合成了四种双(N,N′-乙基,苯基)-2,3-萘-二(氧杂乙酰胺)(L=C30H30N2O4)稀土配合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、差热-热重及摩尔电导值的分析,确定配合物的组成为[RE(pic)3L],RE=Eu(Ⅲ),Tb(Ⅲ),Ce(Ⅲ),Y(Ⅲ)。电化学实验表明:配体无电化学活性,配合物则呈现出一准可逆的氧化还原过程,在10~1000 mV.s-1扫速范围内配合物的氧化还原峰电流与扫描速度的平方根(ν1/2)呈良好的线性关系,表明其在玻碳电极(GCE)上的伏安行为受扩散控制。另外,通过循环伏安法、光谱法及粘度法研究了配合物与DNA的作用方式,结果表明:配合物均以插入方式与DNA作用,并且作用大小次序是Ce(pic)3L>Tb(pic)3L>Y(pic)3L>Eu(pic)3L。在pH=3.0适宜酸度条件下,建立了以Ce(pic)3L为探针定量测定DNA的分析方法。  相似文献

The carbonylation of carbenes through catalytic cycles is highly desirable due to the importance of ketene-mediated reactions in organic synthesis. In this investigation, a highly efficient and mild catalytic approach toward ketene intermediates has been developed based on Pd-catalyzed carbonylation of diazo compounds with CO. When α-diazocarbonyl compounds or N-tosylhydrazone salts are heated in the presence of a palladium catalyst under atmospheric pressure of CO, ketene intermediates are formed in situ, where they undergo further reactions with various nucleophiles such as alcohols, amines, or imines. The Pd-catalyzed tandem carbonylation-Staudinger cycloaddition gives β-lactam derivatives in good yields with excellent trans diastereoselectivity. The results from DFT calculation on the reaction mechanism suggest that Pd is involved in the [2 + 2] cycloaddition process and affects the diastereoselectivity of the β-lactam products by assisting isomerization of the addition intermediate. On the other hand, the acylketenes generated from the Pd-catalyzed carbonylation of α-diazoketones react with imines in a formal [4 + 2] cycloaddition manner to afford 1,3-dioxin-4-one derivatives. This straightforward carbonylation provides a new approach toward highly efficient catalytic generation of ketene species under mild conditions.  相似文献

We report a simple, fast and green phosphine-free colloidal chemistry to synthesize high-quality wurtzite-type Mn-doped ZnS quantum rods (QRs) with tunable diameters (1.6-5.6 nm), high aspect ratios (up to 50), variable Mn doping levels (0.18-1.60%), and high quantum yields (up to 45%). The electron paramagnetic resonance spectra with modeling reveal the successful doping of paramagnetic Mn(2+) ions in the host ZnS QRs. The Mn-doped ZnS QRs demonstrate tunable dual-color (orange and blue) emissions by tuning the doping levels and UV excitation wavelengths. The orange emission with long decay lifetime (3.3 ms) originates from the doped Mn(2+) states, while the blue emission with fast decay lifetime (0.31 ns) is attributed to the QR surface states. The bright two- and three-photon excitation upconversion luminescence from the Mn-doped ZnS QRs have been observed using tunable near-infrared femtosecond laser. Our strategy provides a versatile route to programmably control the optical properties of anisotropic semiconductor nanomaterials, which may create new opportunities for photonic devices and bioimaging applications.  相似文献

Rapid identification of unknown microorganisms of clinical and agricultural importance is not only critical for accurate diagnosis of infections but also essential for appropriate and prompt treatment. We describe here a rapid method for microorganisms typing based on quantitative analysis of fatty acids by iFAT approach (Isotope-coded Fatty Acid Transmethylation). In this work, lyophilized cell lysates were directly mixed with 0.5M NaOH solution in d3-methanol and n-hexane. After 1 min of ultrasonication, the top n-hexane layer was combined with a mixture of standard d0-methanol derived fatty acid methylesters with known concentration. Measurement of intensity ratios of d3/d0 labeled fragment ion and molecular ion pairs at the corresponding target fatty acids provides a quantitative basis for hierarchical clustering. In the resultant dendrogram, the Euclidean distance between unknown species and known species quantitatively reveals their differences or shared similarities in fatty acid related pathways. It is of particular interest to apply this method for typing fungal species because fungi has distinguished lipid biosynthetic pathways that have been targeted for lots of drugs or fungicides compared with bacteria and animals. The proposed method has no dependence on the availability of genome or proteome databases. Therefore, it is can be applicable for a broad range of unknown microorganisms or mutant species.  相似文献

Selective enrichment or removal of specific proteins prior to analysis can minimize nonspecific interferences as well as information loss, which has been an important issue in current proteomics fields. In this work, two kinds of mesoporous silica SBA-15 (mean pore diameter of 5 nm and 7 nm), bifunctionalized with quaternary ammonium and C18 groups via silylanization reaction, was used to investigate the adsorption behavior for different proteins (bovine serum albumin (BSA), ovalbumin (OVA), hemoglobin (Hb), lysozyme (Lys) and cytochrome c (cyt c)). As possessing anion exchange (quaternary ammonium) groups, the bifunctionalized SBA-15 showed selective adsorption of the negative charged proteins, BSA and OVA. Based on these properties, sequential fractionation based on different SBA-15 materials as micropipette tip sorbents was developed for sample preparation prior to protein analysis. As expected, after the sequential treatment of the sample, the detection signal of the high abundant BSA was significantly decreased and that of the low abundant cyt c was obviously enlarged, which solved the problem that low abundant protein was suppressed by adjacent high abundant protein. The sample preparation technique significantly improved protein identification and this sequential fractionation approach could be potentially applied to extend information on the protein identification for biological samples with a wide dynamic range.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations have been performed to study the potential of mean force (PMF) between passivated gold nanoparticles (NPs) in supercritical CO(2) (scCO(2)). The nanoparticle model consists of a 140 atom gold nanocore and a surface self-assembled monolayer, in which two kinds of fluorinated alkanethiols were considered. The molecular origin of the thermodynamics interaction and the solvation effect has been comprehensively studied. The simulation results demonstrate that increasing the solvent density and ligand length can enhance the repulsive feature of the free energy between the passivated Au nanoparticles in scCO(2), which is in good agreement with previous experimental results. The interaction forces between the two passivated NPs have been decomposed to reveal various contributions to the free energy. It was revealed that the interaction between capping ligands and the interaction between the capping ligands and scCO(2) solvent molecules cooperatively determine the total PMF. A thermodynamic entropy-energy analysis for each PMF contribution was used to explain the density dependence of PMF in scCO(2) fluid. Our simulation study is expected to provide a novel microscopic understanding of the effect of scCO(2) solvent on the interaction between passivated Au nanoparticles, which is helpful to the dispersion and preparation of functional metal nanoparticles in supercritical fluids.  相似文献

选取8个典型的二价金属咪唑卟啉MP(M=Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Ni, Fe, Co, Mn; P代表咪唑卟啉)与H2S(L)形成轴向金属配合物(L-MP; L-MP*-L, P*代表卟啉), 应用轨道和自旋概念密度泛函工具, 在优化构型的基础上, 通过自然键轨道(NBO)方法和前线轨道能级研究了它们的分子结构、光谱性质和反应活性. 模拟结果揭示L-MP和L-MP*-L结构、光谱及其反应活性不同于其前体MP. MP排斥钙而选择镁; L对MP的结构影响较少, 与咪唑铁卟啉(FeP)能形成最稳定的单轴配合物(L-FeP), 其电子吸收光谱较前体FeP有显著的变化; 铁的亲核Fukui轨道指数值(fFe+)大于其他原子的Fukui指数, 且发生符号改变. 铁体系的自旋极化Fukui密度图也支持以上结论. 在这些典型的赤道键合配合物中, 金属M与N(S)原子之间的二级微扰相互作用能、自然电荷以及概念密度泛函指数等存在一系列线性关系. 以上结果可为理解内源性H2S与血管性物质的相互作用机理提供启示.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了氧化锡纳米晶包覆的碳纳米管。自由Sn4+离子从稳定的Sn柠檬酸配合物中缓慢释放出来,迁移到碳纳米管上,并在碳纳米管上沉积形成了SnO2纳米晶,沉积过程完全为异相成核方式,在碳纳米管外并没有发现单独的SnO2纳米晶。这种溶胶-凝胶方法还可以用来制备无氯离子污染的、低团聚的纯SnO2纳米晶。  相似文献
