Effect of the length of action of a steady electric field on the polarization buildup process in triglycene sulfate and barium titanate single crystals

During the investigation of the Barkhausen effect and the reversal current [1] in ferroelectric crystals, it was observed that, together with other factors, the length of time during which the specimens had been kept in a steady electric field has a substantial effect on the polarization reversal process. In this connection, it is of interest to investigate parallely the Barkhausen effect and the reversal current in ferroelectric crystals at various lengths of action of the electric field. In this paper we have investigated the number of Barkhausen jumps, the charge being reversed, the buildup time of the total and irreversible polarization, as well as the starting field for jumps and reversal current as a function of the length of action of the field on specimens of TGS and BaTiO₃ single crystals during the quasistatic polarization reversal process.     

Integral representations of functions and embeddings of sobolev spaces on cuspidal domains

Some classes of cuspidal domainsG ⊂ ℝ ⁿ are introduced, and embeddings of the formW _p ^(l) (G)↪L_q(G),l ∈ ℕ, for sobolev spaces are established. Heterogeneous triplet-triplet annihilation of erythrosine and anthracene molecules on a fractal anodized aluminum surface

We have studied exchange resonance processes of homogeneous triplet-triplet annihilation and heterogeneous triplet-triplet annihilation for erythrosine and anthracene molecules on an anodized aluminum surface over a broad temperature range. Critical regularity for elliptic equations from Littlewood-Paley theory

Using simple facts from harmonic analysis, namely Bernstein inequality and Plansherel isometry, we prove that the pseudo differential equation improves the Sobolev regularity of solutions provided the potential V is integrable with the critical power .
