High-quality alloyed near-infrared CdTexSe1?x quantum dots were synthesized by a modified organometallic method. The emission wavelength of the alloyed quantum dots were turned from visible to near-infrared range by changing the composition of the precursor. The photoluminescence intensity of the alloyed quantum dots was further enhanced by coupling through localized surface plasmons from Au nanoparticles. The alloyed CdTeSe quantum dots coupled with Au nanoparticles exhibited a 4 times photoluminescence enhancement than that of bare CdTeSe quantum dots by turning the localized surface plasmons resonant absorption of Au nanoparticles consistent to the excitation wavelength. This method will be beneficial for the potential applications in the biological imaging and detection.  相似文献

Ammonium alum crystals are colored electrolytically using a pointed cathode and a flat anode at low temperatures and under various voltages. SO3?, SO2? and O3? hole-trapped centers are produced in colored ammonium alum crystals. Characteristic absorption bands of SO3?, SO2? and O3? hole-trapped centers are observed in absorption spectra of colored ammonium alum crystals. Production and conversion of hole-trapped centers are explained. Current–time curves for electrolytic coloration of ammonium alum crystal and their relationship with electrolytic coloration process are given.  相似文献

The weakly nonlinear boundary value problem of wave propagation in an optical fibere(for the transverse electric mode,for example)is formulated and a modified linear solution is obained.It is shown that a self-consistent theory of fibre optics should be weakly nonlinear,The mode of critical refraction that does not exist in the linear theory is obtained,showing that it is a mode consisting of resonance modes,It is shown that the signal carriers in a long fibre are of resonance modes,not normal modes,Some experimental data are given for comparison with the theoretical predictions and the agreement seems satisfactory.  相似文献

Si wafers are widely used as a substrate material for fabricating ICs. The quality of ICs depends on the quality of Si wafers. The chemo-mechanical grinding (CMG) with soft abrasive grinding wheels (SAGW) has been recently found to be a great potential process for machining Si wafers to generate superior surface quality at low cost. However, there have been very few studies on observing variation of topography of scratch/texture and understanding basic eliminating process of scratch/texture on the ground Si wafer. Furthermore, few reports on the variation of surface roughness and material removal rate (MRR) during CMG process and relationship between MRR and surface roughness during CMG process are presented. In this paper, a series of CMG experiments have been conducted to study the elimination process of artificial scratches created on etched Si surfaces and residual textures induced by SD1500 diamond wheel in CMG process, and to understand the topography variations of Si surfaces and some basic grinding characteristics during CMG process.  相似文献

We present a novel perspective on characterizing the spectral correspondence between nodes of the weighted graph with application to image registration. It is based on matrix perturbation analysis on the spectral graph. The contribution may be divided into three parts. Firstly, the perturbation matrix is obtained by perturbing the matrix of graph model. Secondly, an orthogonal matrix is obtained based on an optimal parameter, which can better capture correspondence features. Thirdly, the optimal matching matrix is proposed by adjusting signs of orthogonal matrix for image registration. Experiments on both synthetic images and real-world images demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.  相似文献

A theoretical method for studying the inter-relation between electronic and molecular structure has been proposed based on the complete energy matrices for a d3 configuration ion in a tetragonal ligand-field. By means of this method, the local structure for Cr3+ ion doped in oxides TiO2 (anatase) and MgO has been determined. The calculated results indicate that the local structure of the (CrO6)9− cluster in TiO2:Cr3+ and MgO:Cr3+ systems exists as a compressed distortion relative to the regular octahedron. Meanwhile, the dependence of the EPR zero-field splitting parameter D on the local structure parameter ΔRR=R1R2) has been revealed. In addition, the relation between the EPR g-factors (g,gg) and the orbit reduction factor k has been discussed for the two systems, suggesting that the orbit reduction factor k is very important to understand the EPR g-factors.  相似文献

This paper investigates bipartite entanglement of a two-qubit system with anisotropic couplings under an inhomogeneous magnetic field. This work is mainly to investigate the characteristics of a Heisenberg XYZ chain and obtains some meaningful results. By the concept of negativity, it finds that the inhomogeneity of magnetic field may induce entanglement and the critical magnetic field is independent of Jz. The inhomogeneous magnetic field can increase the value of critical magnetic field Bc. It also finds that the magnetic field not only suppresses the entanglement but also can induce it to revival for some time.  相似文献

A transfer-reaction experiment of 9Be(9Be, 10Be)8Be was performed at a beam energy of 45 MeV. Excited states in 10Be up to 18.80 MeV are produced using missing mass and invariant mass methods. Most of the observed high-lying resonant states, reconstructed from the α + 6He and t + 7Li decay channels, agree with the previously reported results. In addition, two new resonances at 15.6 and 18.8 MeV are identified from the present measurement. The 18.55 MeV state is found to decay into both the t + 7Lig.s. and t + 7Li* (0.478 MeV) channels, with a relative branching ratio of 0.93 ± 0.33. Further theoretical investigations are encouraged to interpret this new information on cluster structure in neutron-rich light nuclei.  相似文献
