Surface structures of adsorption layers of sodium hyaluronate and bovine serum albumin complexes on poly(γ-methyl-l-glutamate) film and their surface properties

Two-dimensional structures and characteristics of the complexes between sodium hyaluronate (NaHA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were studied by using a quartz crystal microbalance method and an atomic force microscope (AFM). NaHA did not adsorb on poly(-methyl-l-glutamate) (PMLG) film. On the other hand, the complexes adsorbed on it and the adsorption behaviors were found to be Langmuir types. With increasing weight ratio of BSA to NaHA, W _BSA, the adsorption constants K decreased and the saturated adsorption masses increased. The adsorbed complexes were spherical particles and at saturated adsorption states they covered compactly on the PMLG film. The mean diameters d _AFM estimated from the topographic images decreased from 70 to 54 nm with increasing W _BSA. The adhesion force F _ad and the frictional force F _f between the complex layers and the AFM tip were obtained by using the contact mode of the AFM. With increasing W _BSA, the values of F _ad decreased and the values of F _f increased. Compared with the frictional coefficient of the NaHA adsorption layer on the BSA monolayer, the values for the NaHA–BSA complex layer were found to be much higher.     

铝(Ⅲ)-桑色素-十二烷基硫酸钠体系在滤纸基质的荧光反应研究及其分析应用

本文探讨了在滤纸基质上表面活性剂SLS对铝-桑色素荧光反应的增敏作用及最佳实验条件。铝含量在0～6.0ng范围的工作曲线呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),方法的检测限为0.001ng。含铝4.0ng的溶液11次测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.3％。方法用于含铝水样的测定获得满意结果,回收率为96.0～100.5％。     

Characterization of organometallic coordinative cluster compounds of silver by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS) was successfully applied to characterize the organosilver coordinative cluster compounds, silver phenylacetylide and three silver thiolates, namely, silver tertiary butylthiolate, silver 2,6-dimethylbenzenethiolate, and silver 2, 6-dichlorobenzenethiolate. Samples and dithranol matrix were finely dispersed in 1:1 tetrahydrofuran (THF)/chloroform (CHCl(3)) mixed solvent. In most cases the monomer units remained intact during ionization, and the oligomeric molecular ions were produced through silver cationization, with a general molecular ion formula [nM + Ag](+). This was further verified by the relative abundances of the isotopic peaks within the molecular ion clusters, which were in close agreement with those theoretically calculated for nM cationized with one silver ion. In the case of silver 2, 6-dichlorobenzenethiolate, in addition to the dominant [nM + Ag](+) peaks, weak peaks corresponding to the successive losses of hydrogen chloride molecules were observed. Incoherent subharmonic light scattering in isotropic media

Incoherent subharmonic light scattering in isotropic media is a new kind of nonlinear light scattering, which involves single input photon and multiple output photons of equal frequency. We investigate theoretically the dependence of the subharmonic scattering intensity on the hyperpolarizability of molecules and the incident intensity using nonlinear optics theory similar to that used for Hyper-Rayleigh scattering and degenerate optical parametric oscillators. It is derived that the subharmonic scattering intensities grow exponentially or superexponentially with the hyperpolarizability of molecules and the incident intensity.     

1－N－（苯并咪唑－1－乙酰基）－4－苯基－3－氨基硫脲金属配合物的合成及结构表征

合成了新配体１－Ｎ－（苯并咪唑－１－乙酰基）－４－苯基－３－氨基硫脲（ＢＰＭＳ），将其与Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｄ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）、ＵＯ２（Ⅱ）等金属的醋酸盐反应，合成了７个新配合物。所有化合物均经元素分析、ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和热重分析等表征。红外光谱表明，配体以四齿方式通过烯醇式羰基氧原子、烯醇式硫羰基硫原子以及Ｃ＝Ｎ１和Ｃ＝Ｎ２的氮原子与金属配位     

分析化学中液膜富集方法的研究——痕量锰的液膜分离富集与火焰原子吸收光谱法测定

本文以N_(205)-P_(507)-煤油-液体石蜡-HCl液膜体系分离富集了痕量Mn~(2+),五次提取分离,富集倍数可达87倍,回收率近于98％。与火焰原子吸收光谱法结合,可富集测定ppb级的Mn~(2+)。     

气相色谱-负化学源质谱联用法测定菊酯类农药

通过固相萃取-气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱技术建立了11种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测方法，并应用于茶叶农残检测。样品经乙酸乙酯提取后，用串联的活性炭和中性氧化铝固相萃取柱选择性地富集茶叶中待测组分，再由气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱分时段选择离子监测技术进行测定。方法简单快速，一次进样就能得到11种菊酯残留结果；准确度和精密度高，在0．016μg／kg、0．032μg／kg和0．064μg／kg3个添加水平下的回收率在70％～110％之间，CV≤7．4％；选择性好，消除了色素和其它杂质干扰；灵敏度高，检出限低，除了氯菊酯为10μg／kg外，其它菊酯检出限都在μg/∥kg级，七氟菊酯则达到了0．02μg／kg。
