Microstructure, transport, and thermal properties of the composites of (1 ? x)CsH2PO4/xSrZrO3 (x = 0.01–0.2) are studied. Introduction of highly dispersed strontium zirconate results in an increase in low-temperature conductivity by 1–3 orders of magnitude as depedent on the composition, leveling, and disappearance of a superionic phase transition in CsH2PO4. The methods of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry were used to show that a significant change in thermodynamic properties of CsH2PO4 in composites at x = 0.1–0.2 is observed due to salt amorphization. According to the data of X-ray phase analysis, there is no chemical interaction between the components and no new compounds are formed. An increase in conductivity is caused by salt disordering due to the interphase surface interaction.  相似文献

The radiation-induced vacancy swelling of quasicrystals is considered. In quasicrystals, the dislocation kinetics involves the formation of phasons: vacancy- and interstitial-like localized topological defects. Phasons interact with radiation-induced point defects (PD; vacancies and interstitials) and influence the swelling behavior of quasicrystals. After absorption of vacancies, phasons of the interstitial type transform into phasons of the vacancy type and vice versa. In other words, phasons are the recombination centers of alternating polarity for PD. Assuming that (i) the production rate of phasons is proportional to the dislocation climbing rate and (ii) voids are the sinks for mobile phasons, the set of rate equations for PD and phasons is formulated and analyzed both analytically and numerically. It is shown that the swelling rate is lower in quasicrystals compared with crystals. Growth rates of loops and voids, as well as the swelling rate, strongly depend on the phason concentration which is controlled by phason diffusion to sinks.  相似文献

The Cs2HPO4 · 2H2O single crystals synthesized from an aqueous solution containing equimolar amounts of H3PO4 and Cs2CO3 were studied by impedance and IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The IR spectra were analyzed in accordance with the structural data, and the absorption bands were assigned. The proton conductivity was studied at temperatures in the range 20–250°C. The conductivity of dehydrated Cs2HPO4 was low, ~10–5–10–9 S cm–1 at 90–250°C with an activation energy of conductivity E a = 1.1 eV at 130–250°C. The processes determining the character of the temperature dependence of conductivity were consistent with the DSC and thermogravimetry data. According to these data, dehydration of the crystalline hydrate Cs2HPO4 · 2H2O starts at 60°C and occurs in three stages, forming Cs2HPO4 · 1.5H2O below 100°C; anhydrous Cs2HPO4 at t > 160°C, which is stable up to 300°C; and Cs4P2O7 above 330°C.  相似文献

The TUS experiment is aimed to study the energy spectrum and arrival direction of Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays at E ∼ 100 EeV from the space orbit by measuring the fluorescence radiation of the Extensive Atmospheric Shower in the atmosphere. It is the first orbital telescope aimed for such measurements and is taking data since April 28, 2016. During the first turns of operation ∼20% PMTs were broken due to the HV tuning system failure. For the same reason, the properties of the remaining PMTs are changed. Relative calibration of PMT gains in flight was done and presented based on analyzing TUS background data itself. A reconstruction of EAS arrival directions is done using the relative calibration coefficients.

The problem of synchrotron radiation from a charged, current-carrying ring is considered. An expression is found for the spectral and angular distribution of radiation intensity including polarization effects. Some special cases of the general formula are examined: a limiting transition to the generalized Schott formula, a formula for the intensity of synchrotron radiation from a magnetic dipole oriented along the tangent to the trajectory, and a transition to the formulas for the intensity of Vavilov-Cherenkov radiation from a charged, current-carrying, annular cloud by taking sums of Bessel functions.  相似文献
