Molecular dynamics simulations have been carried out to address the question of cation migration upon adsorption of methanol in NaY and NaX faujasite systems as a function of the loading. For NaY, it has been shown that, at low and intermediate loadings, SII cations can migrate toward the center of the supercage due to strong interactions with the adsorbates, followed by a hopping of SI' from the sodalite cage into the supercage to fill the vacant SII site. A SI' cation can also migrate across the double six ring and takes a SI' vacant position. SI cations mainly remain trapped in their initial sites whatever the loading. At high loading, only limited motions are observed for SII cations due to steric effects induced by the presence of adsorbates within the supercage. For NaX, the SIII' cations which occupy the most accessible adsorption sites are significantly moving upon coordination to the methanol molecules; the extent of this mobility exhibits a maximum for 48 methanol molecules per unit cell before decreasing at higher loadings due to steric hindrance. In addition, the SI' and SII cations remain almost trapped in their initial sites whatever the loading. Molecular dynamics simulations were performed to understand further the concentration dependence of the self-diffusion of methanol in the faujasite zeolite systems. The evolution of the self-diffusivity was investigated as a function of coverage for DAY and NaY systems to study the effect of both the pore confinement and the presence of the extraframework cations within the supercage. It was found that the self-diffusivity decreases with loading for DAY, whereas for NaY it passes through a maximum at intermediate coverage, in agreement with pulse-field gradient NMR and quasi elastic neutron scattering data reported in similar systems. The activation energies of the methanol diffusion corresponding to a combination of both intra- and intercage motions were evaluated as a function of the coverage. The simulated trends are interpreted on the basis of the predominant interactions which take place in both systems. Finally, the preferential arrangement of the adsorbate molecules are provided and compared with those simulated in the liquid phase. For the fully loaded materials, it was seen that the methanol molecules form a one-dimensional hydrogen-bonded chain along the channels in DAY whereas only dimers are present in NaY. 相似文献

The organocatalytic enantioselective formation of vinyl-substituted all-carbon quaternary stereocenters via nucleophilic vinylic substitution by alpha-substituted-alpha-cyanoacetates is presented. This study shows that the relaxivity and optical properties of functionalised lanthanide‐DTPA‐bis‐amide complexes (lanthanide=Gd3+ and Eu3+, DTPA=diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid) can be successfully modulated by addition of specific anions, without direct Ln3+/anion coordination. Zinc(II)‐dipicolylamine moieties, which are known to bind strongly to phosphates, were introduced in the amide “arms” of these ligands, and the interaction of the resulting Gd–Zn2 complexes with a range of anions was screened by using indicator displacement assays (IDAs). Considerable selectivity for polyphosphorylated species (such as pyrophosphate and adenosine‐5′‐triphosphate (ATP)) over a range of other anions (including monophosphorylated anions) was apparent. In addition, we show that pyrophosphate modulates the relaxivity of the gadolinium(III) complex, this modulation being sufficiently large to be observed in imaging experiments. To establish the binding mode of the pyrophosphate and gain insight into the origin of the relaxometric modulation, a series of studies including UV/Vis and emission spectroscopy, luminescence lifetime measurements in H2O and D2O, 17O and 31P NMR spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance dispersion (NMRD) studies were carried out. 相似文献

An infrared spectral investigation of a number of pyrimidine and pyrimidone hexachloroantimonates is reported. Typical aromatic absorption bands found in pyrimidinium salts were absent in the pyrimidone cations. 2-And 4-Pyrimidone hexachloroantimonates, as well as their N-methyl- and N,N'-dimethyl derivatives, exhibit intense carbonyl absorption bands between 1720–1729 cm?1 (solid state) which corroborates N-protonation of pyrimidones. 相似文献

A small molecule fluorescent probe, 4-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl]aniline(L) for detecting Ag+ ion was gently synthesized via one-pot multi-component reaction catalyzed by H3[PW12O40] under solvent-free microwave irradiation. When the concentration of Ag+ ion changed from 0 to 8.0×10−6 mol/L in the solution of H2O/CH3OH(19:1, volume ratio), the fluorescence emission spectrum was blue-shifted and accompanied by a gradual increase in fluorescence intensity with a low detection limit of 3.0×10−11 mol/L. Moreover, UV-Vis absorption titration experiment demonstrated a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio and an association constant of (9.95±0.44)×105 L/mol between probe L and Ag+ ion, and thus their complexation mechanism was also proposed and verified. More importantly, this fluorescent probe was remarkably specific for Ag+ ion under the interference of other metal ions and exhibited a wide pH application range of 4.0-8.0. Tetrazine‐ and sydnone‐based click reactions have emerged as important bioconjugation strategies with fast kinetics and N2 or CO2 as the only byproduct. Mechanistic studies of these reactions have focused on the initial rate‐determining cycloaddition steps. The subsequent N2 or CO2 release from the bicyclic intermediates has been approached mainly through computational studies, which have predicted lifetimes of femtoseconds. In the present study, bioorthogonal cycloadditions involving N2 or CO2 extrusion have been examined experimentally at the single‐molecule level by using a protein nanoreactor. At the resolution of this approach, the reactions appeared to occur in a single step, which places an upper limit on the lifetimes of the intermediates of about 80 μs, which is consistent with the computational work. 相似文献

采用表面反应改性法制备了SnO2 SiO2 (SnSiO)表面复合物载体 ,用等体积浸渍法制备了SnSiO担载的Cu Ni双金属催化剂。借助BET、XRD、TPR、IR和微反等技术研究了SnSiO及其负载的Ni、Cu双金属催化剂的表面构造、化学吸附及CO2 加氢反应性能。结果表明 :SnSiO是SnO2 单分子层价联于SiO2 表面的复合氧化物 ,仍保持类似SiO2载体的孔结构和比表面 ;SnO2 引入SiO2 表面后可以有效地促进CuO、NiO的还原 ,还原后成为负载在SnSiO载体表面的Cu Ni合金 ;CO2 在负载型Cu Ni合金表面Cu或表面Ni位上发生化学吸附 ,形成线式和剪式吸附态 ;CO2 在催化剂上的加氢反应产物主要是CH3 OH、CH4 、CO和H2 O ,生成CH3 OH的选择性与催化剂组成及反应条件密切相关。Cu Ni催化剂 ,在 0 5MPa ,170℃ ,H2 /CO2 (mol/mol)为 3的条件下 ,CH3 OH的选择性达到 84 6 %。 相似文献
