基于联吡啶的π-共轭有机电致发光分子的合成和光学性质研究

利用Wittig-Horner方法合成了一系列新的基于联吡啶的π-共轭分子, 并用¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR、红外光谱、元素分析和MS进行了表征. 通过热重分析(TGA)测定结果表明所合成的化合物具有良好的热学稳定性; 化合物的光致发光(PL)最大发射峰在439～441 nm之间, 对应于蓝光区域.

Two-dimensional electrophoresis protein profiling as an analytical tool for human acute leukemia classification

Two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) was used to profile the proteins of leukemic cells from 61 cases of akute leukemia (AL) characterized by the French-American-British (FAB) classification. The differentially expressed protein spots were identified by matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and electrospray ionization-tandem MS (ESI-MS/MS). The distinct protein profiles (DPPs) of AL FAB subtypes were explored successfully, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), its subtypes (M2, M3, and M5), and acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL), which were homogeneous within different samples of the same subgroup but clearly differed from all other subgroups. We also found a group of proteins differentially expressed between AL cells and normal white blood cells. Among the DPPs of AL subtypes, some proteins have been reported, but most of them were first reported here to mark AML differentiation and to discriminate AML from ALL. These data show that 2-DE protein profiling could be used as an analytical tool for facilitating molecular definition of human AL classification and understanding the mechanism of leukemogensis, and the extension of the present analysis to the currently less well-defined AL will identify additional subgroups and may promote the identification of new targets for specific treatment approaches.

一维链状配位聚合物[Ag(bix)(NO3)(H2O)]n的合成和晶体结构

A one-dimensional (1D) Z conformation coordination polymer, [Ag(bix)(NO₃)(H₂O)]_n was obtained by the reaction between AgNO₃ and flexible ligand of 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene under hydrothermal conditions. It crystallizes in triclinic with space group P1. The crystallographic data of the compound are: a=0.777 1(2) nm, b=1.043 4(3) nm, c=1.082 7(3) nm, α=71.403(4)°, β=80.946(5)°, γ=88.794(4)°. The 1D chainlike structure was connected by π-π interaction between phenyl rings, leading to a 2D layered network. The lattice water and the NO₃^- anions were involved between the layers, therefore the 2D layered structure further extended to an intricate 3D framework. CCDC: 257100.     

A novel solid state Michael addition reaction of N-heterocyclic compounds containing active C-H bond

In this paper,a novel solid state Michael-type addition reaction of N-heterocyclic compounds containing the active-CH group was investigated.3-Methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) and indole (In) reacted with 4-arylmethylene-3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (1) hi the solid state at room temperature to give the corresponding adducts,aryl-4,4'-bis(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-l-phenyl-pyrazolyl) methane (2a-n) and l-aryl-l-(5'-hydroxy-3'-methyl-1'-phenyl-4'-pyrazolyl)-l-(3"-indolyl) methane (3a-n),respectively.This is a feasible method for preparing the compound which contains two heterocyclic groups on the same carbon.     

Fe（Ⅲ）APO分子筛在芳香族化合物氧化反应中的催化活性

 Fe取代系列磷酸铝分子筛（FeAlPO4－5，FeAlPO4－11和FeVPI－5）在催化氧化芳香族化合物反应（如苯酚和苯的羟化、苯乙烯的环氧化以及萘酚的氧化）中具有很高的活性．系统研究的数据显示，在苯酚和苯的羟化及苯乙烯的环氧化反应中，FeAlPO4－5及FeAlPO4－11的活性与TS－1催化剂相近；在大分子萘酚的氧化反应中，FeVPI－5具有较高的活性，而小孔的TS－1则没有活性．比较不同催化剂的活性结果表明，骨架中的Fe（Ⅲ）是催化剂的活性中心．     

基于“历史复演法”的化学教学设计研究——以“质量守恒定律”为例

化学发展的历史能够作为重要的教学设计资源。将历史上的化学家开展科学研究和解决科学问题的过程，设计为可供课堂教学应用的学生问题，需要经过历史事件考察、学生水平分析、问题转化等步骤。以质量守恒定律为例，探讨了基于“历史复演法”的化学教学设计框架与实施。
