N—BOC—8—氨甲基—2—萘甲酸的改进合成法

以２－萘甲酸为原料，经硝化，酯化，重氮化，选择性催化氢化，ＢＯＣ酸酐保护等六步反应，完成了Ｎ－ＢＯＣ－８氨甲基－２－萘甲酸（１ａ）的合成，为化合物１的合成提供了新的合成途径。     

INFLUENCE OF COMPOSITIONAL HETEROGENEITY ON MORPHOLOGY AND PROPERTIES OF SEGMENTED COPOLYMERS

Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/polycaprolactone(PCL) segmented copolymers with different hard segment contents and a blend of two of them were studied by using DSC, WAXS, TEM and IR techniques and dynamic mechanical, stress-strain and isothermal crystallization measurements. Emphasis was laid on the studies of influence of compositional heterogeneity on the morphology and properties of these segmented copolymers. It was found that the solution cast specimens of the more heterogeneous sample exhibit better segregation of segments, high crystallinity and melting temperature. They have higher thermal stability of mechanical properties at small deformations. However, they are less stable against large deformations and may become softer than the more homogeneous ones.     

甲酰胺对有序介孔二氧化硅形貌的影响

At room temperature and in acidic solution, ordered mesoporous silicas with particular morphology were synthesized using cetylpyridinium chloride as the template and formamide as the cosolvent. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), small angle X-ray diffraction (SXRD), and nitrogen adsorption techniques were used to characterize the as-synthesized and calcined samples. Results showed that the samples had hexagonal mesostructure analogous to MCM-41 and relatively narrow pore-size distributions (BJH). Besides, BET surface areas of the samples were in the range of 1 000～1 250 m²·g^-1 and high total pore volumes were up to 1.367 cm³·g^-1. Addition of formamide affected obviously mesostructures and the morphology of the mesoporous silica. Furthermore, with the increase of the concentration of formamide, the unit-cell constant decreased and particle shape changed from gyroids to fibers.     

二维网状铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及晶体结构表征

A Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(L)_1.5(OSO₃)]·3H₂O (1) [L=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)benzene] was synthesized by reaction of ligand L with CuSO₄·5H₂O using solvothermal method and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.948 8(2), b=1.078 5(2), c=1.108 4(2) nm, α=74.820(2), β=81.331(2), γ=72.638(2)°, V=1.041 5(3) nm³, Z=2, D_calc=1.687 g·cm^-3, F(000)=544, μ=1.205 cm^-1, the final R=0.062 3 and wR=0.132 8. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom has distorted square-pyramidal environment with a N₃O₂ donor set. Each L ligand links two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms using its imidazole groups to form an infinite one-dimensional (1D) ladder-like chain, which further linked by SO₄^2- to form a two-dimensional (2D) network structure. The 2D sheets are further connected by C-H…O hydrogen bonds to give a three-dimensional (3D) structure. CCDC: 650388.     

低电流密度下恒电流法制备的聚苯胺修饰电极

研究了低电流密度下恒电流法制备的聚苯（ＰＡ）修饰电极的性质及其影响因素，探讨了低电流密度聚合的ＰＡ膜的优点。发现此种条件下聚合的ＰＡ膜具有较好的电荷传输能力，它不仅对Ｂｒ＾－，Ｔｌ＾＋／Ｔｌ等电对的氧化还原反应有更好的电催化活性，而且对Ｈ＾＋的Ｎｅｒｎａｓｔ响应也更接近理论值。     

Preparation of Nanoelectrode Ensembles by Assembly of Nano—Silver Colloid on Gold Surface

A novel method for preparing silver nanoelectrode ensembles(SNEEs) and gold nanoelectrode ensembles (GNEEs) has been developed. Silver colloid particles were first absorbed to the gold electrode surface to form a monolayer silver colloid. N-hexadecyl nercaptan was then assembled on the electrode to form a thoil monolayer on which hydrophilic ions cannot be transfered. The SNEEs was prepared by removing thiol from silver colloid surface through applying and AC voltage with increasing frequency at 0.20V(vs.SCE). Finally,GNEEs was obtained by immersing a SNEEs into 6 mol/L HNO3 to remove the silver colloid particles. By comparison with other methods such as template method ect., this method enjoys some advantages of lower resistance, same diameter,easy preparation,controllable size and density.     

藏药牦牛肝提取物中矿物质元素特征及意义

采用220FS原子吸收光谱仪测定了传统藏药牦牛肝提取物中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn等8种矿物质元素含量.结果显示,藏药牦牛肝提取物中含有丰富的矿物质元素,对儿童和青少年骨骼的生长发育,中老年骨质疏松症预防有着极为重要的营养学和治疗意义,开发前景广阔.     

LIQUID CHLOROPRENE-HYDROXYETHYL METHACRYLATE COPOLYMER MODIFIED EPOXY RESIN Ⅱ. N, N-DIMETHYL BENZYL AMINE CURING SYSTEM

A series of liquid chloroprene-hydroxyethyl methacrylate copolymer (CP-HEMA) modifiedepoxy resin were prepared. The effects of CP-HEMA content, curing conditions on physical pro-perties of the modified system were examined. With IR and Viscoelastocuremeter, the curing reactionrate was determined and the mechanism of the curing reaction was discussed. The effects of CP-HEMA content and curing conditions on morphology were mainly observed by scanning electronmicroscopy.     

手性配体立体选择性萃取分离扁桃酸对映体

Based on chiral ligand exchange, the distribution behavior of mandelic acid enantiomers in the two-phase system containing copper ion(Ⅱ)(Cu²⁺) and N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline (L), was studied. At different pH, the partition of Cu²⁺ in the two-phase system containing N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline, was investigated. The formation constant of binary cpmplex(Li₂Cu) was obtained by regression. The influence of pH, concentrations of Cu²⁺ and chiral ligand, and solvents on partition coefficients(K) and separation factor(α), was discussed. The experimental results show that Li forms more stable ternary complex with D-mandelic acid than with L- mandelic acid. There is a large influence of pH on K and α. At low pH values (<3.5), formation of binary complexes is thermodynamically unfavourable. K and α are best when pH values are above 3.5 and the molar ratio of chiral ligand to Cu²⁺ is 2∶1. At the same time, solvents influence K and α very much.     

乙基橙与α,β,γ-环糊精包结物诱导圆二色性的研究

本文研究了乙基橙(EO)α、β、γ、环糊精(CD~x)包结物的诱导圆二色性(ICD)。用Kirkwood偶合振动模型探讨了包结物的包结形式都为轴向包结。然后利用Job连续变量作图法确定了其络合比, 即a-CDx/EO=1:1,βCDx(γ-CDx)/EO=2:1、1:1。
