原子吸收法间接测定泥炭水解物中的还原糖

本文研究是在常规分析基础上，提出的原子吸收法间接测定泥炭水解物中还原糖的方法。并探讨了方法中酸性介质、共存元素的影响等问题。本方法与常规方法比较，具有测定速度快，试剂用量少，准确性、重现性高等优点。     

光栅压缩器中色散的矩阵计算

在ABCD矩阵基础上,通过引入角度色散项获得了可以方便描述色散系统的3×3阶矩阵.采用这种矩阵方程方便、准确地计算了标准光栅对压缩器中的二阶、三阶以及四阶色散,得到的结果与由常规积分法获得的结果相同.     

Ion chromatographic determination of salicylate in human serum with a bulk acoustic wave sensor as detector

Salicylate is a hydrolysis product of salicylate-containing drugs (such as aspirin) in patients' blood. Monitoring of this ion in blood is helpful for diagnosing of overdosage of these drugs. The present paper describes an ion chromatography (IC) method developed for determination of total salicylate in human serum, in which a hulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor was used as detector; 0.5 mmoI/L sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃, pH 8.5) served as mobile phase. Interference in the determination was negligible. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and precise. Serum salicylate was analyzed using both the proposed IC-BAW method and the classical Trinder spec-trophotometric method, and the results showed that the two method agreed well.     

Synchronous multi-scale observations on rock damage and rupture

This paper reports a multi-scale study on damage evolution process and rupture of gabbro under uniaxial compression with several experimental techniques, including MTS810 testing machine, white digital speckle correlation method, and acoustic emission technique. In particular, the synchronization of the three experimental systems is realized for the study of relationship of deformation and damage at multiple scales. It is found that there are significant correlation between damage evolution at small and large length scales, and rupture at sample scale, especially it displays critical sensitivity at multiple scales and trans-scale fluctuations.     

基于龙基光栅塔尔博特效应的长焦距测量

提出通过对龙基光栅的塔尔博特效应所产生的莫尔条纹角度的计量来测量长焦距的方法。并在此基础上推导了长焦距的计算公式，分析了这种方法的测量误差。这种长焦距测量方法具有实时测量、精度高的特点。
