本文提出的多目标系统模糊优选(优化)理论与计算模型,是处理多目标系统的一个新的优化方法。     

Edge misfit dislocation formation at the interface of a nanopore and infinite substrate with surface/interface effects

The model of an edge misfit dislocation at the interface of the hollow nanopore and the infinite substrate with surface/interface stress is investigated. Using the complex variable method, analytical solutions for complex potentials of a film due to an edge misfit dislocation located in the film with surface/interface effect are derived, and the stress fields of the film and the edge misfit dislocation formation energy can be obtained. The critical conditions for edge misfit dislocation formation are given at which the generation of an edge misfit dislocation is energetically favourable. The influence of the ratio of the shear modulus between the film and the infinite substrate, the misfit strain, the radius of the nanopore and the surface/interface stress on the critical thickness of the film is discussed.     

分析结构非线性问题的杂交可变基Galerkin方法

基于渐近摄动理论和Galer-kin方法,本文提出分析结构非线性问题的杂交可变基Galer-kin方法。本文方法首次引入可变基函数的概念,可大幅度降低计算量,而且在有限元法等数值方法中易于推广应用,在解决非线性问题领域有广泛应用前景。最后本文分析圆板大挠度问题和扁球壳大挠度问题,以验证本文方法的有效性。     

Effect of optimized aging processing on properties of the sintered Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B permanent magnet

We investigate the effect of the optimized aging processing on magnetism and mechanical property of the sintered Dydoped Nd–Fe–B permanent magnet. The experimental results show that the magnetism, especially intrinsic coercivity, of the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet is more excellent than that of the sintered one, but the former's strength and hardness are lower than that of the latter. It was observed that the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet have more uniform grain size, thinner(Nd, Dy)-rich boundary phase. By means of the EBSD technology, the number of larger angle grain boundaries in the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet is more than that of the sintered one. The reasons for the increased intrinsic coercivity and decreased mechanical properties of the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet are also discussed.     

大学物理实验教学改革的实践与思索

本主要介绍了我校近年来在大学物理实验课程体系和教学内容改革的实践及下一步改革的思路。     

钛酸铋钠系铁电体的相变研究

研究了(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3,(Na0.5Bi0.5)(1-x)BaxTiO3和(Na0.5Bi0.5)(1-x)SrxTiO3陶瓷的介电温谱,确认了该系列材料在520℃以下的高、低温两种介电反常和存在于这一温度区间的巨大热滞现象.发现该类材料只存在对应于低温介电反常的介电损耗峰,而对于高温介电峰则无对应的损耗峰.同时,常温时材料的结构特征对于其介电温谱的特征影响较小,但施加偏置场却可明显改变材料的介电温谱特征:1)可使得材料的热滞现象几乎消失;2)适当偏置场下材料升降温介电曲线可与零偏场下介电 关键词： 钛酸铋钠 热滞 相变 极性微区     

BV estimates of Lax-Friedrichs' scheme for a class of nonlinear hyperbolic conservation laws

We give uniform BV estimates and -stability of Lax-Friedrichs' scheme for a class of systems of strictly hyperbolic conservation laws whose integral curves of the eigenvector fields are straight lines, i.e., Temple class, under the assumption of small total variation. This implies that the approximate solutions generated via the Lax-Friedrichs' scheme converge to the solution given by the method of vanishing viscosity or the Godunov scheme, and then the Glimm scheme or the wave front tracking method.

     

超导体磁场穿透深度测量中的数据分析问题

讨论了目前在超导体磁场穿透深度λ测量中常用的几种数据分析方法.着重指出对于那些只能测量λ随温度的变化值Δλ(T),而无法测量其绝对值的实验而言,一种合适的数据分析方法对于我们从实验中得出正确的结论尤其重要.而微分归一法将有效地克服目前此类实验中常用数据处理方法的不足,从而实现理论与实验间的无参量比较. 关键词： 超导体 磁场穿透深度     

铕镧苯甲酸α,α′-联吡啶配合物的合成及性质研究

在乙醇介质中合成了以Eu3+ 和La3+ 为中心体、苯甲酸和α ,α′ 联吡啶为配体的混合稀土配合物。测定了配合物的组成、研究了其紫外光谱和红外光谱。结果表明 ,配合物的组成为EuxLa1 -x(Dipy)L3·H2 O ,苯甲酸和α ,α′ 联吡啶的紫外吸收峰在配合物中分别位移了 2～ 9nm ;苯甲酸根羧基的反对称伸缩振动和对称伸缩振动在配合物中向低波数移动 ,而α ,α′ 联吡啶的CN振动则向高波数移动。这些事实表明 ,苯甲酸和α ,α′ 联吡啶与稀土离子配位。荧光测试表明 ,用不发光的镧离子取代该系列配合物中部分铕离子 ,在一定范围内 ,可以提高三价铕的特征荧光发射强度。这一结果也表明 ,在该系列配合物中 ,不仅配体可以将吸收的能量传递给发光的铕离子 ,使其发光 ,而且不发光的镧配合物也可将其吸收的能量通过分子内能量传递给铕离子 ,增强铕的发光强度。     

Mode theory of three-layer cylindrical waveguides and its application to aurum(Au)/polystyrene(PS)-coated terahertz hollow waveguides

In this paper, we present a generic mode theory for the three-layer cylindrical waveguides consisting of three arbitrary material mediums. Based on derived eigenvalue equations of the TE, TM, and hybrid modes, the mode conditions of metal/dielectric-coated terahertz hollow waveguides are extracted. In addition, we quantitatively describe both the effective refractive indexes and the loss characteristics of the aurum/polystyrene-coated terahertz hollow waveguides operating at the TE₀₁, TM₀₁, and HE₁₁ modes. It is indicated that the loss coefficient of the TE₀₁ mode can be much lower than that of the TM₀₁, and HE₁₁ modes, and, especially, can tend to that of the terahertz wave in air. So the TE₀₁ mode is very significant for the hollow waveguides in term of low loss propagating of the terahertz wave. We expect these results to enable a variety of new long-distance THz applications in sensing, detecting and communicating.
