We present results on investigations of the dynamics of
the glass forming ortho-terphenyl (oTP) confined in nanoporous
silica. Calorimetry experiments showed that the glass transition
temperature of the confined liquid, Tgconf, has a
non-trivial pore size dependence and is strongly affected by surface
interactions. Fluid-wall interactions introduce gradients of
structural relaxation times in the pores. The molecules at the
surface of the pores are slowed down compared to those at the center
of the pores. We focus here on a pore diameter range (7 σ<
d < 12 σ, where σ is the molecular diameter),
where a large variety of dynamical behavior were observed.
Depending on surface properties of the confined media, T
gconf may be smaller or larger than the bulk one. In a quite
attractive matrix with a pore size of around 7 nm, the structural
relaxation times gradient is important enough to allow the
observation of two glass transitions for the same liquid. Effects of
fluid wall interactions on the short time dynamics at high
temperature were also investigated by quasielastic neutron
scattering. The self and collective motions exhibit well above the
bulk melting point the same dependence on fluid-wall interactions as

The morphogenesis of the sexual phase of seven species of Thelypteris subg. Cyclosorus (Thelypteridaceae) is described and compared. Spores of all species are monolete, ellipsoid and have positive photoblastism. They have Vittaria-type germination, germinal filaments are short and uniseriate, and Aspidium-type development. Adult gametophytes are spatulate-cordiform, and have wide wings with numerous glandular, marginal and superficial hairs. Antheridia have a narrow or widened basal cell, an undivided annular cell, and an opercular cell; antherozoids are liberated through three mechanisms. Archegonia have short necks and four triangular cells on the neck's mouth. The sporophyte's first leaf is lobed, with open dichotomous veins, glandular hairs similar to those of the gametophyte, and anomocytic stomata. Differences observed between the studied species are: spore size; ornamentation of the perispore; germination and emergence periods; size of hairs; developmental period of gametangia; and antherozoid liberation mechanisms through total detachment of the operculum, partial detachment of the operculum, and development of an apical pore through tearing of the operculum. The first indication of nondipole effects in the azimuthal dependence of photoelectron angular distributions emitted from fixed-in-space molecules is demonstrated in N (2). Comparison of the results with angular distributions observed for randomly oriented molecules and theoretical derivations for the nondipole correction first order in photon momentum suggests that higher orders will be needed to describe distributions measured in the molecular frame. 相似文献

为实现对水面油污染的探测, 根据荧光激光雷达系统的发展趋势, 采用激光诱导荧光技术, 建立了适用于水面油污染探测荧光激光雷达的系统模型. 提出采用单激光器结合增强电荷耦合器件的小型荧光激光雷达探测系统, 通过分析激光器单脉冲能量与探测浓度之间的关系, 结合荧光激光雷达系统参数, 对系统模型的探测能力与信噪比等进行了数值仿真. 结果表明, 系统选用单脉冲能量50 μJ的355 nm Nd:YAG激光器作为激发光源, 白天在7 m的距离处探测信噪比可以达到10, 满足实验室搭建模拟系统的要求. 针对实际探测水面油污染, 提出采用增大激光器功率的方法, 并通过模拟计算验证了采用50 mJ的单脉冲能量激光器在230 m的探测距离处可得到与实验室相同的结果, 对实际系统的搭建具有指导意义. 相似文献

将单层二硫化钼用石墨烯进行封装,构造了石墨烯和二硫化钼的范德瓦耳斯异质结构,并且分别在氩气(Ar)和氢气(H2)氛围下,详细研究了被封装的二硫化钼的热稳定性.结果表明:在氩气氛围中,石墨烯封装的二硫化钼在400–1000℃下一直保持稳定,而石墨烯和氧化硅上裸露的二硫化钼在1000℃时几乎全部分解;在氢气氛围中,石墨烯封装的二硫化钼在400–1000℃下一直稳定存在,而石墨烯和氧化硅上裸露的二硫化钼在800℃下已经完全分解.综上可得,在氩气和氢气的氛围下,被石墨烯封装的二硫化钼的热稳定性得到了显著的提高.该研究通过用石墨烯将单层的二硫化钼进行封装以提高其热稳定性,在未来以单层二硫化钼作为基础材料的电子器件中,可以保证其在高温下能够正常工作.该研究也为提高其他二维材料的热稳定性提供了一种可行的方法和思路. 相似文献

In a recent contribution, (Gao B, Kassi S, Campargue A. Empirical low energy values for methane transitions in the 5852-6181 cm−1 region by absorption spectroscopy at 81 K. J Mol Spectrosc 2009;253:55-63.), the low energy values of methane transitions between 1.71 and 1.62 μm were derived from the variation of the line intensities between 296 and 81 K. The line intensities at 81 K were retrieved from the high resolution absorption spectrum of methane recorded at liquid nitrogen temperature by direct absorption spectroscopy using a cryogenic cell and a series of distributed feed back (DFB) diode lasers. For the line intensities at 296 K, the values provided by the HITRAN database were used. As a consequence of the relatively high intensity cut off (4×10−24 cm/molecule) of the HITRAN line list in the considered region, the lower energy values were derived for only 845 of the 2187 transitions measured at 81 K. In the present work, our line list was extended by the retrieval of many weak line intensities leading to a set of 3251 transitions. The minimum value of the measured line intensities (at 81 K) is on the order of 10−26 cm/molecule. In relation with the project “Greenhouse Gases Observing Satellite” (GOSAT), a much more complete line list for CH4 at 296 K has become available (intensity cut off of 4×10−26 cm/molecule). By applying the two temperature method to our line intensities at 81 K and GOSAT intensities at 296 K, the lower energy values of 2297 transitions could be derived. These transitions represent 99.1% and 90.8% of the total absorbance in the region, at 81 and 296 K respectively. This line list provided as Supplementary Material allows then accounting for the temperature dependence of CH4 absorption below 300 K. The investigated spectral range is dominated by the 2ν3 band near 6005 cm−1 which is of particular interest for atmospheric retrievals. The factor 2 narrowing of the Doppler linewidth from room temperature down to 81 K has allowed the resolution of a number of 2ν3 multiplets and improving the line intensity retrievals. A detailed comparison with GOSAT and HITRAN line lists has revealed a number of possible improvements. 相似文献
