive the strong convergence with rate,strong representation as well as asymptotic normality of the conditional quantile estimator.Also,a Berry-Esseen-type bound for the estimator is established.In addition,the finite sample behavior of the estimator is investigated via simulations.     

新型复合盖层延伸波长InGaAs红外探测器结构优化设计

设计并模拟计算了延伸波长至2.6 μm的复合盖层材料PIN结构In_0.82Ga_0.18As红外探测器,即PNN型盖层、PIN结构的In_0.82Ga_0.18As红外探测器。研究了不同厚度及载流子浓度的PNN盖层对探测器性能的影响。研究结果表明:在In_0.82Al_0.18As厚度为200 nm且载流子浓度为2E18、InAs_0.6P_0.4 厚度为50 nm且载流子浓度为2E17、In_0.82Ga_0.18As厚度为50 nm且载流子浓度为2E16时,探测器表现出最佳的性能。与传统PIN结构探测器相比,其相对光谱响应度仅降低10%,暗电流降低了1个数量级。计算分析了不同工作温度下的暗电流,结果显示:在120~250 K时,暗电流主要为缺陷隧穿电流;在250~300 K时,暗电流主要为带间隧穿电流;当温度大于300 K时,暗电流主要为产生-复合电流和扩散电流。     

Dual Actions for Born-Infeld and Dp-Brane Theories

Dual actions with respect to U（1） gauge fields for the Born-Infeld and Dp-brane theories are reexamined. Taking into account an additional condition, i.e. a corollary to the field equation of the auxiliary metric, one obtains an alternative dual action that does not involve the infinite series in the auxiliary metric given by [M. Abou Zeid and C.M. Hull, Phys. Lett. B 428 （1998） 277], but just picks out the first term from the series formally. New effective interactions of the theories are revealed. That is, the new dual action gives rise to an effective interaction in terms of one interaction term rather than infinitely many terms of different （higher） orders of interactions physically. HOwever, the price paid for eliminating the infinite series is that the new action is not quadratic but highly nonlinear in the Hodge dual of a （p - 1）-form field strength. This non-linearity is inevitable under the requirement that the two dual actions are equivalent.     

神光系列装置激光聚变实验与诊断技术研究进展

文章主要介绍了国内自2000年以来的激光惯性约束聚变(ICF)实验研究以及诊断技术研究的进展,主要内容为神光Ⅱ激光装置上的实验,也对刚建成不久的神光Ⅲ原型装置上的实验作简要介绍,此外,文章还介绍了神光Ⅱ和神光Ⅲ原型装置上近期发展的诊断技术和设备.文章作者在神光Ⅱ激光装置上开展了多项的物理实验研究,其中包括黑腔物理、内爆物理、流体动力学不稳定性、辐射不透明度以及辐射驱动冲击波等,并取得了重要的进展.在X射线单能成像、Thomson探针、无高级衍射的单级衍射光栅等新型关键诊断技术与尖端设备研制方面也取得了显著进展.     

Supersymmetric WKB Approximation of Anharmonic Potential V(r)=ar2+br-4+cr-6

This article uses the supersymmetric WKB approximation to obtain the approximate energy levels and wave functions of the anharmonic potential V(r) = ar2 br-4 cr-6 in order to tesify the correctness between [Phys.Lett. A 170 (1992) 335] and the paper written by M. Landtman [Phys. Lett. A 175 (1993) 147].     

加权分布模型测算个股VaR

本文在同时考虑企业的个性风险和企业将受到整个国家宏观经济形势影响的共性风险的基础上,用一种新的思路定权数,提出了用加权分布测算个股VaR的模型。并以在深圳股市上市的四家企业的股票收益率做实证分析和模型检验。结果表明:加权分布提高了原来的假设收益率分布服从单一分布下测量VaR的准确度,尤其对于个性风险较强的企业而言,加权分布模型是一种形式简单,而又较为精确的模型。
