A new photochromic compound containing a pyrazole-ring unit, 1,3-diphenyl-4-(2-chlorobenzal)-5-hydroxypyrazole 4-methylthiosemicarbazone, was synthesized. Its structure, photochromic properties, and photochemical kinetics were characterized. The results show that the title compound exhibits reversible enol-keto photoisomerization, excellent photostability, and high fatigue resistance. An intra- and intermolecular proton-transfer mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

The colloidal stability, aggregation kinetics, and cluster structure of two styrene-acrylate copolymer latexes, stabilized with an aliphatic sulfonate and an aliphatic carboxylate surfactant, respectively, have been investigated experimentally in the temperature range between 283 and 323 K. The main objective of this study is to investigate the role of temperature and surfactant type on the aggregation kinetics and cluster structure. For this, the values of the Fuchs stability ratio and the time evolutions of the average radius of gyration, hydrodynamic radius, and structure factor of the clusters have been determined using static and dynamic light scattering techniques at different temperatures. It is found that although the two latexes exhibit a somewhat different dependence of the colloidal stability on temperature, all of the values of the average radius of gyration (or hydrodynamic radius) measured at different temperatures and surfactant types, which are plotted as a function of a properly defined dimensionless time, collapse to form a single master curve. Similarly, all of the measured average structure factors also collapse to form a single master curve when they are plotted as a function of the wavevector normalized using the average radius of gyration. These results indicate that, at least for the conditions investigated in this work, the aggregation mechanism and cluster structure are independent of temperature and surfactant type.  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used as a novel kind of solid-phase extraction adsorbents in this work as well as an analytical method based on MWCNTs solid-phase extraction (SPE) combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), some of which belong to typical persistent organic pollutants (POPs) owing to their carcinogenicity and endocrine disrupting activity. Several conditions that probably affected the extraction efficiency including the eluent volume, sample flow rate, sample pH and the sample volume were optimized in detail. The characteristic data of analytical performance were determined to investigate the sensitivity and precision of the method, and the method was applied to the determination of PAHs in environmental water samples such as river water sample, tap water sample and wastewater sample from the constructed wetland effluent. The experimental results indicated that there were excellent linear relationship between peak area and the concentration of PAHs over the range of 0.04-100 microg L(-1), and the precisions (RSD) were 1.7-4.8% under the optimal conditions. The detection limits of proposed method for the studied PAHs were 0.005-0.058 microg L(-1) (S/N=3). The recoveries of PAHs spiked in environmental water samples ranged from 78.7 to 118.1%. It was concluded that MWCNTs packed cartridge coupled with HPLC was an excellent alternative for the routine analysis of PAHs at trace level.  相似文献

A new approach for the metabolomic study of urinary samples using pressurized CEC (pCEC) with gradient elution is proposed as an alternative chromatographic separation tool with higher degree of resolution, selectivity, sensitivity, and efficiency. The pCEC separation of urinary samples was performed on a RP column packed with C(18), 5 microm particles with an ACN/water mobile phase containing TFA. The effects of the acid modifiers, applied voltage, mobile phase, and detection wavelength were systematically evaluated using eight spiked standards, as well as urine samples. A typical analytical trial of urine samples from Sprague Dawley (S.D.) rats exposed to high-energy diet was carried out following sample pretreatment. Significant differences in urinary metabolic profiles were observed between the high energy diet-induced obesity rats and the healthy control rats at the 6th wk postdose. Multivariate statistical analysis revealed the differential metabolites in response to the diet, which were partially validated with the putative standards. This work suggests that such a pCEC-based separation and analysis method may provide a new and cost-effective platform for metabolomic study uniquely positioned between the conventional chromatographic tools such as HPLC, and hyphenated analytical techniques such as LC-MS.  相似文献

采用氢核磁共振(1H-NMR)、动态光散射(DLS)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对聚乙二醇-嵌段-聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(PEG-b-PDMAEMA)三种具有不同PEG/PDMAEMA嵌段比的PEG-b-PDMAEMA共聚物在水溶液中的自聚集行为进行了研究. 研究表明, 两嵌段比例是影响聚合物胶束化过程的关键因素: 只有当其中聚乙二醇含量较低(质量分数低于33%)时, 聚合物才具有其pH/温度敏感胶束化特性. 此外, 共聚物溶液随温度胶束化过程与共聚物嵌段比大小密切相关. PEG-b-PDMAEMA这种不同于传统双亲性嵌段共聚物(DHBCs)在选择性溶剂中独特的胶束化行为, 是由聚合物溶液体系中各种基团之间的氢键作用决定的.  相似文献

本文报道了4种2-[(卤代苯胺(?))羰基]苯甲酸与Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)配合物的制备,并通过元素分析、热重分析、红外光谱和电子光谱分析以及磁化率测定对它们进行了表征.结果证明,配合物是通过羧酸根上羟基氧原子和酰胺羰基上氧原子配位成键,除Cu(Ⅱ)配合物分子为平面正方形结构外.其余均为八面体结构,只是扭曲程度不同.并对它们的配位场参数进行了计算.  相似文献
