In this paper, a novel strategy for the fabrication of reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/Cu8S5/polypyrrole (PPy) composite nanosheets with Cu8S5 nanoparticles and PPy layer anchored on the surface of rGO as peroxidase‐like nanocatalyst is reported. During the synthesis, graphene oxide (GO)/CuO composite nanosheets are prepared first and used as templates, then the sulfuration of CuO and polymerization of pyrrole are accompanied with the reduction of GO, resulting in ternary rGO/Cu8S5/PPy composite nanosheets. The synthesized Cu8S5 nanoparticles with a diameter in the range from tens to hundreds of nanometers are dispersed within PPy decorated rGO nanosheets. The resultant ternary rGO/Cu8S5/PPy composite nanosheets exhibit a higher peroxidase‐like catalytic activity toward the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethylbenzidine in the presence of H2O2 than GO/CuO and rGO/CuS composite nanosheets, revealing a synergistic effect on their activity. The as‐prepared rGO/Cu8S5/PPy platform provides a simple colorimetric approach for the detection of H2O2 and phenol with a high sensitivity. This work offers a new way for the fabrication of rGO‐based nanocomposite with superior enzyme‐like activity, which displays great potential applications in biocatalysis and environmental monitoring.  相似文献

Colon cancer (CC) is one of the most common intestinal malignancies and is difficult to detect in its early stage by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with currently used contrast agents (CAs). The development of targeted CAs contributes to the early diagnosis of CC and thereby enables early intervention and timely therapy. Considering the outstanding performance of upconversion nanoprobes (UCNPs) in high‐performance MR and fluorescence imaging, a new type of nanoprobes with considerably enhanced imaging performance is developed herein. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) antibody is conjugated onto the surface of UCNPs to achieve the targeted imaging of early CC tumors, which overexpress CEA. Both toxicity tests and histological/hematological examinations demonstrate the excellent biocompatibility of these CC‐targeting nanoprobes, which possess great potential for clinical application in the early diagnosis of CC.  相似文献

We demonstrate the advantages of using a single-crystal sapphire fiber to perform Raman spectroscopy over using a standard glass fiber. The narrow Raman peaks and the low background signal of a single-crystal sapphire fiber allow for the detection of weaker Raman signals or Raman signals much closer to the incident laser wavelength than with a standard glass fiber, which has a strong broadband Raman spectrum of its own. The Raman spectra of calcite, single-walled carbon nanotubes, and aqueous sodium carbonate solution were collected using a 50 cm long, 200 μm diameter sapphire fiber, and then they were compared with the results using a 50 cm long, 100 μm diameter glass fiber. The Raman spectrum of each tested material becomes indistinguishable due to the background Raman signal of the glass fiber but can easily be seen using the sapphire fiber, which has only a few narrow Raman peaks of its own.  相似文献

A general one-fluid cavitation model is proposed for a family of Mie-Grüneisen equations of state (EOS), which can provide a wide application of cavitation flows, such as liquid-vapour transformation and underwater explosion. An approximate Riemann problem and its approximate solver for the general cavitation model are developed. The approximate solver, which provides the interface pressure and normal velocity by an iterative method, is applied in computing the numerical flux at the phase interface for our compressible multi-medium flow simulation on Eulerian grids. Several numerical examples, including Riemann problems and underwater explosion applications, are presented to validate the cavitation model and the corresponding approximate solver.  相似文献

采用了不同能量的单脉冲和多脉冲飞秒激光对LiNbO3晶体进行烧蚀,并刻蚀了表面衍射型光栅.通过扫描电镜和原子力显微镜观察了烧蚀点的形貌特征,首次发现利用单束飞秒激光脉冲对LiNbO3晶体烧蚀,可以得到超衍射极限的烧蚀点,当聚焦光斑直径约为2μm、能量为170nJ的单脉冲飞秒激光作用时,烧蚀点的直径约为400nm,100nJ,17个脉冲作用时烧蚀点的直径约为800nm.同时可以观察到在能量较低的多脉冲飞秒激光作用下, LiNbO3晶体呈现出大约200nm周期性分布的波纹状结构.实验结果表明,选择合适参数的飞秒激光脉冲可以对LiNbO3晶体进行超衍射极限加工,这对于利用飞秒激光制作LiNbO3基质的微纳光电子器件有十分重要的意义.  相似文献

对生长在Si和MgO单晶基片上的不同厚度的单层NbN薄膜、双层薄膜AlN/NbN以及三层薄膜NbN/AlN/NbN应用透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscope,TEM)技术进行了分析研究,对这几种薄膜样品的微观结构、薄膜厚度以及各个边界的一些直观细节给出了较为清晰的图像。由透射电子显微镜的电子衍射图案计算了薄膜和单晶衬底的晶格常数,并与我们以前采用X射线衍射技术分析的结果进行了比较,结果有很好的吻合。  相似文献

We propose a scheme for implementing the Grover search algorithm with two superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs) in a cavity. Our scheme only requires single resonant interaction of the SQUID-cavity system and the required interaction time is very short. The simplicity of the process and the reduction of the interaction time are important for restraining decoherence.  相似文献

A novel method, pulsed laser arc deposition combining the advantages of pulsed laser deposition and cathode vacuum arc techniques, was used to deposit the diamond-like carbon (DLC) nanofilms with different thicknesses. Spectroscopic ellipsometer, Auger electron spectroscopy, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and multi-functional friction and wear tester were employed to investigate the physical and tribological properties of the deposited films. The results show that the deposited films are amorphous and the sp$^{2}$, sp$^{3}$ and C--O bonds at the top surface of the films are identified. The Raman peak intensity and surface roughness increase with increasing film thickness. Friction coefficients are about 0.1, 0.15, 0.18, when the film thicknesses are in the range of 17--21~nm, 30--57~nm, 67--123~nm, respectively. This is attributed to the united effects of substrate and surface roughness. The wear mechanism of DLC films is mainly abrasive wear when film thickness is in the range of 17--41~nm, while it transforms to abrasive and adhesive wear, when the film thickness lies between 72 and 123~nm.  相似文献

In this paper, a digital wireless transmission system based on 802.11b standard for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) application is designed and built for the first time to eliminate the interference aroused by coil array cables. The analysis shows that the wireless receiver has a very high sensitivity to detect MRI signals. The modulation technique of differential quadrature phase shift keyed (DQPSK) can be applied to MRI data transmission with rate of 2 Mbps and bandwidth of 2 MHz. The bench test verifies that this wireless link has a dynamic range over 86 dB supporting up to 3 T MRI system data transmission. The 2D spin echo imaging of phantom is performed and the SNR of the image obtained by the wireless transmission can be comparable with that got by the coaxial cables.  相似文献
