New 2‐(4′‐9H‐carbazole‐9‐yl)‐styryl‐1H‐phenathro[9,10‐d]imidazole‐1‐yl)benzonitrile (SPICN‐Cz) and 4‐(2‐(4‐(diphenylamino)phenyl‐styryl‐1H‐phenathro[9,10‐d]imidazole‐1‐yl)benzonitrile (SPICN‐TPA) have been synthesised, and their photophysical, electrochemical, and electroluminescent properties were analysed in comparison with their cyano‐free parent compounds, SPI‐Cz, and SPI‐TPA. Solvatochromic effects show the transformation of an excited state character from locally excited (LE) state to charge transfer (CT) state. Using time‐dependent density functional theory calculation, the excited state properties of these donor‐acceptor blue emissive materials have been analysed. Their excited state properties have been tuned by replacing the strong donor triphenylamine to weak donor carbazole to achieve the combination of high photoluminance efficiency locally excited (LE) component and high exciton‐utilizing CT component in one excited state. Hybridization processes between LE and CT components of SPICN‐Cz and SPICN‐TPA in the emissive state have been discussed. The nondoped organic light emitting diode device based on SPICN‐Cz exhibit better electroluminescent performances than those of SPICN‐TPA–based device: high external quantum efficiency of 2.58 %, current efficiency of 2.90 cd A‐1, and power efficiency of 2.26 lm W‐1 with Commission Internationale de l'Éclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.15, 0.12). The excited state modulation and the composition of LE and CT states in the donor‐acceptor system could be useful to design low‐cost, high‐efficiency fluorescent organic light emitting diode materials. 相似文献

We have described a simple, convenient, and high-yielding one-pot synthesis of novel azo chromene derivatives via a three-component reaction of various azo aldehydes with dimedone and malononitrile using 10 mol% of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) as catalyst and ethanol as solvent at reflux condition. All the synthesized compounds have been characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HR-MS spectra and molecular docking was performed to explore new inhibitors of human placental aromatase cytochrome P450 and cyclooxygenase-2 enzymes. Of all the compounds docked, compound (E)-2-amino-4-(4,4-dimethyl-2,6-dioxocyclohexyl)-6-((3-methoxyphenyl)diazenyl-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile ( 4o ) showed good binding affinity with the active site of human placental aromatase cytochrome P450 enzyme (PDB: 3EQM) with inhibition constant (Ki) 1.66 nM and compound 4o also showed good binding affinity with the active site of cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme (PDB: 6COX) with inhibition constant (Ki) 367.17 pM. In vitro anti-cancer activity studies against MCF-7 cells were also performed for compounds 4o , anastrozole and celecoxib. Compound 4o showed an effective cytotoxicity at 19.8 μg/ml compared to anastrozole and celecoxib (24.7 and 26.2 μg/ml). 相似文献

This report deals with a study of the properties of internal cavities of dendritic macromolecules that are capable of encapsulating and mediating photoreactions of guest molecules. The internal cavity structures of dendrimers are determined by the interfacial regions between the aqueous exterior and hydrocarbon like interior constituted by the linkers that connect symmetrically sited branch points constituting the dendrimer and head groups that cap the dendrimers. Phloroglucinol-based poly(alkyl aryl ether) dendrimers constituted with a homologous series of alkyl linkers were undertaken for the current study. Twelve dendrimers within first, second, and third generations, having ethyl, n-propyl, n-butyl, and n-pentyl groups as the linkers and hydroxyl groups at peripheries in each generation, were synthesized. Encapsulation of pyrene and coumarins by aqueous basic solutions of dendrimers were monitored by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopies, which showed that a lower generation dendrimer with an optimal alkyl linker presented better encapsulation abilities than a higher generation dendrimer. Norrish type I photoreaction of dibenzyl ketone was carried out within the above series of dendrimers to probe their abilities to hold guests and reactive intermediate radical pairs within themselves. The extent of cage effect from the series of third generation dendrimers was observed to be higher with dendrimers having an n-pentyl group as the linker. 相似文献

The synthesis of 3-phenylethynylphenol, and its applicability as a high temperature cross-linking endcap for high Tg polyarylene ethers is described. It was synthesized in high yields and purity using the palladium catalyzed coupling reaction between the protected 3-bromo or iodo phenol and phenylacetylene. The yield of the reaction was found to be highly dependent on the structure of the halide used, the reaction temperature, and the concentration of phenylacetylene. The use of the protected phenol in the palladium catalyzed reaction was also extended to the high yield synthesis of 3-ethynylphenol and protected 4-ethynylphenols. The complete synthesis of 3-phenylethynylphenol, 3-ethynylphenol, and protected 4-ethynylphenol in high yields has been demonstrated and is discussed herein. Three new phenylethynyl functionalized arylene ether matrix resins have been synthesized in high yields and purity by reacting 3-phenylethynylphenol with 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone, 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone, and bis(4-fluorophenyl)phenyl phosphine oxide, via nucleophilic poly(arylene ether) synthesis conditions. These low molecular weight materials undergo thermally induced chain extension/branching to yield an insoluble three-dimensional network at reaction temperatures of around 380°C. The low molecular weight arylene ethers endcapped with the phenylethynyl group demonstrate excellent flow characteristics and a wide processing window of about 250°C. Crosslinking of the 4,4′-bis(3-phenylethynyl phenoxy)diphenyl sulfone system for 30 min at 350°C in air afforded a Tg value of 265°C by differential scanning calorimetry measurements. Trace metal analysis for palladium and copper showed absence of these metals that would otherwise detract from the excellent thermal stability. In this paper, we extend the literature by adapting the Nikaidô–Isoda function as an indicator function termed as regularized indicator Nikaidô–Isoda function, and this is demonstrated to guarantee existence of a solution. Using this function, we present two constrained optimization reformulations of the generalized Nash equilibrium problem (GNEP for short). The first reformulation characterizes all the solutions of GNEP as global minima of the optimization problem. Later this approach is modified to obtain the second optimization reformulation whose global minima characterize the normalized Nash equilibria.
