The interaction of metal complex with RNA has been studied by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) for the first time. ITC experiments show that complex [Ru(phen)2MPIP]^2 {phen= 1,10-phenanthroline, MP[P-2-(4-methylphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f]-1, 10-phenanthroline} interacts with yeast tRNA in terms of a model for a singleset of identical sites through intercalation, which is consistent with our previous observation obtained from spectroscopic methods, and this binding process was driven by a moderately favorable enthalpy decrease in combination with a moderately favorable entropy increase, suggesting that ITC is an effective method for deep studying the interactions of metal complexes with RNA. 相似文献

(NH3CH2CH2NH2)3[Mo(Ⅴ)O2(O2C6H4)2] (1), (NH3CH2CH2NH2)2.5[Mo(Ⅴ)o.sW(Ⅵ)o.502(O2C6H4)2] (2) and(NH3CH2CH2NH2)2[VC(Ⅵ)O2(O2C6H4)2] (3) were synthesized, structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, and studied on their interactions with ATP, their DNA cleavage activities and antitumor properties. The redox state of molybdenum was not changed on going from crystal to aqueous solutions in complexes 1 and 2, while tungsten underwent reduction from W(VI) to W(V) in complexes 2 and 3. ATP promoted the oxidation of both molybdenum and tungsten from M(Ⅴ) to M(Ⅵ) and the hydrolysis of catecholate ligands in solution consisting of ATP and the complexes. Complex 1 possesses fairly good activity to DNA cleavage and against tumor S180 in mice, and is more effective than the control drug cyclophosphamide under the identical conditions. However, complexes 2 and 3 exhibited marginal effectiveness. The effectiveness of anti-tumor of the complexes was related positively to their DNA cleavage activities and their hydrolysis of catecholate ligands. 相似文献

用扩散烧结法制备了Mg1.75Al0.25Ni1-xCr(0≤x≤0.2)系列合金,XRD结构分析表明,用Cr部分替代Mg1.75Al0.25Ni中的Ni,合金的晶体结构并不发生改变,主相为具有立方Ti2Ni结构的Mg3AlNi2相,只是其晶格常数α变大,Cr的替代提高了合金的放电容量,经过一个充放电循环后达到最大值。当x为0.1时,有利于提高合金电极的循环稳定性。测试4种合金阳极极化曲线发现,其腐蚀电位由正到负的顺序为Mg1.75Al0.25Ni0.9Cr0.1〉Mg1.75Al0.25Ni〉Mg1.75Al0.25Ni0.8Cr0.2〉Mg2Ni,说明Mg1.75Al0.25Ni0.9Cr0.1合金具有相对较好的抗腐蚀性.该系列合金循环稳定性结果也支持这一结论.用球磨方法改变合金性能,发现合金的相组成和相结构在球磨后均发生了变化,合金不再需要活化过程,但其放电容量并没有得到提高。 相似文献

A series of polymer electrolyte based on poly(vinyl alcohol), lithium perchlorate (LiClO4), and antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) was prepared via solution casting technique with distilled water as solvent. The dielectric behavior study reveals the non-Debye properties of the polymer electrolytes. In frequency dependence conductivity measurement, dispersion at low frequency was due to the interfacial resistance and space charge polarization inside the polymer electrolytes. The linear sweep voltammetry has proven that the incorporation of Sb2O3 into polymer matrix increases the maximum operational potential region. Electric double-layer capacitors (EDLCs) based on activated carbon electrode assembled with solid polymer electrolyte and composite polymer electrolyte has been evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge–discharge technique. CV test disclosed rectangular shapes with slight distortion, and there is no evidence for any redox currents on both anodic and cathodic sweeps, which indicates the typical behavior of EDLC. Both EDLC cells demonstrate good cyclability throughout 200 cycles with specific capacitance retention more than 90 %. 相似文献

We demonstrated lasing in two-dimensional trivalent network structures with short-range order. Despite the lack of translational and rotational symmetries, such structures possess a large isotropic photonic bandgap.
