Summary A rapid and sensitive capillary electrophoretic immunoassay is described for determination of estradiol in women's serum.
Addition of thermally reversible hydrogel in the buffer, serving as a replaceable packing material, improved the reproducibility
of the method. Using a laser-induced fluorescence detector this method can be applied to the determination of estradiol at
concentrations as low as 30.6 pg mL1. Estradiol levels in 16 normal women's serum were measured at the range 115≈370 pg mL1. The results of this method have been found to correlate well with those of chemiluminescent immunoassay. 相似文献
By using an asymmetric ligand with triazole and imidazole groups, three Keggin-based complexes were obtained, [Cu(HMET)4(H2O)2](PMo12O40)2·2H2O (1), [Cu3(HMET)4Cl2(H2O)2(XM12O40)2]·4H2O (X?=?Si, M?=?W 2, X?=?Ge, M?=?Mo 3) (MET?=?4-(2-imidazol-1-yl-ethyl)-4H-[1,3,4]triazole). Complex 1 contains discrete Keggin anions and mono-nuclear [Cu(MET)4(H2O)2]2+ clusters. Complexes 2 and 3 are isostructural with tri-nuclear Cu clusters linked by Keggin anions to construct a 1D chain. The 1- to 3-CPEs show electrocatalytic properties and can also act as nitrite amperometric sensors. Complexes 1–3 exhibit photocatalytic activities for degradation of MB. Complexes 1–?3 own fluorescence sensing properties for detecting Hg2+ ions.

Carbon hollow spheres (400-600 nm) and vessels (400 nm x 3000 nm) have been synthesized from sp3-CCl4 at 190 and 230 degrees C, respectively. The HRTEM images and Raman spectra reveal the sp2 nature of the as-obtained products, indicating that the transformation from carbon sp3 to sp2 occurs in the reactions. A multiplexed microbioreactor system for parallel operation of multiple microbial fermentation is described. The system includes miniature motors for magnetic stirring of the microbioreactors and optics to monitor the fermentation parameters optical density (OD), dissolved oxygen (DO), and pH, in-situ and in real time. The microbioreactors are fabricated out of poly(methylmethacrylate)(PMMA) and poly(dimethylsiloxane)(PDMS), and have a working volume of 150 microl. Oxygenation of the cells occurs through a thin PDMS membrane at the top of the reactor chamber. Stirring is achieved with a magnetic spin bar in the reactor chamber. Parallel microbial fermentations with Escherichia coli are carried out in four stirred microbioreactors and demonstrate the reproducible performance of the multiplexed system. The profiles for OD, DO, and pH compare favourably to fermentations performed in bioreactor systems with multiple bench-scale reactors. Finally, the multiplexed system is used to compare two different reactor designs, demonstrating that the reproducibility of the system permits the quantification of microbioreactor performance. 相似文献

A new chromogenic reagent tribromocarboxyarsenazo has been synthesized and the chromogenic reaction of this reagent with zirconium studied. In the medium of 0.5 mol/1 HCl, a blue complex is formed by the reaction of zirconium with tribromocarboxyarsenazo. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 633 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 4.8 x 10(4) 1/mol/cm. Beer's law is obeyed over the zirconium concentration range 0-18, mug/25 ml. The method has been applied to the determination of zirconium in aluminum, copper and magnesium alloys with satisfactory results. 相似文献
The complexation of lanthanide(III) cations with 1,2-propanediaminetetraacetate (1,2-PDTA) in aqueous solution has been investigated by 10Na, 35Cl, 2H and 11O NMR shift measurements. It has been shown that the contact shifts are dominant for 17O, 16Cl and 2H (only for the heavier lanthanide series) and the pseudocontact shifts are dominant for 25Na. It is suggested that the 1,2-PDTA ligand is bound pentadentately via the two nitrogens and the three carboxylates for the lighter lanthanide complexes, hexdentately via the two nitrogens and the four carboxylates for the heavier ones. The numbers of the water coordinated were determined. The small amount of chloride anion in inner coordination sphere was observed. 相似文献
A method has been developed for peak identification of PCBs in GC with ECD detection under different temperature programs and isothermal conditions on two commonly used columns (DB-5 and DB-1701). This was achieved by means of accurate calibration of retention times based on the concept of the relative retention index P (i) and retention times of the selected PCB internal standards. The P (i) was calculated from the predicted retention times with the database of the retention parameters (A, B) and the migration equations. Through comparison of the calibrated and experimental retention times of PCBs in technical samples, it was shown that the developed method was effective for correct PCB comprehensive, quantitative, congener-specific (CQCS) analyses. 相似文献
