A mild, convenient, and step‐economical intramolecular aminotrifluoromethylation of unactivated alkenes with a variety of electronically distinct, nitrogen‐based nucleophiles in the presence of a simple copper salt catalyst, in the absence of extra ligands, is described. Many different nitrogen‐based nucleophiles (e.g., basic primary aliphatic and aromatic amines, sulfonamides, carbamates, and ureas) can be employed in this new aminotrifluoromethylation reaction. The aminotrifluoromethylation process allows straightforward access to diversely substituted CF3‐containing pyrrolidines or indolines, in good to excellent yields, through a direct difunctionalization strategy from the respective acyclic starting materials. A novel copper‐catalyzed one‐pot cross‐coupling of β‐ketoacids with in situ generated trifluorodiazoethane has been developed. This reaction provides a direct and efficient method, in which one C?C bond and one C?O bond were formed in a carbenoid center with concomitant denitrogenation–dehydrogenation–decarboxylation, to afford trifluoromethylated aldol products. The lithiation of ethylenediamine by LiH is a stepwise process to form the partially lithiated intermediates LiN(H)CH2CH2NH2 and [LiN(H)CH2CH2NH2][LiN(H)CH2CH2N(H)Li]2 prior to the formation of dilithiated ethylenediamine LiN(H)CH2CH2N(H)Li. A reversible phase transformation between the partial and dilithiated species was observed. One dimensional {LinNn} ladders and three‐dimensional network structures were found in the crystal structures of LiN(H)CH2CH2NH2 and LiN(H)CH2CH2N(H)Li, respectively. LiN(H)CH2CH2N(H)Li undergoes dehydrogenation with an activation energy of 181±8 kJ mol?1, whereas the partially lithiated ethylenediamine compounds were polymerized and released ammonia at elevated temperatures. The dynamical dehydrogenation mechanism of the dilithiated ethylenediamine compounds was investigated by using the Johnson‐Mehl‐Avrami equation. 相似文献

Urea can improve the solubility and stability of cellulose in aqueous alkali solution, while its role has not come to a conclusion. To reveal the role of urea in solution, NMR was introduced to investigate the interaction between urea and the other components in solution. Results from chemical shifts and longitudinal relaxation times show that: (1) urea has no strong direct interaction with cellulose as well as NaOH; (2) urea does not have much influence on the structural dynamics of water. Urea may play its role through van der Waals force. It may accumulate on the cellulose hydrophobic region to prevent dissolved cellulose molecules from re-gathering. The driving force for the self-assembly of cellulose and urea molecules might be hydrophobic interaction. In the process of cellulose dissolution, OH? breaks the hydrogen bonds, Na+ hydrations stabilize the hydrophilic hydroxyl groups and urea stabilizes the hydrophobic part of cellulose. 相似文献

隔膜是双电层电容器和混合型电池-超级电容器等电化学储能器件的重要组成元件.本文采用1 mol?L-1四乙基四氟硼酸铵的丙烯碳酸酯电解液制备了基于活性炭的扣式双电层电容器,并采用1 mol?L-1六氟磷酸锂锂离子电解液制备了(LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2+活性炭)/石墨体系的混合型电池-超级电容器.研究了不同类型隔膜的物理化学性能,以及其对双电层电容器和混合型电池-超级电容器的电化学性能的影响.四种隔膜分别是无纺布聚丙烯毡、多孔聚丙烯薄膜、Al2O3涂层的聚丙烯薄膜和纤维素纸隔膜.进行了表面形貌、差示扫描量热、电解液吸液量和表观接触角测试表征.电化学测试表明,采用纤维素隔膜的双电层电容器具有最高的比电容和更优的倍率性能,电容器的自放电性能差别不大.而对于混合型电池-超级电容器,采用聚丙烯薄膜和无纺布聚丙烯毡隔膜器件的比容量比其它器件约高20%,且采用纤维素隔膜的器件自放电率最高. 相似文献

The direct ortho‐trifluoromethylation of arenes, including heteroarenes, with TMSCF3 has been accomplished by a copper(II)‐promoted C? H activation reaction which completes within 30 minutes. β‐Hydride abstraction is a well‐accepted elementary step for catalytic cycles in organometallic chemistry. It is usually anticipated that alkylpalladium halides containing syn‐β‐hydrogen atoms will undergo β‐hydride abstraction to afford the Heck‐type products. However, this study discloses that the above general knowledge is only conditionally correct. Our experimental results demonstrate that the reductive elimination of alkylhalides from alkylpalladium halides containing syn‐β‐hydrogen atoms may surpass the β‐hydride abstraction or even become exclusive in certain cases. 相似文献

Block copolymers comprising thermosensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and hydrophobic poly(n-butyl acrylate) (PBA) blocks, were synthesized using the reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization (RAFT), their thermosensitive behavior was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The lower critical solution temperature (LCST) was strongly correlated to the hydrophobic/hydrophilic ratio of the copolymers. Their micellization and self-assembly behavior in dilute aqueous solution were studied by surface tension (SFT), DLS and TEM. The resulting block copolymers reversibly formed or deformed micellar assemblies during their LCSTs. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) was controlled by the composition of PBA and PNIPAM, indicating the successful formation of the block copolymers. 相似文献

In recent years, there has been a pronounced interest in solid-contact ion-selective electrodes (SC-ISEs), with emphasis on the use of conducting polymers as ion-to-electron transducer. In this work, a ladder conjugated polymer, thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (LCPT), was investigated in fabricating Cu2+-selective electrodes for the first time. The resulting electrodes were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), chronopotentiometry, and the water layer test. Results proved that the active LCPT facilitates the ion-to-electron transduction, and avoids the detrimental aqueous layer formed at the interface of SC-ISEs. 相似文献

For the first time, corncob acid hydrolysate was used for microbial oil production by the oleaginous yeast Lipomyces starkeyi. After hydrolysis by dilute sulfuric acid, corncob could turn into an acid hydrolysate with a sugar concentration of about 42.3 g/L. Detoxified by overliming and absorption with activated carbon, the corncob hydrolysate could be used by L. starkeyi efficiently that a total biomass of 17.2 g/L with a lipid content of 47.0 % (corresponding to a lipid yield of 8.1 g/L) and a lipid coefficient of 20.9 could be obtained after cultivation on the corncob hydrolysate for 8 days. Therefore, L. starkeyi is a promising strain for microbial oil production from lignocellulosic biomass. Glucose and xylose were used by L. starkeyi simultaneously during lipid fermentation while arabinose could not be utilized by it. Besides, the lipid composition of L. starkeyi was similar to that of vegetable oils; thus, it is a promising feedstock for biodiesel production. 相似文献
