A facile synthesis of 2-substituted-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones in 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol

2-Substituted-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones were obtained in high yields by condensation of anthranilamide with aryl, alkyl or heteroaryl aldehydes or ketones in the refluxing 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol without any catalyst.     

Stannous oxalate as a novel catalyst for the synthesis of polytrimethylene terephthalate

Stannous oxalate was prepared efficiently and characterized by XRD and FT-IR. It exhibited higher catalytic activity and had profitable effect than tetrabutyl titanate and stannous octoate for the synthesis of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) via esterification-route. Over this catalyst, the degree of esterification of pure terephthalic acid was up to 94.4% at 260°C after 1.5 h, while the intrinsic viscosity and content of terminal carboxyl groups of the corresponding PTT polyester, polymerized at 260°C, 60 Pa for 2 h, was 0.8950 dL/g and 15 mol/t, respectively. Stannous oxalate was a promising catalyst for the synthesis of PTT polyester.     

Fusarielin E, a new antifungal antibiotic from Fusarium sp.

A new antifungal antibiotic,fusarielin E,was isolated from the marine-derived fungus Fusarium sp.Its structure was established on the basis of various NMR spectroscopic analyses and HR-FAB-MS.Fusarielin E displayed significant biological activity against Pyricularia oryzae.     

Synthesis of polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on PPESK hollow fiber UF membrane

A new interfacial polymerization (IP) procedure is developed in order to synthesize polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on the inner surface of poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) membrane.A hollow fiber composite membrane with good performance was prepared and studied by FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy.     

气相色谱-质谱法分析木奶果挥发油的化学成分

采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从大戟科木奶果中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱对挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。鉴定出19种化合物,占总油量的100%,用面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。木奶果挥发油主要成分为正十六碳酸、丁基甲氧基苯、9,12-十八碳二烯酸,分别占挥发油总量的29.53%、17.47%和11.59%,三者占其总量的58.59%。     

健康促进对学龄前儿童铅中毒预防和控制的研究进展

综述了国内外学龄前儿童铅中毒的危害和防治现状,针对目前健康教育对降低铅暴露有效性的研究结果并不理想,而且部分研究尚存在设计缺陷的情形,提出了健康促进对学龄前儿童预防和控制铅中毒的必要性和科学根据。     

Chiral Cu(II) complex catalyzed enantioselective addition of phenylacetylene to N-aryl arylimines

Chiral tridentate N-tosylated aminoimine ligands were used in the Cu(II)-catalyzed enantioselective addition of phenylacetylene to N-aryl arylimines, affording products up to 92% ee.     

Determination of trace rhodium by supramolecular catalytic kinetic spectrofluorimetry of β-CD-rhodium-KBrO3-vanillin salicylhydrazone

A sensitive catalytic kinetic spectrofluorimetric approach for determining ng mL⁻¹ levels of rhodium is presented, and the possible mechanism of the catalytic reaction was investigated. The determination is based on the catalytic property of rhodium to enhance the reaction of o-vanillin salicylhydrazone (OVSH) with potassium bromate in a water-ethanol medium at pH 4.80 and 45 °C. The presence of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) obviously sensitized the assay due to its high inclusion ability towards OVSH. Under optimized experimental conditions, fluorescence measurements of the β-CD-rhodium-KBrO₃-OVSH catalytic kinetic reaction system were carried out in its fluorescent band centered at λ_ex = 333 nm and λ_em = 476 nm, respectively. The calibration graph was linear over the concentration range of 0.47–100 ng mL⁻¹ with a detection limit of 0.14 ng mL⁻¹. The effect of interferences was discussed, and the results show that the extraction method can be used to separate rhodium from interference species such as iridium. The proposed method, applied to several synthetic mixtures containing rhodium mixed with varying amounts of metal salts, produced satisfactory results.     

Modeling the reaction mechanisms for redox regulation of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B activity

Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) functions by removing the phosphoryl group from tyrosinephosphorylated proteins in insulin signaling and metabolism. The regeneration of the active site involves a sulphenylamide intermediate derived from the intrastrand cross-linking between the catalytic serine and the neighboring backbone nitrogen. Two mechanisms have been proposed for the formation of the sulphenylamide intermediate and the subsequent reactivation of the catalytic site. In the current work, the proposed mechanisms have been investigated by the use of density functional theory calculations. Our results suggest that these two mechanisms have similar overall energy barriers and that the preferred route will be determined by the availability of hydrogen peroxide or other oxidizing reagents.     

新型阴离子Gemini表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂C10E6混合溶液的胶团化的研究

研究了烷基苯磺酸盐Gemini表面活性剂Ia与非离子表面活性剂C10E6溶液混合胶团中分子间的相互作用. 通过表面张力法测定了Ia 和C10E6不同比例不同温度下的临界胶束浓度(cmc). 结果表明, 两种表面活性剂以任何比例复配的cmc比单一表面活性剂的cmc都低, 表现出良好的协同效应. 传统型非离子表面活性剂C10E6、Gemini表面活性剂Ia及混合物的cmc都随着温度升高而降低. 而且, 任何配比的混合胶团中两种表面活性剂分子间的相互作用参数β都是负值, 这说明两种表面活性剂在混合胶团中产生了相互吸引的作用. 混合表面活性剂体系的胶团聚集数比单一Ia的大, 但比单一C10E6的小. 向Gemini表面活性剂Ia胶束中加入非离子表面活性剂C10E6会使胶束的微观极性变小.
