A series of novel acrylate monomers bearing stilbene segments with D-π -A structure, 4-methacrylate-4′-nitro stilbene (NS), 4-(6-methacrylate)hexyl-4′-nitro stilbene (HNS) and 4-(6-methacrylate)hexyl-2,3-dimethoxy-4′-nitro stilbene (DMHNS), were synthesized by the Witting reaction and polymerized by free radical polymerization. These stilbene-containing monomers and polymers were fully characterized, and their fluorescent properties in solution and solid state were also investigated. The emission band of monomers and corresponding polymers in solution also showed a remarkable effect with increasing polarity of the solvent. More importantly, the fluorescence emission could be adjusted from green to orange and even red regions by forming donor-π -acceptor (D-π -A) construction.  相似文献

The high-spin states in 128I have been studied by using in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy with the 124Sn(7Li,3n)128I reaction at beam energies of 25, 28 and 42 MeV. A new level scheme including 20 new levels and 27 new γ-transitions for 128I has been established preliminarily.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论计算预测了一种新型碳同素异形体(Pc-carbon).声子色散谱和弹性常数计算证实了Pc-carbon的动力学和力学稳定性.计算结果显示,Pc-carbon是弹性各向异性的,其维氏硬度达到87.6 GPa.应力应变计算结果表明,Pc-carbon的理想拉伸强度和剪切强度分别为65.8 GPa和56.5 GPa,进一步证实了其超硬特性.电子结构计算结果表明,Pc-carbon是带宽为0.99 eV的半导体.  相似文献

Phospholipids are key components of cellular membrane and signaling. Among cellular phospholipids, phosphoinositides, phosphorylated derivatives of phosphatidylinositol are important as a participant in essential metabolic processes in animals. However, due to its low abundance in cells and tissues, it is difficult to identify the composition of phosphoinositides. Recent advances in mass spectrometric techniques, combined with established separation methods, have allowed the rapid and sensitive detection and quantification of a variety of lipid species including phosphoinositides. In this mini review, we briefly introduce progress in profiling of cellular phosphoinositides using mass spectrometry. We also summarize current progress of matrices development for the analysis of cellular phospholipids using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry. The phosphoinositides profiling and phospholipids imaging will help us to understand how they function in a biological system and will provide a powerful tool for elucidating the mechanism of diseases such as diabetes, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The investigation of cellular phospholipids including phosphoinositides using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry will suggest new insights on human diseases, and on clinical application through drug development of lipid related diseases.  相似文献

Trioxacarcins (TXNs) are highly oxygenated, polycyclic aromatic natural products with remarkable biological activity and structural complexity. Evidence from 13C-labelled precursor feeding studies demonstrated that the scaffold was biosynthesized from one unit of l-isoleucine and nine units of malonyl-CoA, which suggested a different starter unit in the biosynthesis. Genetic analysis of the biosynthetic gene cluster revealed 56 genes encoding a type II polyketide synthase (PKS), combined with a large amount of tailoring enzymes. Inactivation of seven post-PKS modification enzymes resulted in the production of a series of new TXN analogues, intermediates, and shunt products, most of which show high anti-cancer activity. Structural elucidation of these new compounds not only helps us to propose the biosynthetic pathway, featuring a type II PKS using a novel starter unit, but also set the stage for further characterization of the enzymatic reactions and combinatorial biosynthesis.  相似文献

以表面修饰乙烯基团的SiO2微球为基体,白藜芦醇为模板分子,丙烯酰胺(AA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用表面印迹技术制备核-壳型白藜芦醇印迹微球。采用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对该分子印迹微球进行表征,结果表明,SiO2表面成功接枝一层厚度为200nm的印迹聚合物,该印迹微球颗粒分散均匀。采用高效液相色谱技术对印迹微球的吸附性进行研究表明,此印迹微球具有良好的识别性能,利用Scatchard模型分析得出印迹微球的最大吸附量分别为Qmax1=9.087mg/g和Qmax2=13.80mg/g。此印迹微球成功用于分离虎杖提取液中白藜芦醇。  相似文献

Hybrid silica monolithic stationary phase functionalized with octyl groups was synthesized by a two-step acid/base-catalyzed hydrolysis/co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and n-octyltriethoxysilane (C(8)-TEOS). The influences of determining factors in the sol-gel process such as the monomer ratio and water content on the monolith formation were systematically investigated. An increase in the TEOS/C(8)-TEOS ratio in the polymerization mixture shifted the pore size distribution towards smaller pore diameter with larger pore volume. The optimal TEOS/C(8)-TEOS volume ratio was found to be 90/50, under which condition the median pore diameter of the monolith was around 1.0 microm with pore volume of 3.25 cm(3)/g. The chromatographic characteristics of the monolithic column prepared with the optimized fabrication condition were studied. Some aromatic compounds including alkylbenzenes, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and phenols were successfully separated on the octyl-functionalized silica monolithic column with high column efficiency up to 180,000 plates/m.  相似文献

运用准经典轨线方法,基于Peterson从头计算势能面对O+HCl→OH+Cl反应的立体动力学性质进行了研究.讨论了在31.77和51.04 kJ/mol两种碰撞能情况下极化依赖的微分反应截面(2π/σ)(dσ00/dωt),(2π/σ)(dσ20/dωt),(2π/σ)(dσ22+/dωt)和(2π/σ)(dσ21-/dωt)以及描述k-j′两矢量相关和k-k′-j′三矢量相关的分布函数P(θr)和P(фr).计算得到的P(θr)分布表明,产物分子的转动角动量j′具有强烈的取向分布,并且产物转动角动量的取向效应对散射能的变化比较敏感.而P(фr)的分布表明,产物分子虽然具有沿着y轴的取向效应,但是没有明显的定向效应.  相似文献
