Summary The thin-layer chromatographic mobility of hematoporphyrin IX (Hp) and its metal complexes on octyl (C8)- or octadecyl (C18)-bonded silica gel plate is described. The mobility order for those compounds is regular on both kinds of plate with various compositions of methanol-phosphate buffer mixtures as the developing solvents; thus, Cu-complex < Ni-complex < Hp (free acid) < Zn-complex. The combination of a C18-plate with an 85∶15 (vol/vol) mixture of methanol and phosphate buffer (pH 3) is recommended for the successful separation of these four compounds.  相似文献

Summary A systematic comparative study of the adsorption and association of 3-methylxanthine (3MXan) and 7-methylxanthine (7MXan) at mercury-solution interfaces in acidic, neutral, and alkaline buffer solutions was undertaken by ac voltammetry. At bulk concentrations of3MXan above a threshold value, the stacking interactions between vertically oriented molecules lead to a slow reorientation aroundE ecm, and the molecules adopt a perpendicular orientation. The association of the adsorbed molecules of7MXan is hindered and is not effective in promoting base-base stacking interactions. The enhanced surface activity of3MXan compared to7MXan results from the different position of the methyl group in the purine moiety. The effect of some divalent metal ions on adsorption stages and association of the investigated compounds has been studied. The results indicate that the complexation of methylated xanthine enhances the stacking interactions and hence would be expected to facilitate the formation of perpendicularly stacked layers ofM(II)-MXan complexes on the electrode surface. The adsorption parameters of the investigated compounds have been computed in absence and presence of Cu(II) at differentpH values. The results are compared with the behaviour of xanthine.
Vergleichende Untersuchungen zur Adsorption und Assoziation von 3-Methylxanthin und 7-Methylxanthin an einer geladenen Grenzfläche
Zusammenfassung Eine systematische vergleichende Untersuchung zur Adsorption und Assoziation von 3-Methylxanthin (3MXan) und 7-Methylxanthin (7MXan) an Quecksilber-Lösungs-Grenzflächen wurde mittels AC-Voltammetrie in sauren, neutralen und basischen Pufferlösungen durchgeführt. Oberhalb einer bestimmten Grenzkonzentration kommt es durch Wechselwirkungen zwischen vertikal angeordneten3MXan-Molekülen zu einer langsamen Reorientierung umE ecm, was zu einer senkrechten Anordnung führt. Die Assoziation von7MXan ist gehindert und erlaubt daher keine ausgeprägten Basen-Basen-Wechselwirkungen. Die erhöhte Oberflächenaktivität von3MXan gegenüber7MXan resultiert aus der unterschiedlichen Stellung der Methylgruppe am Purinrest. Der Effekt einiger zweiwertiger Metallionen auf die Adsorption und Assoziation von3MXan und7MXan wurde untersucht. Die Ergebnisse weisen auf eine Begünstigung der Wechselwirkungen hin; die Bildung von vertikal angeordneten Grenzschichten an der Elektrodenoberfläche sollte daher im Fall vonM(II)-Mxan-Komplexen erleichtert sein. Die Adsorptionsparameter der untersuchten Verbindungen wurden in Abwesenheit und in Gegenwart von Cu(II) bei verschiedenenpH-Werten berechnet. Die Ergebnisse werden mit dem Verhalten von Xanthin verglichen.

This paper reports the separation and determination of V(V), Nb(V) and Ta(V) by RP-HPLC using 5-Br-PADAP as a precolumn derivatizing reagent. On C(18) column, the three metal chelates can be separated on a baseline in 9 min with the mobile phase of methanol-water (59:41, v/v) containing tartaric acid (0.2%) and acetate buffer (pH 3.5, 10 mM). The detection limits of V(V), Nb(V) and Ta(V) are 0.13 ppb, 0.22 ppb and 1.79 ppb, respectively when S/N is 3. This method is simple and rapid, and has been used in mineral analysis with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with the mass spectrometer operated in the tandem mode at a constant accelerating voltage was used to analyse for triterpanes in Arabian crude oils. Specific molecular parent-daughter ion pairs were selected for quantitative measurements owing to their metastable transitions in the first field-free region. More accurate relative distribution ratios of hydrocarbon biomarkers were determined by this sequential gating technique than by the conventional diagnostic daughter ion mass fragmentogram in common GC-MS. The data and spectra obtained from MS-MS operation may serve as unique “fingerprints” for these regional crudes  相似文献

The polymerization of n-butyl vinyl ether (BVE), cyclohexene oxide (CHO) and 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl(methyl)-3′,4′-epoxycyclohexane carboxylate (EEC) was initiated upon UV irradiation (λinc > 300 nm) of dichloromethane solutions containing N-ethoxy-2-methylpyridinium ( V ), N-ethoxy-4-phenyl-pyridinium ( VI ) or N-ethoxy-isoquinolinium hexafluorophosphate ( VII ). Whereas the bifunctional EEC was converted into an insoluble gel, BVE and CHO formed polymers of molar mass: Mw = 2 X 104?2 X 105 (PCHO) and Mw ≈ 2 X 104 (PBVE). Protons are formed with a rather high quantum yield [ø(H+) = 0.48 on irradiating VII in dichloromethane; titration with sodium p-nitrophenolate] and it is, therefore, assumed that the polymerization is initiated by photochemically generated protons. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The gas-phase decomposition of diallylvinylphosphine 1 into C5H5P 12 is studied by DFT/6-311+G(d,p) calculations with the B3LYP functional, followed by single-point energy-only calculations at the CCSD(T)/6-311+G(d,p) level. According to these calculations, the first step involves a retro-ene elimination that yields 3-phosphahexatrienes 2Z and 2E. Both compounds equilibrate through the formation of 1,2- and 3,4-dihydrophosphetes 3 and 4, and it is shown that the formation of 2Z is favored by the exothermic formation of the 3,4-dihydrophosphinine 5 through a 6pi-electrocyclization. Though 5 can easily isomerize into 2,3- (6) and 1,2-diyhydrophosphinines (7) by successive 1,5-hydrogen shifts, the formation of 12 from 5, 6, or 7 through an elimination of H2 is found to be a high energy process. It is also shown that the elimination of H2 from lambda5-phosphinine 8 following a C2v pathway is a symmetry-forbidden process. Finally, 1,4-dihydrophosphinine 9, which can be formed through a 1,4-hydrogen shift from lambda5-phosphinine 8, is found to be a convenient precursor of 12 through a 1,4-elimination of H2. The formation of 9 from 5 involves the intermediary formation of 3-phosphabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-2-ene 10. The mechanism eventually proposed for the formation of 12 from 2Z is given in Scheme 16 at the CCSD(T) level.  相似文献

A fluorescent affinity tag (FAT) was synthesized and was utilized to selectively modify phosphorylated serine and threonine residues via beta-elimination and Michael addition chemistries in a 'one-step' reaction. This labeling technique was used for covalent modification of both phosphoproteins and phosphopeptides, allowing identification of these molecular species by fluorescence imaging after solution- or gel-based separation methods. In addition to the strong fluorescence of the rhodamine tag, a commercially available antibody can be used to enrich low-abundance post-labeled phosphopeptides present in complex mixtures. Application of this methodology to phosphorylation-site mapping has been evaluated for a phosphoprotein standard, bovine beta-casein. Initial results demonstrated low femtomole detection limits after fluorescence image analysis of FAT-labeled proteins or peptides.  相似文献

The coupling of a Rydberg electron capture ion source with a Nermag R10-10H quadrupole mass filter is described. Details are given of the addition to this instrument of a creation cell for atoms excited in Rydberg states. Within the Nermag ion source, such atoms allow attachment of electrons of well-defined thermal energy. SF(6) was used for optimization of the main experimental parameters (gas pressures and voltages applied to the electrodes). The procedure by which Rydberg electron attachment was confirmed is described. A polychlorobiphenyl compound was used to illustrate the performance of this ionization technique. Ion formation was observed in the absence of fragmentation.  相似文献

The dynamics of excited states of adsorbates on surfaces caused by charge transfer is studied. Both negative and positive charge transfer processes are possible. In particular we are interested in positive charge transfer from a metal surface to molecular or atomic oxygen adsorbed on the surface. Once the negatively charged oxygen on the surface loses an electron it becomes chemically activated. The ability of this species to react depends on the quenching time or back transfer. The analysis of these processes is based on a set of diabatic potential energy surfaces each representing a different charged oxygen species. The dynamics is followed by solving the multichannel time-dependent Schr?dinger equation or Liouville von Neumann equation. Due to the nonadiabatic character of these reactions large isotope effects are predicted.  相似文献

In this paper, the voltammetric method was used for the first time to study the effect of Cisplatin-liposome on Hela cells. The results showed the voltammetric behavior of Hela cells was irreversible and the peak current had linear relationship with the cell number. With both Cisplatin-liposome concentration and treating time increasing, the peak current decreased. The peak current decreasing was in accordance with the nuclear damage and loss of mitochondrial membrane potential revealed by two-photon laser scanning microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy. This voltammetric method may provide a simple way to study the electron-transfer mechanism in drug-treating cells.  相似文献
