分光光度法快速测定海虾中呋喃唑酮残留量

建立了快速检测水产品中呋喃唑酮残留量方法.采用分光光度法,以校准曲线法、标准加入法检测海虾、养殖虾中呋喃唑酮残留量.结果表明,本方法线性范围为0.25-20.0μg/mL,r=0.9988,检出限为2.5μg/kg,相对标准偏差＜4.3%,回收率为97%-102%.方法准确、灵敏、简便,适合实验室快速检验.     

配合物Cu(C14H9NO3)(C3H4N2)的合成、晶体结构及性质研究

合成了配合物Cu(C₁₄H₉NO₃)(C₃H₄N₂)[C₁₄H₉NO₃^2- 为N-(2-羧基苯基)-水杨醛亚胺,C₃H₄N₂为咪唑].晶体属正交晶系,空间群Pca2₁,晶胞参数a=0.94453(12)nm,b=1.12278(9)nm,c=2.9123(4)nm,V=3.0885(6)nm³,Mr=370.84,Z=8,最终的偏离因子R=0.036,wR=0.087,GOF=0.975.三齿Schiff碱配体中的二个氧原子、一个氮原子和咪唑的一个氮原子与铜原子配位,形成扭曲的平面正方形结构.通过元素分析,IR,UV,CV和TG表征了配合物的结构.     

Critical behaviors of a (2 + 1)-dimensional black hole with a nonlinear electrodynamics source

On the basis of a charged BTZ black hole, we add an extra term in the metric function to describe the contribution from nonlinear electrodynamics. In this way we artificially construct a (2 + 1)-dimensional black hole in general relativity coupled with a nonlinear electrodynamics source. The thermodynamic quantities and Smarr formula are derived. It is found that this black hole has T−S criticality like that of an RN-AdS black hole. Further modifying the metric function, we obtain a (2 + 1)-dimensional black hole possessing P−V critical behaviors similar to that of van der Waals fluid. To our knowledge, this is the first example of (2 + 1)-dimensional black holes having this kind of critical behavior.     

The distribution pattern of squares on the stability of F4F6-(BN)n (n = 10–22) polyhedrons

To gain an insight into the structures and stability of F₄F₆-(BN)_n polyhedrons with alternation of B and N atoms, a density functional theory study was performed on all isomers of F₄F₆-(BN)_n polyhedrons with n between 10 and 22. The calculation results demonstrate that the lowest energy isomers do not contain B₄₄ bonds (the bonds shared by two squares) and the energies of those isomers containing B₄₄ bonds increase with the number of B₄₄ bonds linearly, indicating that the energetically favored structures of F₄F₆-(BN)_n polyhedrons satisfy the isolated square rule and square adjacency penalty rule. The structural analysis reveals that the stability is determined by the pyramidalization of B and N atoms at the square–square fusion. The binding energy is fitted to the numbers of edges and a model is proposed for predicting the relative stability of these B–N polyhedral molecules.     

分散液液微萃取快速测定中药中4种呋喃香豆素化合物

建立分散液相微萃取(DLLME)与HPLC结合快速测定中药样品中呋喃香豆素类化学成分含量的方法.对影响萃取效率的因素进行了优化:在含2.5%(w/V) NaCl的1.5 mL样品溶液中加入50 μL CCl_4和300 μL乙腈,分散均匀后,以3500 r/min离心3 min,吸取CCl_4聚集相,用2倍于CCl_4体积的甲醇溶解后进行HPLC分析.补骨脂素、氧化前胡素在0.006～6.00 mg/L范围内,欧前胡素、异欧前胡素在0.006～12.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好;检出限为1.0～3.0 μg/L(S/N=3);相对标准偏差在2.3%～5.4%(n=5);浓缩倍数为12.6～38.5倍;回收率97.5%～114.8%.将本方法应用于快速测定白芷及其制剂元胡止痛片中欧前胡素、异欧前胡素及微量成分补骨脂素、氧化前胡素的含量,结果令人满意.     

热力学抑制剂作用下甲烷水合物分解过程的分子动力学模拟

采用正则系综(NVT)分子动力学方法模拟研究277.0 K、11.45 mol·L-1的热力学抑制剂乙二醇(EG)溶液作用下甲烷水合物分解微观过程. 模拟显示甲烷水合物的分解从甲烷水合物固体表面开始, 逐渐向内部推移, 固态水合物在分解过程中逐渐缩小, 直至消失. 固态水合物的分解从晶格扭曲变形开始, 之后笼形框架结构破裂, 最后形成笼形结构碎片. 同时已经分解的甲烷水合物在外层形成水膜, 包裹里层正在分解的甲烷水合物, 增大里层甲烷水合物分解传质阻力.     

钒氧配合物[VOL(C9H6NO)]·CH2Cl2的合成与晶体结构

A oxovanadium(Ⅴ) complex of [VOL(C₉H₆NO)]·CH₂Cl₂[H₂L=2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde 4-methoxy-benzoylhydrazone, C₉H₆NO^-=8-hydroxyquinoline anion] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in triclinic system, the space group is P1, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.087 0(2) nm, b=1.107 1(2) nm, c=1.269 3(3) nm, α=67.84(3)°, β=79.26(3)°, γ=73.85(3)° and V=1.353 1(6) nm³ , M_r=614.34, R=0.0503, wR=0.1409. The V(Ⅴ) atom is six-coordinated by one O atom of oxo group, two O atoms and one N atom of the tridentate hydrazone ligand, as well as one N atom and one O atom of 8-hydroxyquinoline ligand, thus defining a distorted octahedral VO(ONO)(NO) geometry. A two-dimensional supramolecular layer structure is formed through π-π stacking interactions. CCDC: 268672.     

La1.6Sr0.4NiO4-Ag中空纳米纤维的制备与电化学性质研究

采用静电纺丝法制备了La_1.6Sr_0.4NiO₄-Ag中空纳米纤维。利用XRD和SEM对材料物相及形貌进行分析。结果表明,800℃烧结2h形成平均直径为400nm的La_1.6Sr_0.4NiO₄-Ag复合空心纤维;850℃烧结1h,纤维交叉连接形成网格状结构,并与电解质紧密接触。EIS谱测试结果表明,La_1.6Sr_0.4NiO₄-Ag纳米纤维电极在700℃空气气氛的极化电阻为0.32Ω·cm²;氧分压测试结果显示,在600~700℃范围内,电极反应速率控制步骤均为电荷转移反应。     

电热蒸发钨丝在线捕获原子荧光光谱法直接测定菠菜中痕量镉

利用钨丝(TC)常温下特异性捕获镉(Cd)消除基体干扰,泡沫碳材料电热蒸发器串联原子荧光光谱仪,实现了固体直接进样测定菠菜鲜样中痕量Cd。研究表明,泡沫碳电热蒸发器性能稳定,样品个体差异对测定无影响;经液氮冷冻粉碎的菠菜鲜样均匀度良好,Pauwels公式估算最小取样量为16.3 mg,满足仪器微量进样要求。采用灰化(50 W保持50 s,70 W保持80 s)、蒸发(70 W保持30 s)过程分离,Ar-H2(9∶1,V/V)载气流速为600 mL/min时,方法检出限可达0.2μg/kg,回收率为90.1%~106.1%,RSD小于10%,分析时间少于5 min,常见金属元素和有机物质对测定无干扰,且与微波消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法结果无显著性差异(p>0.05)。
