The kinetic and photochemical parameters of the generation of reactive oxygen species, including singlet oxygen photosensitized by chlorophyll and its analogs on the basis of magnesium complexes of tetrapyrroles, are determined. It is shown that the nature of the central metal ion is the determining factor in the deactivation of formed singlet oxygen. The photosensitizing activity of tetrapyrrolic metal complexes is shown to decrease upon their aggregation.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystalline phosphoranes have been obtained. IR-, UV- and NMR spectra of phosphoranes (Ia,b) and their interaction products with nitrogen bases have been investigated. It was determined that phosphoranes have structure (I) with pentacoordinate phosphorus and phenolic hydroxy group, while their products of interactions with nitrogen bases have the ionic structure (II) with hexacoordinate phosphorus (II). The X-ray difraction approves the structure (I) for phosphorane Ib.  相似文献

Aluminum and zinc phthalocyanines (AlPc and ZnPc, respectively) adsorbed on the surface of silica nanoparticles (60 nm in diameter) in aqueous solutions have been found to form H-aggregates, which possess characteristic absorption spectra with bands (having a maximum at 640 nm) in a shorter wavelength region with respect to the main Q-band of the monomer (having a maximum at 670 nm). For AlPc on the surface, J-aggregates of two types (long-wavelength bands with maximums at 740 and 770 nm) are also observed. Using nanosecond laser photolysis (with the excitation wavelength of 337 nm) in deoxygenated solutions of AlPc on the surface, the formation of the triplet electronically excited states of J-aggregates has been detected, which are characterized by a broad absorption spectrum in the region of 400–800 nm and a lifetime of 360 μs. No intermediate products have been detected during the photolysis of H-aggregates of ZnPc on the surface.  相似文献

Products of conversion of the ferrous oxide catalyst collected from the burning region of an AP-PMMA mixture show the significant aggregation of the catalyst, with large (40–50 m) spherical particles having a metallic glitter. Significant variations in the phase composition are observed, Fe3O4·-Fe2O3 solid solution and tetragonal and monoclinic Fe2O3 being formed.

Optical parametric oscillation using the new lithium selenoindate nonlinear crystal is reported for what is to our knowledge the first time. A 17 mm long, type II phase-matched sample is pumped by a 10 ns Nd:YAG laser. The minimum pump energy threshold is 3 mJ for a signal-resonant configuration. The signal and idler waves are tunable between 1.47 and 1.57 microm, and 3.3 and 3.78 microm, with a total output energy of 170 microJ corresponding to a 2.4% energy conversion at 8 mJ pump, only limited by the AR coatings damage. With optimized crystal quality and coatings, lithium selenoindate should show superior performance as compared with AgGaS(e)2 crystals, owing to its 4x larger thermal conductivity.  相似文献

The antigen-antibody interaction between coproporphyrin I and anti-coproporphyrin antibodies was studied by a fluorescence method in water and a reverse micellar system: n-octane/Aerosol OT. Coproporphyrin fluorescence was quenched, and coproporphyrin emission maximum was shifted to the long-wavelength region after binding to the antibodies or Fab-fragments. The mechanism of this quenching is static, most probably, by a tryptophan residue (or maybe lysine or methionine). Apparent dynamic quenching, in this case, arises from protein backbone motion. A special kind of antibody Fab-Fab dimerization was proposed.  相似文献

We propose a reaction-diffusion model that describes in detail the cascade of molecular events during blood coagulation. In a reduced form, this model contains three equations in three variables, two of which are self-accelerated. One of these variables, an activator, behaves in a threshold manner. An inhibitor is also produced autocatalytically, but there is no inhibitor threshold, because it is generated only in the presence of the activator. All model variables are set to have equal diffusion coefficients. The model has a stable stationary trivial state, which is spatially uniform and an excitation threshold. A pulse of excitation runs from the point where the excitation threshold has been exceeded. The regime of its propagation depends on the model parameters. In a one-dimensional problem, the pulse either stops running at a certain distance from the excitation point, or it reaches the boundaries as an autowave. However, there is a parameter range where the pulse does not disappear after stopping and exists stationarily.
