表面注入P-top区double RESURF功率器件表面电场模型

提出表面注入P-top区double RESURF功率器件表面电场和击穿电压解析模型. 基于分区求解二维Poisson方程, 获得double RESURF表面电场的解析式. 借助此模型, 研究了器件结构参数对表面电场和电势的影响; 计算了漂移区长度和厚度与击穿电压的关系, 给出了获得最大击穿电压和最小导通电阻的途径. 数值结果, 解析结果和试验结果符合较好.     

摆动式声多普勒效应实验仪

针对现有的声多普勒效应实验装置中存在的问题,设计并制作了摆动式声多普勒效应实验仪.该仪器能够分别进行声源运动和观察者运动的声多普勒效应实验,且可定量分析频偏和测量速度.本文详细介绍了该仪器的原理、构造、特点和实验过程,并对实验结果进行了较为全面的分析.     

Isolation of a new peptide from seeds of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Apium graveolens</Emphasis> indigenous to China

A new peptide that had anti-oxidant activity and molecular weight 5,000.5 Da according to PAAG data and mass spectrometry was isolated from celery seed using chromatographic methods.     

Hydrolytic Ring Opening Reactions of Pyromellitic Dianhydride for Divalent Transition Metal Carboxylate Complexes

The hydrolytic ring opening reactions of pyromellitic dianhydride is an effective method to prepare transition metal carboxylate complexes. In this paper, two dinuclear complexes [Ni₂(2,2′‐bipy)₂(btec)(H₂O)₆] · 2H₂O ( 1 ) and [Cd₂ (phen)₄(H₂O)₂(H₂btec)] · H₂btec · 2H₂O ( 2 ) (H₄btec = 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline, and 2,2′‐bipy = 2,2′‐bipyridine) were synthesized by slow diffusion methods and their structures were determined byX‐ray structure analysis. In both structures metal atoms are in distorted octahedral environments and they are linked by bis‐monodentately coordinated 1,2,4,5‐benzentetracarboxylate ligands as bridging units. The crystalline compounds, which are insoluble in water as well as common organic solvents, have been characterized in the solid‐state by elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, IR, and diffuse reflectance UV/Visspectroscopy. Moreover, the study of the physical properties of complex 2 demonstrates that it exhibits blue fluorescence emission in the solid state at room temperature.     

Smooth solutions for a stochastic hydrodynamical equation in Heisenberg paramagnet

In this article, we consider a stochastic hydrodynamical equation in Heisenberg paramagnet driven by additive noise. We prove the existence and uniqueness of smooth solutions to this equation with difference method.     

煤浆电解制氢的动力学研究

研究了煤浆电解过程中电压、温度、H₂SO₄浓度、Fe³⁺浓度等因素的影响,并进行了电解前后煤粉样品的热重测试和电解后溶液的成分分析。结果表明,电压、温度、添加的Fe³⁺浓度、H₂SO₄浓度等参数对电解过程的电流密度有较大影响。其中,温度对电流密度的影响符合阿伦尼乌斯方程,在电解电压1 V条件下煤浆电解活化能为31.87 kJ/mol。TGA和ICP分析表明,电解后煤中的部分金属离子溶入溶液,导致结构和灰分成分发生了较显著的变化。     

K3PO4 promoted dipolar [3+3] cyclization: Direct synthesis of pyrazino[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives

A K₃PO₄ promoted dipolar [3+3] cyclization of dihydroisoquinoline imines and arylacyl bromides has been developed. This process realized the direct synthesis of pyrazino[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives in 44–69% yields. A head to tail dimerization was proposed as key step for this procedure.     

A new graphical coding of DNA sequence and its similarity calculation

The DNA primary sequence is translated into “structure graph” based on classification of its four bases. Then the invariants, such as topological indices, are extracted from those graphic representations of DNA primary sequences, and used to calculate the similarities among the eleven species. From these similarities/dissimilarities the homologies can be revealed that they are in agreement with evolutionary relation satisfactorily.     

CCD数码照相系统分辨率测试技术研究

介绍了CCD数码照相系统电视分辨率和空间分辨率的实验测试方法。以实验测试为基础定量地给出了数码照相系统可达到的分辨能力 (6 0 0TVL和 71条线 /mm)。在现有条件下 ,作者对传统冲洗金相显微照片同相同试样金相组织的电子金相照片进行了比较 ,并得到了满意的结果。
