This work can be understood as a set of ideas on the indigenous teacher education when the teacher educator is external to the indigenous culture and he/she assumes to take into account the culture that each one brings inside oneself. These ideas represent what we have learnt/perceived from our experience as indigenous teacher educator in terms of the perspectives we need to focus in this movement and the great number of challenges we become aware we have to face. This paper presents some perspectives, different points of view, conflicts and challenges of socio-anthropologic-political, psycho-epistemological, ethnic-linguistics orders as well as a critical evaluation on the indigenous teacher education and the education of the indigenous teacher as a student.  相似文献

There is strong epidemiological evidence that occupational exposure to WBV is associated with an increased risk of low back pain (LBP), sciatic pain, and degenerative changes in the spinal system, including lumbar intervertebral disc disorders. A prototype health surveillance scheme for WBV is presented in this paper. Surveillance is the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data for the purpose of prevention. The aims are to assess health status and diagnose vibration-induced disorders at an early stage, to inform the workers on the potential risk associated with vibration exposure, to give preventive advice to employers and employees and to control whether preventive measures which have been taken, were successful. It is suggested that a pre-placement health examination should be offered to each worker who will be exposed to WBV so as to make the worker aware of the hazards, to obtain baseline health data, and to identify medical conditions that may increase the risk due to WBV. The case history should focus on personal history, work history, and leisure activities involving driving of vehicles. The personal medical history should detail back pain complaints, disorders in the spine, any injuries or surgery to the musculoskeletal system. A physical examination on the lower back should be performed on workers who have experienced LBP symptoms over the past 12 months. The preplacement examination should be followed by periodic health reassessment with a regular interval according to the legislation of the country. It is suggested that periodic medical examination should be made available at least every 2 years to all workers who are exposed to WBV. Any change in vibration exposure at the workplace should be reported by the employer. If an increase in vibration exposure or a change in health status have occurred, the medical re-examination should be offered at shorter intervals at the discretion of the attending physician. There should be a periodic medical examination, which includes recording any change in exposure to WBV. The findings for the individual should be compared with previous examinations. Group data should also be compiled periodically. Medical removal may be considered along with re-placement in working practices without exposure to WBV. This paper presents opinions on health surveillance for whole-body vibration developed within a working group of partners funded on a European Community Network (BIOMED2 concerted action BMH4-CT98-3251: Research network on detection and prevention of injuries due to occupational vibration exposures). The health surveillance protocol and the draft questionnaire with explanation comments are presented for wider consideration by the science community and others before being considered appropriate for implementation.  相似文献

The surface of a poly(styrene-hydroxyethylmethacrylate), macrocrystalline film was observed by atomic force microscopy in the contact mode, before and during film immersion in water. The swelling effect on film morphology is strongly dependent on the quality of the macrocrystalline surface: film integrity is preserved or concerted many-particle displacement is observed in well-organized areas with few defects, but extensive particle displacement is observed in highly defective areas. The lateral particle dimensions increase by ca. 10-15% only and particle aspect ratio is unaltered in the highly crystalline areas. However, film roughness is greatly decreased, and flat mirror-like surface domains are obtained due to the concerted effects of particle swelling and latex-water interfacial tension. Efficient 1,4-asymmetric induction has been achieved in the highly stereocontrolled intramolecular [2 + 2] cycloadditions between ketenimines and imines, leading to 1,2-dihydroazeto[2, 1-b]quinazolines. The chiral methine carbon adjacent to the iminic nitrogen controls the exclusive formation of the cycloadducts with relative trans configuration at C2 and C8. The stepwise mechanistic model, based on theoretical calculations, fully supports the stereochemical outcome of these cycloadditions.  相似文献

A 7 kg stone of a Carrara marble was reduced to grains smaller than 100 m, mixed and homogeneized in order to prepare a marble reference material. The homogeneity was tested for 16 elements by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA). Through a one-way analysis of variance based on several analyses of each of 15 bottles and within the same bottle, it was concluded that the inter-bottle heterogeneity is not greater than the intra-bottle heterogeneity. Results on the concentration of major and trace elements in the marble reference material, obtained by different laboratories and different techniques, are given. The limestone certified reference material KALKSTEIN KH was used to evaluate measurement accuracy, to intercalibrate laboratories, and to provide compatibility of measurement data.  相似文献

Aiming the establishment of simple and accurate readings of citric acid (CA) in complex samples, citrate (CIT) selective electrodes with tubular configuration and polymeric membranes plus a quaternary ammonium ion exchanger were constructed. Several selective membranes were prepared for this purpose, having distinct mediator solvents (with quite different polarities) and, in some cases, p-tert-octylphenol (TOP) as additive. The latter was used regarding a possible increase in selectivity. The general working characteristics of all prepared electrodes were evaluated in a low dispersion flow injection analysis (FIA) manifold by injecting 500 μl of citrate standard solutions into an ionic strength (IS) adjuster carrier (10−2 mol l−1) flowing at 3 ml min−1. Good potentiometric response, with an average slope and a repeatability of 61.9 mV per decade and ±0.8%, respectively, resulted from selective membranes comprising additive and bis(2-ethylhexyl)sebacate (bEHS) as mediator solvent. The same membranes conducted as well to the best selectivity characteristics, assessed by the separated solutions method and for several chemical species, such as chloride, nitrate, ascorbate, glucose, fructose and sucrose. Pharmaceutical preparations, soft drinks and beers were analyzed under conditions that enabled simultaneous pH and ionic strength adjustment (pH=3.2; ionic strength=10−2 mol l−1), and the attained results agreed well with the used reference method (relative error<4%). The above experimental conditions promoted a significant increase in sensitivity of the potentiometric response, with a supra-Nernstian slope of 80.2 mV per decade, and allowed the analysis of about 90 samples per hour, with a relative standard deviation <1.0%.  相似文献

An investigation was carried out on ethanol-water separation employing a PSA adsorption cycle with zeolite 3A as the adsorbent. The cycle was operated under the following operating variables: feed flow (2, 4, 6 and 8 L/h), adsorption temperature (200°C) and adsorption pressures (2, 4 and 6 bar). All experimental runs were performed under vacuum of 0.2 bar in the desorption step. The effect of these variables on the enrichment and recovery percentage of the product, on the productivity and on the total cycle time was studied, using the adsorption pressure as a parameter. The results showed that these variables significantly affect the responses of interest. We also studied the influence of such variables as: adsorption pressures, desorption pressures, flow rates and adsorption temperatures (T), on the enrichment, recovery, productivity and on the total cycle time. The data were obtained from operational cycles in a Kahle's system. The experiments were organized by a three level factorial design. The results obtained were compared with from the fitted empirical equations as well as with the corresponding surface responses and all variables showed to be influential. Last, by an optimal combination of the variables was obtained by means of the ridge analysis method and the optimized multi-response method.  相似文献
