In this work, a new method has been proposed to simultaneously determine V(V), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions from aqueous solution by spectrophotometry after cloud point extraction using partial least squares regression (PLS). The metal ions in 10 ml of aqueous solution (containing 0.2 M sodium acetate buffer solution, pH 3.5) were formed complexes with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP). Then, Triton X-114 (2 %, v/v) was added to the solution. By increasing the temperature of the solution up to 55 °C, a phase separation occurred. After centrifugation at 3,000 rpm for 10 min, the surfactant-rich phase was dissolved and diluted to 0.5 mL with ethanol. The metal ions were then determined using spectrophotometry. At these optimal extraction and operating conditions, linearity was obeyed in the range 7–300, 3–100 and 15–700 ng mL?1 of V(V), Co(II) and Cu(II), with the detection limit of 2.2, 1.0 and 4.5 ng mL?1, respectively. The relative predictive error for the simultaneous determination of 15 test samples of different concentrations of V(V), Co(II) and Cu(II) was 3.28, 3.64 and 4.04 %, respectively. The root mean square error of prediction for applying the PLS method to 15 synthetic samples in the linear ranges of these metal ions was 3.4, 1.6 and 18.1 ng mL?1. The interference effect of some anions and cations was also tested. The proposed method has been applied successfully to the simultaneous determination of V(V), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions in real matrix samples with the recoveries of 96.75–104.80 %. 相似文献

Commercial polystyrene has been chemically modified with 4,4-dinitro valeryl chloride by use of Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction in the presence of anhydrous aluminum chloride in a mixture of 1,2-dichloroethane and nitrobenzene. The modified polystyrene containing –COCH2CH2C(NO2)2CH3 fragments in side phenyl rings, named gem-dinitro valerylated polystyrene (GDN-PS), was characterized by an Ubbelohde’s viscometer, FTIR, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Simultaneous thermogravimetry–differential thermal analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) have been used to study thermal behavior of the polymer. The results of TG analysis revealed that the main thermal degradation for the GDN-PS occurs during two temperature ranges of 200–300 and 300–430 °C. The DTA curve of GDN-PS is showing a visible exothermic peak at 253.8 °C corresponding to the decomposition of gem-dinitro valeryl groups. The decomposition kinetic of the gem-dinitro groups for GDN-PS with degree of substitution (DS) 11 % was studied by non-isothermal DSC under various heating rates. Kinetic parameters such as activation energy and frequency factor for thermal decomposition of GDN-PS with DS 11 % were evaluated via the ASTM E698 and two isoconversional methods. 相似文献

以还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)作为硫源和结构导向剂水热法“一壶”制备系列硫化镉(CdS)光催化材料,采用透射电镜(HRTEM)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱(PL)、比表面分析仪(BET)和光解水产氢反应等对催化材料的微观表面结构、光吸收性能以及光催化性能进行了研究。结果表明:通过调节反应物的nCd/nS比和水热温度等参数可控的制备出分散性好的CdS实心纳米球(s-CdS)、空心纳米球(h-CdS)以及纳米棒(r-CdS)等不同微观形貌的光催化材料。对比研究了不同形貌光催化剂的光解水产氢的宏观性能,发现s-CdS产氢活性最高,h-Cd次之,r-CdS最差。这一结果可归结于构成实心球表面亚微晶的粒径相比其它形貌的小,导致电子-空穴对快速迁移至表面并与溶液反应,抑制体相复合,导致生成的氢气量大大的提高。 相似文献

建立了亚临界水萃取及气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测红茶中21种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留的方法。在萃取压力为5 MPa条件下,样品经150 ℃的亚临界水提取15 min后,将目标物转移至丙酮-正己烷(1:1, v/v)中,经ENVI-Carb固相萃取净化小柱净化,DB-5毛细管气相色谱柱分离,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行MS/MS检测,基质匹配溶液内标法定量。各目标物在5.0~320.0 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,其定量限(信噪比(S/N)>10)为50 ng/g,检出限(S/N>3)为10 ng/g。茶叶基质中添加50、100和200 ng/g的标准品时,21种农药的回收率为70.18%~119.98%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.01%~11.76%。该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留测定的技术要求,适用于红茶中有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留的检测。 相似文献

Calcium carbide residue (CCR) was investigated in transesterification reaction of triglycerides to determine its viability as a solid catalyst for biodiesel synthesis. Literature survey showed that CCR has never been studied as a solid catalyst in the transesterification of triglyceride. The scope of the study includes the effects of CCR calcination temperature, calcination time, the alcohol/oil molar ratio, the catalyst amount (wt % of oil) and the reaction time. The relationship between chemical composition and catalytic activity of waste cement was also investigated. These CCR catalysts, thermally activated at 600 °C, can give rise to fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) purity higher than 99.5%, after 3 h of reaction, when oil/methanol molar ratio of 1/12 and 1 wt % of the catalyst were employed. Application of CCR as catalyst for biodiesel production in this study may not only provide a cost‐effective and environment friendly way of recycling CCR waste but also reduce hopefully the cost of biodiesel production. 相似文献

本文报道了手性配体2, 5-二(4, 5-蒎烯-2-吡啶)吡嗪(L)及其铼配合物[Re(CO)3Cl(L)] ·DMF的合成与表征。X射线单晶衍射分析表明配体L晶体为单斜P21空间群, 而配合物[Re(CO)3Cl(L)] ·DMF晶体为正交P212121空间群。配合物[Re(CO)3Cl(L)] ·DMF中铼原子与配体中的2个氮原子、3个羰基中的碳原子以及1个氯原子配位。CD谱和VCD谱测试表明, 配体和配合物都表现出光学活性。受光激发时, 配体和配合物分别在420和650 nm处发光。配体和配合物都具有二阶非线性光学性质, 其二阶非线性光学效应分别为尿素的0.4和0.3倍。 相似文献
