The Internal Bremsstrahlung Accompanying the β-Decay from 185W

The internal bremsstrahlung (IB) spectrum accompanying the β-decay from ¹⁸⁵W radionuclide has been measured. The obtained spectrum was analyzed into its constituting gamma lines taking into account all the proper corrections. The analyzed spectrum was compared with those theoretically calculated. The experimental results for the IB probability were found to be in good agreement with theoretical calculations especially with the shape corrected modified KUB theory of Nilsson up to 357.7 keV.

The Anomalous Effect of Interface Traps on Generation Current in Lightly Doped Drain nMOSFET＇s

The anomalous phenomenon of generation current ICD in the lightly doped drain （LDD） nMOSFET measured under the drain bias VD-step mode is reported. We propose an assumption of activated （A） and frozen （F） traps for the VD-step mode： The A traps contributes to ICD while the F process can make them lose the roles as generation centers. The A and F regions can form the F-A region. The comparison of the F and A regions decides the role of the F-A region. The experiments confirm the assumption.     

Experimental Verification of Left-Handed Metamaterials Composed of Coplanar Electric and Magnetic Resonators

We verified experimentally left-handed metamaterials （LHM） composed of coplanar electric and magnetic resonators. A typical LHM sample composed of coplanar resonator unit cells was fabricated, investigated and tested. The experimental results show that the tested sample has a left-handed band of width 1.4 GHz in the X band. The experimental results agree quite well with the simulation ones. Moreover, both the simulation and experimental results show that the LHM under study can automatically achieve good impedance-matching in the left-handed band.     

Vacuum condensates of QCD

We study the properties of QCD vacuum state in this paper. The values of various local quark vacuum condensates, quark-gluon mixed vacuum condensates, and the structure of non-local quark vacuum condensate are predicted by the solution of Dyson-Schwinger Equations in "rainbow" approximation with three sets of different parameters for effective gluon propagator. The light quark virtuality is also obtained in a consistent way. Our all theoretical results here are in good agreement with the empirical values used widely in literature and many other theoretical calculations.     

钯-碳/NaHCO3催化下2,4-二氯嘧啶的区域选择性脱氯反应：一种合成2-氯嘧啶的有效方法

本文报道了一种合成2-氯嘧啶的有效方法。易得原料2,4-二氯嘧啶在钯-碳/NaHCO3作用下可以区域选择性地脱除2位氯原子得到2-氯嘧啶。2-氯嘧啶可以用作多种复杂嘧啶衍生物的有效合成砌块。
