Total Fluorescence Fingerprinting of Pesticides: A Reliable Approach for Continuous Monitoring of Soils and Waters

The present work relates to the creation/extension of a database of Total Excitation-Emission and Total Synchronous Fluorescence Matrices (TEEMs and TSFMs) along with optimal Synchronous Fluorescence Spectra (SFS) to fingerprint pesticides widely used in Morocco. This spectrometric multi-component fingerprinting may permit the direct detection of pesticides persisting in soil or water. The objective of the current investigation is to detect four pesticide remains in agricultural soils by applying the spectrometric fingerprinting results. They are the commercial: i) insecticide Axlera 5G (carbamate), ii) fungicide Orsalis 5% SC (triazole), iii) insecticide Force 0,5 G (pyrethrinoid) and iv) insecticide Proclaim 05 SG (non-assigned). The agricultural plantations monitored are located in the great agricultural Doukkala region at the western Atlantic side of Morocco, where these chemicals are in large sale and use.     

聚丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯的制备

在回顾聚丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯的研究历史基础上，系统地介绍了聚丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯乳液（PUA）的制备方法，其中包括聚氨酯（PU）和聚丙烯酯（PA）的直接掺混法、PU和PA的乳液共聚法，接枝法，互穿网络法，核壳聚合法，对这些方法做了简单的评述，对其应用范围及前景进行了初步探讨。     

抽运光偏振态对晶体两波耦合增益的影响

采用非同时读出条件下晶体两波耦合实验装置,以532 nm单频固体激光器为光源,研究了抽运光偏振态对Ce: KNSBN晶体两波耦合有效增益的影响.结果表明:在信号光为e光且入射光夹角为30 °条件下,当抽运光偏振态与e光夹角为10 °时,有效增益最大;通过比较信号光打开与关闭条件下不同偏振态抽运光入射晶体时信号光及抽运光透射光强,分析得出最大增益存在的原因是偏振角为10 °时抽运光的o光分量很好的起到了擦除光扇的作用,抑制了光扇的发生,从而增益最大.取抽运光偏振态与e光夹角为10 °,研究入射光光强比对Ce: KNSBN晶体两波耦合有效增益的影响,结果发现随入射光光强比的增大,有效增益先增大后减小,光强比为1: 50时对应的增益最大为33.8.同时对研究结果进行了相应的物理解释.     

The Number of Periods in One-Dimensional Gap Map and Lorenz-Like Map

The problem of coun ting the number of periods in one-dimensional maps is extended to two discontinuous maps, the gap map and the Lorenz-like map. The numbers of periods in the gap map and the Lorenz-like map are given by 4F₂(n) and 2C₂(n), respectively, where F₂(n) and C₂ (n) are the number of periodic sequences, invariant under group C_n S₂ and C_n, respectively.

利用白噪声分析、Hermite变换和双曲正切法来研究随机偏微分KleinGordon方程,并在Kondratiev分布空间(S)-1-上分别获得了变系数Klein-Gordon方程和Wick型随机Klein-Gordon方程的精确解和白噪声泛函解.     

APPLICATION OF SURFACE GRAFTED POLY N-ISOPROPYL ACRYLAMIDE BY RADIATION TECHNOLOGY FOR PROTEIN SOLUTION CONCENTRATION

Poly N-isopropyl acrylamide (abbreviated as PNIPA) as a kind of thermally sensitive hydrogel is utilized to concentrate Bovin Serum Albumin (BSA) solution. In order to decrease its surface adsorption to BSA in aqueous solution, surface layer grafting of the gels by radiation technology was carried out. The results showed that hydroxyl propyl methacrylate (HPMA) grained gel exhibited a low level of BSA adsorption and still kept the original thermally sensitive properties of PNIPA hydrogels.     

吡啶与7-苯乙酰氨基-3-氯甲基头孢烷烯酸对甲氧基苄酯碘代物亲核取代反应动力学

以7-苯乙酰氨基-3-氯甲基头孢烷烯酸对甲氧基苄酯(GCLE)和吡啶为原料合成头孢他啶中间体7-苯乙酰氨基-3-吡啶甲基头孢-4-羧酸对甲氧苄酯,用高效液相色谱仪监测了吡啶与GCLE碘取代物在二氯甲烷、丙酮、四氢呋喃、乙酸乙酯和DMF混合液中的亲核取代反应,反应动力学行为可用SN2机理解释.在一定的溶剂中不同温度的速率常数可用Arrhenius方程很好的关联,求得了指前因子,初步讨论了反应的溶剂效应,得出在不同溶剂中亲核取代反应活性顺序为:丙酮＞四氢呋喃＞乙酸乙酯-DMF混合液＞二氯甲烷.     

Electrophysiological correlates of associative learning in smokers: a higher-order conditioning experiment

Background  

Classical conditioning has been suggested to play an important role in the development, maintenance, and relapse of tobacco smoking. Several studies have shown that initially neutral stimuli that are directly paired with smoking are able to elicit conditioned responses. However, there have been few human studies that demonstrate the contribution of higher-order conditioning to smoking addiction, although it is assumed that higher-order conditioning predominates learning in the outside world. In the present study a higher-order conditioning task was designed in which brain responses of smokers and non-smokers were conditioned by pairing smoking-related and neutral stimuli (CS1_smoke and CS1_neutral) with two geometrical figures (CS2_smoke and CS2_neutral). ERPs were recorded to all CSs.

Study of ψ(4415) in the QPC model

Some authors consider the ψ(4415) to be the 4S or 5S excited tate of a cc pair. Starting from this assumption, we study he decays of the ψ(4415) to DD, D^*D^*, D_SD_S, D_S^*D_S^*, and get the corresponding branching ratios in terms of the Quark-Pair-Creation (QPC) model. Compared with the experimental data, we find that the results of 4S state agree much better than those of the 5S state. Therefore, it is more reasonable to assume the ψ(4415) to be a 4S state.
