Correlation between Boron Isotope of Coral Acropora and pH Value of Seawater Surface

A water circulation system with the almost same element composition and socket type was adopted in coral Acropora culture under different seawater pH value conditions and the data of the relationship between boron isotopic compositions of coral and seawater pH value by thermoelectric ionization mass spectrometer were obtained. According to the correlations between α_carb-3 of coral and the pH value of cultured seawater, α_carb-3 was not a constant but related to pH value, indicating that B(OH)₃ also incorporated carbonate. Therefore, the theoretical formula could not be used to calculate the seawater pH value from the δ¹¹B_carb value of the measured marine biological carbonate. The empirical equations obtained experimentally would be an alternative method to calculate the seawater pH value. In addition, the mixed precipitation of CaCO₃ and Mg(OH)₂ was found in aquaculture tanks with high pH value, and the δ¹¹B of the solid was significantly higher than that of cultured seawater. The result indicated that the presence of Mg(OH)₂ had a significant effect on the boron isotope fractionation, which deserved our attention.     

pH Resistant Ratiometric Measurement of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Levels by Time-resolved Fluorescence Spectroscopy

Circular permutation fluorescent protein is a novel method to construct biosensors. The ratio of two excitation channels is employed to quantitatively calibrate the level of analysts. SoNar is one of them, which can be used to monitor cellular NADH/NAD⁺ levels. However, the 490 nm excitation channel of these biosensors is sensitive to pH environments, which is negative in real applications. In this work, we demonstrated that the fractional intensity ratio extracted from time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy could be used to quantify NADH levels with one excitation (420 nm) and one emission channels. The 420-nm excitation channel was pH resistant. Comparing to average lifetime, the fractional intensity ratio had a 3.2-fold dynamic range, which was much wider than average lifetimes.     

白血病骨髓移植病人全血微量元素铜的变化及其意义

为了研究白血病骨髓移植病人全血微量元素铜的变化及其意义 ,用原子吸收光谱法检测了正常对照组与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前及移植后骨髓空虚期全血微量元素铜的含量。结果表明 ,正常对照组全血铜浓度与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前全血铜浓度差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而与骨髓空虚期全血铜浓度有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,说明白血病缓解后血铜接近正常对照组水平 ,而白血病骨髓移植患者预处理后骨髓空虚期全血铜含量高于正常对照组 ,说明预处理影响微量元素铜的代谢 ,本文就其影响机理进行了研究     

丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮催化剂研究

用浸渍法制备了丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮负载型催化剂，考察了载体的预处理温度、添加镧助剂对催化剂性能的影响；用BET法测定了催化剂的表面积；采用H2-O2滴定法测定Pd的分散度．结果发现，用经过1．023K焙烧过的Al2O3为载体的催化剂具有较好的催化性能，添加镧助剂后催化剂的分散度、活性有较大的提高．     

几种常见水果的微量元素分析

运用原子吸收分光光度法测定了几种常见水果中部分微量元素含量。其中榴莲的Mg、Zn、Cu、K含量位于四种水果之首。美国提子中Ca含量最高，芒果中Fe含量最高。以上差别具有统计学意义。六种元素的回收率为90％-106．5％。连续6次测定样品，变异系数(CV)为0．96％。     

反相流动注射化学发光法测定单宁

在碱性介质中 ,单宁对高碘酸钾氧化鲁米诺的化学发光反应有较强的增敏作用 ,据此建立了反相流动注射化学发光测定单宁的新方法 ,并研究了最佳反应条件。该方法快速、准确、线性范围宽 ,测定单宁的检出限为 1 .1 2× 1 0 - 9g/ m L,方法的线性范围为 2 .0× 1 0 - 8～ 6 .0× 1 0 - 6 g/ m L,对于 4.0× 1 0 - 6 g/ m L单宁 1 0次测定的相对标准偏差为 0 .79%。应用于中药五倍子、诃子中单宁的测定 ,结果满意     

医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶理化性能测试

测试了医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶产品的pH值、折射率、重金属含量、红外光谱、化学热稳定性和丙烯酰胺单体残留量等主要理化性能，重点研究了样品中残留单体丙烯酰胺的高效液相色谱分析法。     

Characterization of Nested Hollow Inorganic Fullerene-like Tungsten Disulfide Nanoparticles Prepared by Solid-Gas Reaction

Non-carbon inorganic fullerene-like(IF) nanoscale materials have recently attracted intense interest due to their nested hollow and nanotube structures,In this letter,IF-WS2 nanoparticles prepared by solid-gas reaction were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the IF-WS2 nanoparticles have a nested hollow closed spherical structure with diameter of 100-150mm.     

Preparation of Diphenyl Oxalate from Transesterification of Dimethyl Oxalate with Phenol over TS—1 Catalyst

Diphenyl oxalate was synthesized from transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol over TS-1(2.5 wt% Ti)catalyst.TS-1 catalyst,as a beterogeneous catalyst,showed excellent selectivity of diphenyl oxalate and methylphenyl oxalate compared with other homogeneous catalysts.Lewis acid sites on TS-1 catalyst were the active sites for transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol.the high selectivity was closely related to the weak acid sites over TS-1.     

New Approach to Synthesis of 6,7—Dimethoxyisatin

A new approach to synthesis of 6,7-dimethoxyisatin is reported.2-nitro-3,4-dimethoxy mandelonitrile in glacial acetic acid was treated with the solution of stannous chloride in hydrochloric acid to give 6,7-dimethoxyisatin in a high yield.
