PHOTOCATALYTIC HYDROGEN EVOLUTION FROM WATER SPLITTING UNDER VISIBLE LIGHT IRRADIATION ON NOVEL PHOTOCATALYST FULLENES-PVP-ZN0.999NI0.001S

Fullerenes (C60/C70) linked up to Ni-doped ZnS through the medium of an amphalic polymer polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) to form a new kind of photocatalyst for hydrogen evolution from aqueous Na2S/Na2SO3 solution under visible light irradiation, the photocatalytic activities of this novel photocatalyst C60/C70-PVP-Zn0.999Ni0.001S are 3-5 fold higher compared with that of precurse catalyst Zn0.999Ni0.001S. This result could be attributed to Schottky barrier layer built between C60/C70 and Zn0.999Ni0.001S due to the electro-negativity of C60 and characteristic of being used as a multiple electron acceptor. C60 or C60/C70, its moiety, with its low energy first excited singlet state, is a good energy acceptor and in addition readily accepts multiple electrons, making it a potential electron accumulate as we know, which could protect the separation between electrons and holes against combination. This is an important reason for the marked increase of amount of H2 evolution during the photocatalytic process for the composite system C60/C70-PVP-Zn0.999Ni0.001S.     

Catalytic Asymmetric[2,3]-Sigmatropic Rearrangement of Sulfur Ylides Generated from Carbenoids and Allenic 2-Methylphenyl Sulfide

The first investigation on catalytic asymmetric [2, 3]-sigmatrop-ic rearrangement of sulfur ylides generated from carbenoids andallenic phenyl sulfide was carried out. Up to 55% ee value wasobtained.     

Fe(OH)2悬浮液在EDTA作用下氧气氧化生成δ-FeOOH的机理研究

At room temperature and in the presence of trace EDTA, the formation of δ-FeOOH was studied by the rapid oxidation of Fe(OH)2 suspension with O2. The structural and morphological changes were characterized by various techniques such as XRD, FTIR and TEM. γ-FeOOH and (δ-FeOOH) formed simutaneously in the early period of oxidation. But as the rate of mass transfer was in equilibrium, trace (γ-FeOOH) vanished gradually. Accordingly, pure phase δ-FeOOH was obtained. At the same time, critical amount ratio K of EDTA to Fe2+ was verified. The experiments show that the reactivity, rate of the oxidizing agent and pH of the initial medium were important factors for the formation of pure phase (δ-FeOOH). Under the auxiliary effect of EDTA, the reactivity of O2 was nearly improved to that of H2O2. And the process of the oxidation that Fe(OH)2 suspension was oxidized by O2 under that condition was discussed.

β-氨基酸是一类在医药开发和生物化学研究中有重要用途的化合物，立体选 择性地合成光学纯β-氨基酸具有挑战性．近10多年来人们在该领域开展了许多工 作．以最近几年的工作为主重点介绍了该领域具有代表性的工作。     

对甲苯磺酰谷氨酸桥联的一维双链锰配合物的合成、表征与晶体结构

A one-dimensional double-chain coordination polymer [Mn(phen)(tsgluo)] was synthesized in a mixed solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in orthorhombic system with space group P2₁2₁2₁. The crystal data are: a=0.530 78(17) nm, b=1.723 9(5) nm, c=2.456 9(8) nm, Z=4, μ=0.729 mm^-1, D_c=1.579 g·cm^-3, V=2.248 1(12) nm³, R₁=0.033 1, ωR₂=0.078 9. In the title complex, each Mn(Ⅱ) ion presents a octahedral geometry with the coordination of two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline and four oxygen atoms from three different tsgluo^2- ligands. The γ-carboxyl coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of bidentate chelate, while the α-carboxyl coordinates in a bidentate bridging mode. CCDC: 253910.     

亲水性交联聚合物载体的合成表征及其固定化α-淀粉酶

选用丙烯酰胺(AM)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺为单体(NHS),以N,N/-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)为交联剂,以乙醇水溶液为制孔剂条件下进行反相悬浮聚合,得到珠状共聚物载体,该载体是一种新的酶载体形式,在国内外的相关文献中均未见报道.用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜测定其结构和表观活性.结果表明,在固定单体配比[W(AM)/W(NHS)=10∶1]和致孔剂用量的情况下,测得交联剂用量为4%时,交联聚合物载体的溶胀性最好(287.5%);交联剂用量为5%时,交联聚合物载体固定化α-淀粉酶表现出高的表观活性(522.53U/g).测得固定化酶载体表现出良好的操作稳定性.比较固定化酶和游离态酶的最适反应温度发现,固定化酶的最适反应温度(70℃)比游离态酶高20℃;固定化酶的最适反应pH值范围较游离态酶广.

ALTERATION IN CHROMATIN CONFORMATION OF PROLIFERATING AND DIFFERENTIATING ENZYME GENES IN NORMAL MOUSE LIVER AND ASCITES HEPATOMA CELLS AND ITS RELATION TO THE GENE EXPRESSION OF ENZYMES

Nuclei from the normal mouse liver were partially digested with micrococcal nuclease, followed by DNA extraction, agarose gel clectrophoresis and dot blot hybridization with ~(32)P-labeled cDNA probes of CPS_1 and ACT complex, It was clearly shown that the CPS_1 genes were distributed on the monomer, dimer. and trimer of nucleosomes, while the genes coding for ACT complex were distributed on the condensed oligonucleosomes. An opposite manner of distribution of CPS_1 and ACT complex genes was, however, noted in the case of ascites hepatoma cells, in which the specific activity of ACT was 13 times higher than that in the normal liver, while that of CPS_1 was remarkably reduced. Similar patterns of change in mRNA level of CPS_1 and ACT complex were observed in the normal mouse liver and ascites hepatoma cells, indicating a close relationship between chromatin structure and gene expression of these enzymes.

可移动式微量氧分析仪检定装置研制

研制一种新型可移动式微量氧分析仪检定装置。该装置由标准气体、零点气、脱氧纯化器、减压阀、调节阀、4通阀、5通阀、不锈钢管路、流量控制系统、移动平台等组成。该装置气密性好,15 min内可将装置内氧气浓度由20.9%降至不大于0.1μmol/mol,对于0~10μmol/mol的微量氧分析仪检定结果的扩展不确定度为Urel=1.7%FS(k=2)。该装置满足气体标准物质的连续切换和在线检定的需要,检定时间短,结果准确可靠,可为在线式和非在线式微量氧分析仪的量值溯源提供有效保障。
