焊接自动化专业引入机器人离线编程的教学探索

机器人焊接已成为焊接自动化技术现代化的主要标志。文中通过阐述机器人离线编程系统的组成原理和主流软件，认为须在焊接自动化专业构筑起机器人离线编程的相关课程体系，才可将机器人离线编程技术引入焊接自动化专业。以此提升焊接自动化的理论和实践教学，提高学生的职业技能。     

Fluorine incorporation in silica glass by the MCVD process: Study of fluorine incorporation zone,evaluation of optical properties and structure of the glass

A theoretical approach was made to find out a complete fluorine incorporation zone on a ternary diagram which serves as a useful graphical representation to select the flows of the supplied reagents for incorporation of the suitable amount of fluorine into cladding glass of optical fiber preform made by the MCVD process using CCl₂F₂ as a source of fluorine under oxygen abundance, oxygen deficiency and intermediate oxygen state conditions. The possible mechanism for incorporation of fluorine into cladding glass of optical fiber is also evaluated on the basis of the thermodynamical data. The fluorine incorporation mechanism in silica glass by the MCVD process is found to be dependent on the CCl₂F₂/SiCl₄ ratio in the input gas mixture. Fluorine doping is found to be effective for removing the strained Si–O–Si bonds, which govern the optical transparency in deep ultra-violet (DUV) and vacuum ultra-violet (VUV) regions. The maximum refractive index depression of ?0.5 × 10^?3 is obtained with incorporation of fluorine into silica cladding glass by the MCVD process using CCl₂F₂ as a dopant precursor with suitable flow of SiCl₄ vapor along with O₂ through backward deposition pass. The structure of fluorine doped silica glass preform samples containing 1.70–1.79 mol% fluorine incorporated by the MCVD process based on the analyses of ¹⁹F MAS spectra done by high-resolution ¹⁹F NMR spectroscopy reveal the presence of two distinct types of fluorine environments. The majority of the fluorine environments are formed in SiO_1.5F polyhedral and less abundant species is observed to be highly unusual, yielding a fivefold coordinated silicon of the type SiO₂F polyhedral which become increased with increasing the fluorine content.     

Approximation of transient temperatures in complex geometries using fractional derivatives

It is shown that time-dependent temperatures in a transient, conductive system can be approximately modeled by a fractional-order differential equation, the order of which depends on the Biot number. This approximation is particularly suitable for complex shapes for which a first-principles approach is too difficult or computationally time-consuming. Analytical solutions of these equations can be written in terms of the Mittag-Leffler function. The approximation is especially useful if a suitable fractional-order controller is to be designed for the system.

本文利用静电场的高斯定律和环路定律巧妙地求出了均匀带电圆盘在空间任一点所产生的电场 ,进而计算出了共轴均匀带电薄圆盘之间的相互作用力     

Differential FBG sensor for temperature-compensated high-pressure (or displacement) measurement

A differential fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor with a free active element bulk-modulus for high-pressure (or displacement) measurement is presented. Based on the differential measurement method and an isosceles triangle cantilever structure, problems of cross-sensitivity and chirped signal in FBG sensor are improved both theoretically and experimentally. Preliminary experiments indicate that temperature-compensated measurement results agree well with the theoretical analysis. Displacement measurement sensitivity is 1.75 pm/μm, and the estimated pressure measurement resolution can reach 0.27 MPa in case the wavelength shift measurement resolution is 0.01 nm.     

Direct, organocatalytic α-sulfenylation of aldehydes and ketones

A method for direct sulfenylation of aldehydes and ketones, catalyzed by a novel pyrrolidine trifluoromethanesulfonamide organocatalyst, has been developed. This process serves as an efficient and mild approach to the preparation of α-phenylthio-ketones and -aldehydes.     

PERIODIC SOLUTIONS OF PLANAR SYSTEM WITH SIX DELAYS

In this paper we obtain some sufficient conditions for the existence of non-constant periodic solutions of the following planar system with six delaysOur approach is based on the continuation theorem of the coincidence degree.     

Working group report: Flavor physics and model building

This is the report of flavor physics and model building working group at WHEPP-9. While activites in flavor physics have been mainly focused on B-physics, those in model building have been primarily devoted to neutrino physics. We present summary of working group discussions carried out during the workshop in the above fields, and also briefly review the progress made in some projects subsequently.     

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERIZATION AND MODELING OF A COMPOSITE HIP PROSTHESIS

Hip prostheses made from thick laminated composite material were cyclically tested under biaxial compressive loading. Fatigue damage was studied using X-ray radiography, a surface replication, and sectioning of the specimens. It has been shown that damage in the neck region occurred predominantly in form of matrix cracking along fiber directions in the major load-carrying plies. These matrix cracks initiated from the surface of the medial-posterior corner, as a result of local high compressive stress, extended to the lateral side, and distributed toward the anterior side, with an increase of applied cycles. We also briefly outlined a life-prediction model for predicting the remaining life and strength of the composite prosthesis based on a "critical element" concept, as well as how laboratory test results can be used in the model.     

Static polarizabilities for the ne-isoelectronic series using Harbola–Sahni potential

The recently proposed Harbola–Sahni local potential in its exchange-only version [Phys. Rev. Lett. 62 , 689 (1989)] is found to give the static dipole and quadrupole polarizabilities for the Neisoelectronic series in excellent agreement with the corresponding Hartree–Fock estimates. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
