High-performance capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection was employed to analyse active ingredients of Rhododendron dauricum L., an important crude herb frequently used in Chinese medicines. Farrerol, quercetin, syringic acid, vanillic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, protocatechuic acid are major important active ingredients. Operated in a wall-jet configuration, a 300-microm diameter carbon-disk electrode was used as the working electrode, which exhibits a good response at +950 mV (vs. saturated calomel electrodes) for six analytes. Under the optimum conditions, the analytes were baseline separated within 16 min in a borax buffer (pH 8.7). Notably, excellent linearity was obtained over two orders of magnitude with detection limits (S/N=3) ranged from 9 x 10(-7) to 3.0 x 10(-6) M for all analytes. This method was successfully used in the analysis of Rhododendron dauricum L. with relatively simple extraction procedures, and the assay results were satisfactory. 相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate reduction of the polarization sensitivity of a nonlinear optical loop mirror (NOLM) from 5 to 0.5 dB by use of 550 m of twisted dispersion-shifted fiber with a twist rate of 8 turns/m (24 turns/beat length). The twisting of the fiber induces circular birefringence and equates the parallel-and the orthogonal-polarization nonlinear phase-shift terms. Experimental results show that the polarization sensitivity monotonically decreases from 5 dB for nontwisted fiber to 0.5 dB for fiber that is twisted at a rate of 8 turns/m, and the twist rate should be more than 4 turns/m (>10 turns/beat length) for emulation of circularly polarized fiber. The minimum polarization sensitivity occurs when the control-pulse polarization is aligned with one of the eigenmodes of the twisted fiber. With the fiber twisted at a rate of 8 turns/m in the NOLM, the nonlinear transmission is 23% at a switching energy of 4 pJ/pulse. Simulations confirm the observed behavior and show that the remaining polarization sensitivity results from energy transfer between orthogonal modes of the signal pulse. 相似文献

Thin films of ZnAl2O4:Mn were grown on aluminosilicate ceramic plates using spray pyrolysis of aqueous solutions. The cathodoluminescence (CL) properties of the films under low to medium excitation voltage (<5 kV) were investigated. The films exhibited green CL after being annealed at temperatures above 550 °C, which corresponds to the transition between 4T1 and 6A1 of Mn2+ ions located in the tetra coordination of the Zn2+ site in the spinel structure. The chromaticity coordinates were x=0.150 and y=0.734 with a dominant wavelength of 525 nm and an 82% color purity. The CL luminance and efficiency depended on the excitation voltage and current density. Saturation effects were observed as the current density increased. A luminance of 540 cd/m2 and an efficiency of 4.5 lm/W were obtained at an excitation voltage of 4 kV with a current density of 38 A/cm2. PACS 78.60.Hk 相似文献

We conduct molecular dynamics simulations of athermal systems undergoing boundary-driven planar shear flow in two and three spatial dimensions. We find that these systems possess nonlinear mean velocity profiles when the velocity u of the shearing wall exceeds a critical value u(c). Above u(c), we also show that the packing fraction and mean-square velocity profiles become spatially dependent with dilation and enhanced velocity fluctuations near the moving boundary. In systems with overdamped dynamics, u(c) is only weakly dependent on packing fraction phi. However, in systems with underdamped dynamics, u(c) is set by the speed of shear waves in the material and tends to zero as phi approaches phi(c), which is near random close packing at small damping. The enantioseparation of seven novel chiral transition metal tetrahedral clusters has been achieved for the first time on cellulose derivatized with tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (CDMPC) as chiral stationary phase (CSP) and hexane containing different alcohols as modifiers as mobile phases. The effect of mobile-phase composition on enantioselectivity was studied, and the effect of structural variation of the solutes on their enantioseparation was also investigated. It was found that both the metal in the tetrahedral core and the ligand coordinated to the atom in the tetrahedral core had significant effects on the chromatographic behavior of the analytes. 相似文献

An oscillatory characteristic of diffraction is observed as a result of strong beam coupling in a weakly oxidized LiNbO3:Ce:Cu crystal during the recording step in the production of nonvolatile photorefractive holograms. On this basis the optimal switching time from the recording step to the fixing step for high diffraction of a fixed hologram is studied. It is shown that switching after the first diffraction maximum leads theoretically to fixed diffraction of as much as 100% with a suitable switching time.
