Submicron-sized polystyrene (PS) microspheres with a relatively narrow particle size distribution can be easily produced through emulsion polymerization induced by γ-ray at room temperature using a new type of amphiphilic cross-linked poly(stearyl methacrylate-co-acrylamide-co-acrylic acid) particles as stabilizer. The properties of these amphiphilic particles were described, including morphology, size, ζ potential, and contact angles. The effect of the pH value and the content of amphiphilic particles on the formation and stability of emulsions were also investigated. Meanwhile, the obtained PS microspheres were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. In addition, through observing the morphology and size of emulsion droplets at different times under an optical microscope, we found it is interesting that Pickering emulsions formed initially disappeared gradually, which is different from the common Pickering emulsions stabilized by inorganic particles. Thus, the mechanism was further discussed.  相似文献

In a high‐resolution photoelectron imaging and theoretical study of the IrB3? cluster, two isomers were observed experimentally with electron affinities (EAs) of 1.3147(8) and 1.937(4) eV. Quantum calculations revealed two nearly degenerate isomers competing for the global minimum, both with a B3 ring coordinated with the Ir atom. The isomer with the higher EA consists of a B3 ring with a bridge‐bonded Ir atom (Cs , 2A′), and the second isomer features a tetrahedral structure (C3v , 2A1). The neutral tetrahedral structure was predicted to be considerably more stable than all other isomers. Chemical bonding analysis showed that the neutral C3v isomer involves significant covalent Ir?B bonding and weak ionic bonding with charge transfer from B3 to Ir, and can be viewed as an Ir–(η3‐B3+) complex. This study provides the first example of a boron‐to‐metal charge‐transfer complex and evidence of a π‐aromatic B3+ ring coordinated to a transition metal.  相似文献

金属有机框架材料(Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)是一类由金属离子及有机配体自组装而成的多孔材料,具有孔隙率高、比表面积大和结构多样化等独特优点,广泛应用于气体储存、物质分离和催化等领域。纳米尺寸金属有机框架材料(Nanoscale Metal-Organic Frameworks, NMOFs)既保持了传统MOFs的规整性,也具有纳米颗粒的特殊性质,在生物医药领域中是绝佳的药物载体。相比于传统纳米药物载体,NMOFs与药物的结合方式丰富,展现了多种药物装载模式,可以满足不同药物的制备需求,也可引入不同功能分子优化性能。最近,有越来越多的研究报道了多功能化NMOFs应用于药物递送领域,并实现刺激响应性的可控释放。本文将着重对NMOFs材料作为药物载体负载抗癌药物、光敏剂和核酸的应用进展进行综述。  相似文献

Over the past years, the development of electrochemical sensing platforms for the sensitive detection of drug molecules have received great interests. In this research study, we introduced cauliflower‐like platinum particles decorated reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode (Pt?RGO/GCE) as an electrochemical sensing platform for highly sensitive determination of acetaminophen (ACTM). The sensor was prepared via a simple and environmentally friendly two‐step electrodeposition method at room temperature. The combination of conductive RGO nanosheets and unique structured Pt particles (average 232 nm in diameter) provided an efficient interface with large effective surface area which greatly facilitated the electron transfer of ACTM. The experimental conditions that might affect the drug detection were studied in detail and optimized for best performance. The Pt?RGO/GCE was able to detect ACTM up to the limit of 2.2 nM with a linear concentration range from 0.01 to 350 μM. With its high reproducibility, excellent stability and selectivity, the as‐fabricated sensor was successfully applied to the ACTM content measurement in commercial tablets.  相似文献

Pentenyl phenyl acrylic acid is a structural unit of pepticinnamin E, a natural product and a bisubstrate inhibitor of FPTase. In this article, a new synthetic strategy was developed to prepare pentenyl phenyl acrylic acid with high stereoselectivity and high overall yield of 78.6%. The method used in producing these effects involved the application of a five‐step procedure. Pentenyl phenyl acrylic acid was synthesized starting from 2‐iodo‐benzyl alcohol through an E‐selective Wittig–Horner reaction, and then the Sonogashira reaction was used to produce 2‐(1‐pentynyl)‐E‐ethyl‐cinnamoylate, which was quantitatively hydrogenated, catalyzed by Lindlar catalyst.  相似文献

An efficient and green route for the synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones via microwave-assisted Biginelli reaction catalyzed by 3 mol% of heteropolyanion-based ionic liquids under solvent-free conditions has been reported. The practical reaction was found to be compatible with different structurally diverse substrates. Good to excellent yields, short reaction times, and operational simplicity are the main highlights of this protocol. Moreover, the heteropolyanion-based ionic liquids were easily reusable for this Biginelli reaction.  相似文献

Liquid crystals based on substituted 2,5‐diaryl‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives (1a1f, 3a and 3b) and 1,3,4‐oxadiazole analogues (2a2f, 4a and 4b) were synthesised and characterised by 1H, 13C nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared, mass spectrometry, high‐resolution mass spectrometry techniques and elemental analyses. The X‐ray crystal structure of 1e revealed that it contains tilted lamellar arrangement of molecules in the crystalline solid. The liquid crystal properties have been investigated by polarised‐light optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and in‐situ variable‐temperature X‐ray diffraction. All compounds (except 2e and 2f) exhibited thermotropic liquid crystal behaviours with various mesophases (smectic A and C, nematic N or soft crystal E phases). Notably, the 1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives consistently have wider mesomorphic temperature ranges than those of the respective 1,3,4‐oxadiazole analogues. The solutions of all compounds in CH2Cl2 individually displayed one or two absorption bands with λ max values at 297–355 nm and emitted with λ max values at 363–545 nm and quantum yields of 0.12–0.73. Structure–property relationships of these compounds are discussed in the contexts of their molecular structures and weak intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

自行设计了3,3’-偶氮双(6-氨基-1,2,4,5-四嗪)(DAAT)新合成路线、采用3,5-双(3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-基)-1,2,4,5-四嗪(BDT)为原料, 由文献报道的4步反应缩减为2步, 经高压氨解、高锰酸钾氧化合成了DAAT, 总收率大幅提高, 达到58.1%, 并采用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱等进行了结构表征. 为了从分子水平探索DAAT的性能, 采用B3LYP法, 在6-31G(d,p)基组水平上对DAAT的结构进行了优化, 计算了其性能, 获得稳定的几何构型、分子轨道及键级; 在振动分析的基础上求得体系的振动频率、IR谱及不同温度下的热力学性质, 并得温度对热力学性能影响的关系式. 结果表明: DAAT分子结构中偶氮基两侧的四嗪环和氨基基本在同一个平面上, 形成一个大的共轭π键; 红外谱计算频率和强度与实验结果整体吻合较好; 热能( )、热容( )和熵( )均随温度的升高而增大.  相似文献

A method was developed to determine six pyrethroids (tau-fluvalinate, fenpropathrin, λ-cyhalothrin, cyfluthrin, α-cypermethrin and deltamethrin) in pork muscle by immunoaffinity column cleanup and gas chromatography-electron capture detection. Spiked pork muscle samples at 5, 20, 50 μg kg?1 were extracted with petroleum spirit-diethyl ether (1:1, v/v). Fat was eliminated by liquid–liquid partition between acetonitrile and petroleum spirit. An immunoaffinity column (IAC) was used for further cleanup. The IAC column was prepared by coupling the polyclonal antibodies to the protein A sepharose gel and the resulting affinity gel columns were sufficiently stable for multiple reuse. Target compounds were adsorbed at pH 7.4 and after extensive washing, eluted with 3 mL methanol. Recoveries of the six pyrethroids were typically >70%. The detection limit was 2 μg kg?1 for λ-cyhalothrin and α-cypermethrin and 5 μg kg?1 for cyfluthrin, deltamethrin, fenpropathrin and tau-fluvalinate. Repeat analyses of pork muscle samples showed good repeatability. The method was applied to detect residues in meat samples.  相似文献
