A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.  相似文献

Ion-pair formation constants (KMLA mol−1 dm3) of Na+– and K+–18-crown-6 ether (18C6) complexes with MnO4 in water (w) were determined potentiometrically at 25 °C. Simultaneously, extraction constants (Kex mol−2 dm6) of the permanganates with 18C6 from w into 1,2-dichloroethane at 25 °C were obtained from the spectrophotometric determination of distribution ratios of the permanganates. These Kex values were divided into KMLA and other three component equilibrium constants and thereby extraction-selectivity and -ability were discussed in comparison with corresponding metal picrate–18C6 extraction systems reported before.  相似文献

CO2 molecule chemisorbs selectively on the zigzag tube edge without an activation barrier, whereas it physisorbs on the armchair edge of nanotubes. In addition, carbon nanotubes can be etched by an adsorbed oxygen atom of CO2 molecule. From our results, we suggest a selective etching mechanism for tuning the chirality of the mass-produced carbon nanotubes.  相似文献

The spontaneous decarboxylation of 0.5 m aqueous α‐alanine solutions as a function of pH (1–9 at 320°C, where neutrality is approximately 6) was determined with a flow reactor at 280–330°C and 275 bar by FT‐IR spectroscopy. The kinetics for the cationic and anionic forms have not been previously reported. The rate constants for the cationic form [CH3(NH3+)CHCO2H], the anionic form [CH3(NH2)CHCO2?], and the zwitterion form [CH3(NH3+)CHCO2?] were obtained and followed the first‐order rate law. The rate of decarboxylation of the zwitterion is three times greater than that of the cationic and anionic forms in the temperature and pH ranges of study. The corresponding Arrhenius parameters were determined and compared with previously reported data. The addition of KCl (1 and 2 m) at the natural pH of α‐alanine resulted in a reduction of the decarboxylation rate, suggesting that the transition state is less polar than the zwitterion and/or that the activity of the zwitterion has been reduced. The α‐alanine solution is therefore somewhat more robust in solutions of high ionic strength, such as seawater, than it is in pure water. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel one-dimensional (1D) chain coordination polymer [Mn2(2,2′-dipha)2(phen)]n has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, and X-ray diffraction. Orange crystals crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 19.393(7) Å, b = 19.183(7) Å, c = 19.729(7) Å, β = 90.826(6)°, V = 7338(5) Å3, Z = 8. In the crystal structure, one manganese atom is six-coordinated with four carboxylate oxygen atoms from one pentadentate 2,2′-dipha ligand and two tetradentate 2,2′-dipha ligands, and with two nitrogen atoms of one phen ligand, giving a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The other manganese atom is five-coordinated with five oxygen atoms from two tetradentate 2,2′-dipha ligands and two pentadentate 2,2′-dipha ligands and has a trigonal bipyramidal environment. The TGA curve shows that the compound is stable below 310°.  相似文献

采用电化学石英晶体微天平, 现场监测不同界面电场下完全匹配的靶标DNA和不完全匹配的靶标DNA分别与寡聚核苷酸探针分子杂交的过程. 结果表明, 电极表面荷正电时DNA表观杂交效率比电极表面荷负电时高, 但假阳性比较显著; 而电极表面荷负电时能有效地抑制错配杂交. 探讨了引入界面电场后探针分子取向和微观作用力对DNA杂交的影响.  相似文献

We report the application of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) for the accurate measurement of mass of low molecular weight compounds (smaller than 1500 Da), a linear peptide, two types of cyclic depsipeptides, a polyhydroxy-macrocyclic lactone, and two prenylated flavonoids, with delayed extraction in the reflector mode. The performance of the MALDI-TOF instrument was less than those of fast atom bombardment and Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry instruments and insufficient to give acceptable accuracy for literature reporting. Nevertheless, when combined with NMR spectrometry and/or amino acid analysis to give information on the numbers of carbon atoms and index of hydrogen deficiency, MALDI was useful for determination of the elemental composition of the low molecular weight compounds available in small quantities.  相似文献

Precursor molecule (R)-6,6′-bis(triethoxysilylethen-2-yl)-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-2) was synthesized by Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction of (R)-6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-1) intermediate with vinyltriethoxysilane. The hydrolysis and polycondensation of the precursor R-2 produced the corresponding xerogel. Both precursor and xerogel were analysed by NMR, FTIR, UV, CD spectra, fluorescent spectroscopy, polarimetry and elemental analysis. The precursor and xerogel can emit strong blue fluorescence and are expected to have a potential application in the separation of chiral molecules as fluorescent sensor. The precursor exhibits strong Cotton effect in its circular dichroism (CD) spectrum indicating a highly rigid structure.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论中的广义梯度近似(DFT/GGA)方法,对Run团簇(n = 2~8)的几何结构与稳定性、束缚能以及能级分布的关系进行了研究,并分析了随着团簇原子数的增加,团簇的几何结构和费米能级的变化,结果表明:Ru簇的几何结构在4个原子以前是平面结构,而从5个原子开始为空间立体的稳定结构,束缚能随金属原子数的增加而增加。能级结构呈明显的分立特征,费米能级随原子个数的增加而增加,但从Ru7开始又有所降低,且团簇的能量间隙逐渐减小,趋近于大块金属的能级特征。  相似文献

Alkylnaphthalene sulfonates with high purity were selected as model components to research synergism for lowering interfacial tension (IFT) in surfactant/alkali/acidic oil systems. The dynamic IFTs between alkylnaphthalene sulfonates with different alkyl chain length and n-decane, oleic acid model oil, or Shengli crude oil were measured. The results showed that the alkylnaphthalene sulfonates with different alkyl chain lengths had different synergism with different acidic components and their ionized acids under the same conditions. The synergism for lowering dynamic IFT in alkylnaphthalene sulfonate/alkali/acidic oil systems was controlled by alkylnaphthalene sulfonate concentration, alkyl chain length, alkali concentration, alkali type, and oleic acid concentration: optimal physicochemical conditions were necessary to the best synergism. This indicates that the synergism among added surfactant acidic components in crude oil and their ionized acids is controlled by the ratio of their interfacial concentrations.  相似文献
