蒙脱土改性研究进展

概括了蒙脱土的结构和基本性质,综述了近年来国内外蒙脱土改性方面的研究进展,从无机改性、有机改性和有机-无机复合改性三方面对其改性方法和机理分别进行了讨论,并展望了其应用前景.     

First synthesis of the bismole‐containing conjugated polymer

We successfully synthesized the first conjugated polymer containing a bismuth atom in the conjugated main chain by incorporating a bismuth atom into the cyclopentadiene framework (bismole), which was constructed by a polymer reaction. A synthetic procedure and characterization of the obtained polymers were discussed. This bismole‐containing conjugated polymer exhibited moderate bluish green photoluminescence in solution. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 44: 4857–4863, 2006     

关于分数可消去图的若干结果

令G=(V(G),E(G))是一个图,并令9和f是两个定义在V(G)上的整数值函数且对所有的x∈V(G)有g(x)≤f(z)成立．若对G的每一条边e都存在G的一个分数(g,f)-因子G_h使得h(e)=0,其中h是G_h的示性函数,则称G是一个分数(g,f)-消去图,若在G中删去E′■E(G),|E′|=k后,所得图有分数完美匹配,则称G是分数k-边-可消去的。本文给出了图是1-可消去,2-可消去和k-边-可消去的与韧度和孤立韧度相关的充分条件。证明了这些结果在一定意义上是最好可能的．     

Boundary Dilatation and Degenerating Hamilton Sequences

In this paper, we study the boundary dilatation of quasiconformal mappings in the unit disc. By using Strebel mapping by heights theory we show that a degenerating Hamilton sequence is determined by a quasisymmetric function.     

Cycloheximide Derivatives from the Fruits of Dipteronia dyeriana

The phytochemical investigation of Dipteronia dyeriana (Aceraceae) resulted in the isolation and identification of three new cycloheximide derivatives: dipteronines A–C ( 1 – 3 ). Their structures were elucidated based on the 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectra. Dipteronine A ( 1 ) is the first example of a 10,11‐secocycloheximide. Cytotoxic and antifungal activities of these isolates were also evaluated.     

Natural Compound Curcumin Corrects the Gating Defect of G551DMutant Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator

In the present study, we identified the natural compound curcumin to be an effective G551D-CFTR activator by cell-based fluorescent assay and electrophysiological measurement. We demonstrated that curcumin can restore the impaired chloride conductance of G551D mutant CFTR. The activity is rapid, reversible, and cAMP-dependent. Our study identified a new natural lead compound for the pharmacological therapy of cystic fibrosis caused by G551D mutation of CFTR.     

分散液-液微萃取/高效液相色谱法测定水样中的痕量双酚A

建立了分散液-液微萃取与高效液相色谱联用技术测定水样中痕量双酚A(BPA)的方法. 通过对实验条件的筛选及优化, 得到最佳条件: 22.5 μL氯苯作萃取剂、0.5 mL丙酮作分散剂、0 min静止萃取时间、调节pH 3.2左右、10%离子强度及9 mL水样体积. 此条件下方法的线性范围为0.5~100 μg/L(R2=0.9941), 检出限为0.10 μg/L. 在BPA质量浓度为1 μg/L条件下, 方法回收率为87.8%~111.0%, 相对标准偏差8.3%(n=5), 富集倍数范围1905~2527. 对添加不同BPA浓度的自来水、地表水及回用中水进行分析, 回收率分别为(108±11.1)%, (107±13.2)%及(81.2±6.2)%(n=3). 在既定的色谱条件下, BPA的测定不受乙炔基雌二醇、雌二醇、雌三醇、雌酮和壬基酚等雌激素的干扰.     

MOF-derived Co-MOF,O-doped carbon as trifunctional electrocatalysts to enable highly efficient Zn-air batteries and water-splitting

Development of high-efficiency non-noble electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is urgently needed for high-performance Zn-air batteries and overall water splitting.Here,a facile strategy to synthesize novel Co-MOF,O-doped carbon(Co-MOF-T)based on Zn,Co-doped glucosamine and ZIF-8 by pyrolysis at temperature T was demonstrated.The prepared Co-MOF-800 showed a superior oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity comparable to that of commercial Pt/C catalyst.In addition,this catalyst shows great potential in the overall water splitting due to the excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activities.Based on the trifunctional activity,the primary Zn-air batteries using a Co-MOF-800 air electrode achieved a high open-circuit voltage of 1.38 V,a specific capacity of 671.6 mAh g^-1 Zn,and a prominent peak power density of 144 mW cm^-2.Also,the rechargeable Zn-air batteries based on CoMOF-800 air electrode could be smoothly run for 510 cycles with a low voltage gap of 0.58 V.Finally,the trifunctional Co-MOF-800 catalyst was applied to boost the electrochemical water splitting,demonstrating its promising potential as a green energy material for practical applications.     

古细菌Aeropyrum pernix K1超嗜热酯酶APE1547的稳定性

研究了纯化的超嗜热酯酶APE1547的稳定性. 结果表明, 该酶的稳定性非常好, 蛋白的质量浓度为0.4 mg/mL时, 90 ℃的半衰期为20 h, 0.2 mg/mL时的半衰期为12 h; 而蛋白的质量浓度为0.04 mg/mL时, 保温2.5 h时残余活力仍在50%以上. 同时还研究了热变性时该酶表面疏水氨基酸的变化. 该酶的pH稳定性也很好, pH在6.5-9.0范围内作用24 h, 酶依然很稳定, 残余酶活力大于93％; 同时该酶还具有很强的耐有机溶剂的特性.     

异维A酸席夫碱酯的合成

以二环己基碳酰亚胺为脱水剂,4-二甲氨基吡啶为催化剂,异维A酸与对羟基苯胺发生酯化反应,生成异维A酸酯(1);1与醛反应,合成了4个异维A酸席夫碱酯,其结构经1H NMR和IR表征.
