Two new 3D heterometallic frameworks, [Me2NH2][CaCd2(BTC)(HBTC)2] · 4H2O ( 1 ) and [Ba11Co2(BTC)83‐OH)22‐H2O)6(H2O)16] ( 2 ) (H3BTC = 1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxylic acid, Me2NH2 = protonated dimethylamine), were synthesized using solvothermal and hydrothermal techniques, respectively. Complex 1 features a 3D microporous framework; it contains hourglass‐like trinuclear [CaCd2(COO)6] clusters that are bridged by –COO groups and form zigzag chains. These chains are further interlinked by the –COO groups of BTC3– ligands into 2D layers with interesting flower‐like configuration, which, in turn, are connected by HBTC2– ligands to afford the 3D structure. Me2NH2+ cations not only balance the negative charges of the host framework but also play template roles to fill in the channels, further consolidating the whole framework. The complicated 3D network of complex 2 is constructed by the interconnection of 2D layers, which, in turn, are made of the infinite inorganic chains based on hexanuclear [Ba6] clusters, and these 1D chains are decorated by {CoO6} octahedrons. Interestingly, the 2D layer can be viewed as a unique structure composed of two different kinds of heart‐shaped rings, which partially overlapped in apical positions to produce a ten‐membered ring window. Moreover, the luminescence properties of 1 – 2 and the gas adsorption property of 1 have also been studied.  相似文献

A theoretical and experimental study gives insights into the nature of the metal–boron electronic interaction in boron‐bearing intermetallics and its effects on surface hydrogen adsorption and hydrogen‐evolving catalytic activity. Strong hybridization between the d orbitals of transition metal (TM) and the sp orbitals of boron exists in a family of fifteen TM–boron intermatallics (TM:B=1:1), and hydrogen atoms adsorb more weakly to the metal‐terminated intermetallic surfaces than to the corresponding pure metal surfaces. This modulation of electronic structure makes several intermetallics (e.g., PdB, RuB, ReB) prospective, efficient hydrogen‐evolving materials with catalytic activity close to Pt. A general reaction pathway towards the synthesis of such TMB intermetallics is provided; a class of seven phase‐pure TMB intermetallics, containing V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, and Ru, are thus synthesized. RuB is a high‐performing, non‐platinum electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction.  相似文献

Preparation of lead halide perovskite polycrystalline films at a low annealing temperature is highly restricted by their intrinsically large crystallization activation energy, which hinders the conversion of the precursors/intermediates to perovskites and yields as-prepared polycrystals with tiny grain sizes and terrible crystal quality. Herein, we demonstrate through in-situ, real-time spectroscopic studies that both the nucleation and crystal growth kinetics can be improved without the need for a high annealing temperature by treating the film with thiourea, as accounted for by the reduced activation energy. As a consequence, the thiourea-treated perovskite polycrystalline film exhibits larger grain sizes and greater crystallinity than the untreated one. More importantly, owing to the synergistic effect of the promoted crystallization kinetics and the passivation of surface defects, the low-temperature prepared films treated with thiourea even present more prominent photophysical properties than those fabricated by using the conventional high-temperature method. The strategy of crystallization kinetics engineering proposed in this work paves the way for fabricating high-quality perovskite polycrystalline films in a low-temperature manner.  相似文献

研究测定蒙药中硒的新方法。蒙药消化液用盐酸还原处理将六价硒转化为四价硒 ,以硼氢化钾为还原剂 ,稀盐酸为载液 ,用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定硒。方法的检出限为 0 .12ng·ml- 1,线性范围为 0 .6 0~ 35 .0 0ng·ml- 1,相对标准偏差为 4 .7%~ 6 .4 % ,样品加标回收率为 96 .6 %~ 10 2 .1% ,此法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、试剂及样品用量少、操作简便、快速等优点  相似文献

A range of alkyl- or aryl-substituted iron succinoyl complexes, incorporating the iron chiral auxiliary [(η5-C5H5)Fe(CO)(PPh3)], were prepared in high regio- and diastereoselectivities by employing four successful strategies: (i) the alkylation of chiral enolate equivalents with tert-butyl bromoacetate; (ii) the mutual kinetic resolution of tert-butyl α-bromoacetate with a chiral acetate enolate equivalent; (iii) the alkylation of chiral succinoyl enolate equivalents; (iv) the conjugate addition of organolithium reagents or lithium amide reagents to chiral fumaroyl derivatives. Oxidative cleavage of the iron chiral auxiliary was shown to occur without compromising the stereochemical integrity of the succinoyl fragments.  相似文献

In this work, a novel electrochemical protocol with signal amplification for determination of DNA methylation and methyltransferase activity using DNA-based hybridization chain reaction (HCR) was proposed. After the gold electrode was modified with dsDNA, it was treated with M.SssI MTase, HpaII endonuclease, respectively. And then the HCR was initiated by the target DNA and two hairpin helper DNAs, which lead to the formation of extended dsDNA polymers on the electrode surface. The signal was amplified by the labeled biotin on the hairpin probes. As a result, the streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase (S-ALP) conjugated on the electrode surface through the specific interaction between biotin and S-ALP. ALP could convert 1-naphthyl phosphate into 1-naphthol and the latter could be electrochemically oxidized, which was used to monitor the methylation event and MTase activity. The HCR assay presents good electrochemical responses for the determination of M.SssI MTase at a concentration as low as 0.0067 unit mL−1. Moreover, the effects of anti-cancer drug and environmental phenolic hormone on M.SssI MTase activity were also investigated. The results indicated that 5-fluorouracil and daunorubicin hydrochloride could inhibit the activity, and the opposite results were obtained with bisphenol A and nonylphenol. Therefore, this method can not only provide a platform to screen the inhibitors of DNA MTase and develop new anticancer drugs, but also offer a novel technique to investigate the possible carcinogenesis mechanism.  相似文献

Time-of-flight mass spectrometry along with statistical analysis was utilized to study metabolic profiles among rats fed resistant starch (RS) diets. Fischer 344 rats were fed four starch diets consisting of 55 % (w/w, dbs) starch. A control starch diet consisting of corn starch was compared against three RS diets. The RS diets were high-amylose corn starch (HA7), HA7 chemically modified with octenyl succinic anhydride, and stearic-acid-complexed HA7 starch. A subgroup received antibiotic treatment to determine if perturbations in the gut microbiome were long lasting. A second subgroup was treated with azoxymethane (AOM), a carcinogen. At the end of the 8-week study, cecal and distal colon content samples were collected from the sacrificed rats. Metabolites were extracted from cecal and distal colon samples into acetonitrile. The extracts were then analyzed on an accurate-mass time-of-flight mass spectrometer to obtain their metabolic profile. The data were analyzed using partial least-squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). The PLS-DA analysis utilized a training set and verification set to classify samples within diet and treatment groups. PLS-DA could reliably differentiate the diet treatments for both cecal and distal colon samples. The PLS-DA analyses of the antibiotic and no antibiotic-treated subgroups were well classified for cecal samples and modestly separated for distal colon samples. PLS-DA analysis had limited success separating distal colon samples for rats given AOM from those not treated; the cecal samples from AOM had very poor classification. Mass spectrometry profiling coupled with PLS-DA can readily classify metabolite differences among rats given RS diets.  相似文献

Thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidinones were reported to act as potent anticancer agents; in this work, a series of new substituted thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidinone ( 6 ) were synthesized via the aza‐Wittig reaction in satisfactory yields. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, and mass spectral data, and compound 6h was further analyzed by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. Cytotoxic effect of all the compounds was carried out on human breast and lung cancer cell lines (MCF‐7 and SPC‐A‐1, A459). Compound 6f exhibited the best inhibition activities against A459 with IC50 4.1 μM.  相似文献
