由苯氧乙酸出发,经多步反应,制得3-苯氧甲基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2, 4-三唑,它与2-氯-2',4'-二氟苯乙酮进行环化反应,生成3-苯氧甲基-6-( 2,4-二氟苯基)-7H-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二嗪,通过元素分析、红外 光谱、核磁共振氢谱与碳谱、质谱进行表征,并利用单晶X射线衍射法测定其结构 。晶体属单斜晶系、P2_(1/c)空间群,a = 1.339(3) nm, b = 1.4683(4) nm, c = 0.8606(2) nm, β = 108.49(2)°, Z = 4, F(000) = 736, R_1 = 0.0509。还 对均三唑并噻二唑两类稠杂环的晶体结构作了比较。  相似文献

The formation constants of ternary mixed ligand complex compounds (logK_(MAB~(MA)) formed from 1,10-phenanthroline or 2,2'-bipyridyl (A), N-(meta-substituted phenyl) glycines, (B, m-RphG, R=CH_3, H, CH_3O, Cl) with Nickel(Ⅱ), Cobalt(Ⅱ) and Zinc(Ⅱ) were determined by pH method at 25 ℃ in 30% (Volume) ethanol solution in presence of 0.1 mol·dm~(-3) NaClO_4 or 0.1 mol·dm~(-3) KNO_3. It was found that linear free energy relationships exist between the stability of ternary complex compounds and the base strengths of ligands in all six ternary systems investigated. The stability of the ternary complex compounds was discused in terms of ΔlogK_M values and HSAB theory. It was found that linear relationships also exist between ΔlogK_M and pK_2 in the Ni(II)-phen-m-RPhG ternary system.  相似文献

以苯重氮硼氟酸盐与亚铁盐在微量铜离子存在时能引发丙烯腈聚合,聚合速率服从:R∝[φN_2~+]~(1/2)[Fe~(++)]~(1/4)[Cu~(++)]~(1/4),氧化还原引发历程为: Fe~(++)+Cu~(++) Fe~(+++)+Cu~+ φN_2~++Cu~+→φ·+N_2+Cu~(++) φ·+M→φM·→φMM·…该历程符合上述动力学关系。但使用对硝基苯重氮硼氟酸盐时,微量铜离子对聚合反应速率影响不大,与亚铁盐浓度在一定范围呈R∝[Fe~(++)]~(1/2)的关系,因此例的引发历程为: φN_2~++Fe~(++)→φ·+N_2+Fe~(+++) φ·+M→φM·→φMM·…苯环上推电子取代基降低了重氮基的氧化势,如对位取代甲氧基、甲基或没有取代基都不能用纯亚铁盐引发丙烯腈聚合,需有微量铜盐存在才能聚合。而拉电子取代基如对位取代硝基、羧基可用纯亚铁盐引发聚合。  相似文献

The S1 ← S0 absorption spectra of 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole (BTD) have been measured at 4.2 K in four different host crystals: naphthalene, durene, p-dichlorobenzene (DCB) and p-dibromobenzene. Detailed vibrational analyses are given for BTD imbedded in napthalene and DCB. The polarization measurements show that the S1 state has B2 symmetry, like its selenium analogue (BSD). The transition is dominated by a single totally symmetric mode - 484 cm?1. The Herzberg-Teller coupling contributes only a very small fraction of the total intensity. The Stark measurements of a DCB sample containing both BTD and BSD enabled us to compare the charge distribution of BTD and BSD in the state S1. The Stark splittings of BTD are 17% greater than the splittings of BSD. Reorganization of the σ-core during the excitation is used to explain the difference. The drastic change in dipole moment upon excitation implies that the S1←S0 transitions of BTD and BSD are not localized in the six-membered ring as suggested by previous workers. Weak phosphorescence of BTD in napthalene and DCB and singlet-triplet absorption spectrum of neat BTD have been observed. The heavy atom effect of spin-orbit coupling is to explain the ST absorption intensity of BTD and BSD.  相似文献

Chemical cross-linking is a powerful methodology for analyzing proteins-small molecule and protein-protein interactions. We describe the development of a new chemical cross-linking reaction for the study of protein complexes. Specifically, we show that molecules containing an ortho dihydroxyarene unit can be oxidized selectively with sodium periodate in the presence of native proteins, producing an ortho quinone intermediate that can cross-link with suitable nearby protein residues. We demonstrate the efficacy and specificity of this chemistry for a peptide-protein complex and also deduce the binding site of an artificial activation domain on a proteasome subcomplex.  相似文献

Three new phenyl glycosides, scrophenoside A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), and two new phenylethyl glycosides, scroside D ( 4 ) and scroside E ( 5 ), were isolated from the stem of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell (Scrophularlaceae), besides five known compounds. On the basis of spectroscopic evidence, the structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 4‐acetyl‐2‐methoxyphenyl 6‐O‐[4‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)vanilloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 4‐acetylphenyl 6‐O‐[(E)‐p‐coumaroyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), 4‐[(1R)‐ and (1S)‐1‐hydroxyethyl]‐2‐methoxyphenyl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 3a and 3b , resp.), 2‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐4‐O‐[(E)‐feruloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 4 ), and 2‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐6‐O‐[(E)‐feruloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ).  相似文献

The binuclear praseodymium(III) complex with N‐(1‐carboxyethylidene)‐salicylhydrazide (C10H10N2O4, H2L) was prepared in H2O‐C2H5OH mixed solution, and the crystal structure of [Pr2L2(HL)2(H2O)4]·3H2O·C6H6 was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal complex crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P‐1, and in the structure each Pr atom is 9‐coordinated by carboxyl O and acyl O and azomethine N atoms of two tridentate ligands to form two stable five‐membered rings sharing one side in keto‐mode and two water molecules. The coordination polyhedron around Pr3+ was described as a monocapped square antiprism geometry. In an individual molecule, four tridentate ligands were coordinated by two negative univalent (HL) and two bivalent forms (L) respectively. Two negative univalent ligands were coordinated via μ2‐bridging mode.  相似文献

Layered manganese-based oxides are promising candidates as cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) due to their low cost and high specific capacity. However, the Jahn–Teller distortion from high-spin Mn3+ induces detrimental lattice strain and severe structural degradation during sodiation and desodiation. Herein, lithium is introduced to partially substitute manganese ions to form distorted P′2-Na0.67Li0.05Mn0.95O2, which leads to restrained anisotropic change of Mn–O bond lengths and reinforced bond strength in the [MnO6] octahedra by mitigation of Jahn–Teller distortion and contraction of MnO2 layers. This ensures the structural stability during charge and discharge of P′2-Na0.67Li0.05Mn0.95O2 and Na+/vacancy disordering for facile Na+ diffusion in the Na layers with a low activation energy barrier of ∼0.53 eV. It exhibits a high specific capacity of 192.2 mA h g−1, good cycling stability (90.3% capacity retention after 100 cycles) and superior rate capability (118.5 mA h g−1 at 1.0 A g−1), as well as smooth charge/discharge profiles. This strategy is effective to tune the crystal structure of layered oxide cathodes for SIBs with high performance.

Li-Substitution in P′2-Na0.67MnO2 mitigates the anisotropic change of Mn–O bonds and Na/vacancy ordering, and hence significantly promotes its cycling stability and rate capability as a cathode material for sodium-ion batteries.  相似文献

In this paper, we used bond-length equalization, aromatic stabilization energies (ASE) and nucleus-independent chemical shifts (NICS), calculated with (density functional theory) B3LYP levels at the 6-311+G** basis set, to evaluate the aromaticity of a set of 38 five-member planar π-electron aromatic systems: sila-, aza- and phospha- derivatives and their parent systems. The result revealed statistically significant correlations among the above three criteria, and the order of aromaticity of the whole set was: Aza- derivatives rings > Phospha- derivatives rings > Sila- derivatives rings > Carbon-containing rings; NICS(0.6) and NICS(0.8) had the same results in evaluating the order of aromaticity in our case.  相似文献
