消息重复型ARINC429总线事件消息包机载实时处理技术研究

ARINC429总线广泛应用于民用飞机中,在飞行试验中,消息重复型ARINC429事件信息的实时监控占用很大的遥测带宽资源;采用机载嵌入式数据处理模块,通过将其嵌入到机载测试系统中,通过采集器底板总线获取ARINC429采集模块采集到的数据,对飞机事件信息进行解析处理,并将处理结果通过遥测系统遥测下传至地面监控中心,大大降低了遥测带宽需求,对于飞行试验实时安全监控有重要意义。     

Scanning tunneling spectroscopy of Ag films: the effect of periodic versus quasiperiodic modulation

By using scanning tunneling spectroscopy to probe a silver thin film that contains both periodic and quasiperiodic modulation, and by using Fourier analysis, we unravel the influences of individual Fourier components of the scattering potential (periodic versus quasiperiodic) on the electronic structure of a one-dimensional quasiperiodically modulated thin Ag film. Along the periodically modulated direction, a Bragg reflection-induced energy gap is observed in k space. On the other hand, the exotic E vs k spectrum with many minigaps was observed along the quasiperiodic direction.     

Doping dependence of the coupling of electrons to bosonic modes in the single-layer high-temperature Bi2Sr2CuO6 superconductor

A recent highlight in the study of high-T(c) superconductors is the observation of band renormalization or self-energy effects on the quasiparticles. This is seen in the form of kinks in the quasiparticle dispersions as measured by photoemission and interpreted as signatures of collective bosonic modes coupling to the electrons. Here we compare for the first time the self-energies in an optimally doped and strongly overdoped, nonsuperconducting single-layer Bi-cuprate (Bi2Sr2CuO6). In addition to the appearance of a strong overall weakening, we also find that the weight of the self-energy in the overdoped system shifts to higher energies. We present evidence that this is related to a change in the coupling to c-axis phonons due to the rapid change of the c-axis screening in this doping range.     

Dielectron widths of the Gamma(1S,2S,3S) resonances

We determine the dielectron widths of the Gamma(1S), Gamma(2S), and Gamma(3S) resonances with better than 2% precision by integrating the cross section of e+e- -->Gamma over the e+e- center-of-mass energy. Using e+e- energy scans of the Gamma resonances at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring and measuring Gamma production with the CLEO detector, we find dielectron widths of 1.252+/-0.004(sigma(stat))+/-0.019(sigma(syst)) keV, 0.581+/-0.004+/-0.009 keV, and 0.413+/-0.004+/-0.006 keV for the Gamma(1S), Gamma(2S), and Gamma(3S), respectively.     

Cu原子掺杂调控三聚氰胺在Au(111)表面自组装结构

The doping effect of Cu on the self-assembly film of melamine on an Au(111) surface has been investigated with scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The evaporated Cu adatoms occupy the positions underneath the amino groups and change the hydrogen bonding pattern between the melamine molecules. Accordingly, the self-assembly structure has changed stepwise from a well-defined honeycomb into a track-like and then a triangular structure depending on the amount of Cu adatoms. The interaction between Cu adatom and melamine is moderate thus the Cu adatoms can be released upon mild heating to around 100℃. These findings are different from previous observations of either the coordination assembly or the physically trapped metal adatoms.     

Ka频段飞行器测控与通信系统设计

传统基于S频段的统一载波测控系统受工作频率低、频带窄的特点限制,无法满足各类飞行器测控与通信系统对高速数传、宽带扩频、克服“黑障”、抗干扰等方面日益增长的需求,给系统设计带来了新的挑战。本文提出一种基于Ka频段直接序列扩频通信体制的实现遥测、外测、遥控等功能的飞行器测控与通信系统,给出了系统架构及主要设备组成,同时对地面测试方案进行了介绍。该系统具备体积小、频带宽、扩展性好等特点,可用于未来空间飞行器特别是小型化、大容量飞行器设计。     

时间序列散斑干涉技术研究及应用

当用相干激光照射在一个连续位移或变形的漫射物体表面时,在与参考光形成干涉的接收面上即产生一随时间变化的散斑干涉场通过对这一干涉场的时间域进行分析,可实现时变位移场的定量检测本文介绍了基本时间序列散斑干涉场的扫描相位方法和时间序列相位法的相位函数解调原理,探讨了它们的计量特性,并将其用于火箭固体燃料性能的检测.     

半绝缘GaAs光电导开关的超线性时间响应分析

报道了用1064nm激光脉冲触发电极间隙为3mm的横向半绝缘GaAs 光导开关的实验结果.对半绝缘GaAs光电导开关的超线性时间响应特性做了分析,表明半绝缘GaAs材料EL2能级对电子和空穴的俘获截面有较大的差异,这种较大的差异造成开关对激光脉冲的超快响应.     

基于平行投影法的三维流场重建

在行处理方法的基础上提出了一种基于平行投影的迭代方法，对传统的行处理方法不同，它不是通过向某一超平面作垂线进行迭代，而是作某个超平面的平行线与另一超平面相交进行迭代。与传统方法相比，它明显加快了迭代速度。     

Single-mode rib polymer waveguides and electro-optic polymer waveguide switches

Mode-matching and effective index methods are used to analyze single-mode operation of optical rib polymer waveguides. Their single-mode waveguiding conditions are determined. Single-mode rib waveguides fabricated from guest–host polyetherketone are presented. The estimated propagation loss of straight rib-waveguides is 0.7 dB/cm at 1.55 μm. Furthermore, by using the mode field-transfer matrix method, 2×2 and 4×4 polymer Mach–Zehnder interference switch operating at 1.55 μm wavelength has been designed based on optical multi-mode interference.
